I went to get a laptop battery which the service center did not have. They asked me to go to one of their distributers at Nehru Place only. The customer friendliness and courtesy was somehow missing. Lapcare management may like to take a note of this.Even now, the mobile number given on Google Maps, has stopped working and you dont get any response on it.
