Visited this place in evening and had a amazing view of boats and there lights in night. The air was so fresh, it certainly made our day.

Samudra Narayana Temple is located at the farthest end of Gomti Ghat very close to the Arabian Sea and is dedicated to Vishnu. Samudra Narayan Temple is surrounded by Gomti River and Arabian Sea on the three sides. People over there believe that the huge sea waves that beat on the temple create the tune Srimad Narayan Hari Hari. Five steps lead to the Samudra Narayana Temple entrance, near the entrance on the left side there is a small cave like room where Goddess Gomti is worshipped. She sits on top of a lion.The idol of Samudra Narayan is sand colored. Samudra Narayana means Narayana or the Lord residing in the sea.There is also another idol of Goddess Gomti in the sanctum. During fool moon day, there is high tide in Sea.. Take natural bath with waves of 3-4 mtr height keep..There is always high current during this monsoon season.. One should avoid to go inside the sea water during Monsoon....

This is confluence of Gomati River and Arabian sea. The water is clear because the water gets refreshed with the high tides twice a day and also the river bed is with white sand. During low tide time, the will be very little water. Boating is allowed during the high tide time as you can travel till the sangam point and also take darshan of the the Dwarakdish temple gopuram tower.

Samundara Narayan Temple is about 3 kilometers from Dwarka. The temple, as the name suggests, is a Vishnu temple built on the seashore. From here one can see the view of Sudama Setu and the beautiful view in the middle. Chopati is built and the sun is the set point. It is a good place for photography. It would be nice to come in the evening. This is what is being found in the river Gomti.
