Excellent Services! Kishan Bishnoi in particular was very helpful. They have very nice rooms, very good restaurant and delicious breakfast too! Located hardly 500 metres from the Dwarkadhish temple, this hotel suited us perfectly.Will definitely recommend this and will surely stay at the same place in my next visit. - Ronak Shah

Rooms was clean & tidy, comparatively large.breakfast was okay.. Tea was excellent..staff was cool..if you love street food, then many of them at walking distance..however you cant escape from mosquito bites ...

One thing that makes this hotel really a good place to stay is the staff, particularly Mr Kishan Vishnoi. I was staying with my family and requested a room upgrade - the studio rooms are by far better than the delux rooms. Hotel lacks amenities like wi-fi and toiletries etc and is really one that would surpass your expectations of a budget hotel. The restaurant and food is average but the location of this hotel is great and is pretty close to the temple and other areas. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel is at very proximity of the dwarka temple and the beach area. We have spent 2 days in Dwarka and the going to and fro to temple and the market area is at foot steps. It takes 10 minutes to reach temple and 5 minutes to reach beach area. Rooms very nicely maintained and the bed was cozy to give you present sleep. I will definitely recommend this hotel to the people who really want to have a nice time in Dwarka

We stayed in the hotel from 20/Feb/2016 to 22/Feb-2016 in a Studio room, which was clean with crisp linen. The studio rooms are much spacious and better than normal rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful and service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread and delicious. My mobile phone gave me trouble, the hotel management allowed me to use their computer for doing my onward reservations.

Everything about Nova Narayan Inn Dwarka is good except the restaurant. The staff, the rooms, bathrooms and toiletries are excellent. However, the food served and the rates are not a match. You would rather eat at nearby local shops or try Govinda Restaurant - superb place, delectable food and very decent prices. Location of Nova Narayan Inn is also very good, about 7-8 mins walking distance to the main Dwarkadhish temple.

Nice location, co operative staff, wonderful services, we had requested for Jain food for free breakfast. which was not available but they had arranged it immediately, nice and fresh food.Daikin AC superb cooling.Recommending to everyone also getting very good discount for deluxe ac room from Goibibo of rs.**...  only one negative point is that if you get room on 1st floor it will be a horrible experience as we found rats in the room. Rats had damaged our snacks which we had carried from home. So try to get rooms on top floor...

Hotel is in walkable distance to Dwarka temple. Decently maintained. Problem with hot water - if you are lucky or you wake up early and take bath you will get hot water for bathing otherwise it will be cold water. Staff was courteous enough to get some amount of hot water for some people. Didn’t had food there.

First of all very sorry to say, 10 days before my travel ** has communicated me for the change of my hotel and asked me the existing hotel Nova Narayan, has some problem so we are going to cancel it or if you want well provide you another hotel Rudra Plaza with same price, since I had no option as it was just before the travel date and I booked the ticket 6 months back. We stayed in Rudra plaza and there was 150 sq. ft room provided for 4 person, which was very pathetic, we managed in that hotel with great difficulty, **. Also forgot to mention, when I reached Dwarka and stayed in Rudra Plaza hotel, I investigated in the cancelled hotel Nova Narayan, regarding the problems and issues in the room thats why my booking was cancelled but the the hotel manager said no problem and issues in the room as we are accepting the booking every time.**.

The hotel is at walking distance from Dwarka temple. The rooms are well furnished but not very neat. The staff was helpful. Apt for old people as lift is available. It would have been great if the rooms and bathrooms were clean.

The property is very good, however the deluxe rooms are small but the studio is perfect. The breakfast is not great but cant complain. There is a very good fast food joint near the hotel called Kutchi King - garlic bread is a must try

Best hotel to Stay In Dwarka. Compact, well furnished and well maintained rooms. Good air conditioning in scorching heat makes you feel more relaxed after getting exhausted while exploring Dwarka. You can watch sea from your window if you are staying on highest floors. Staff is very helpful and courteous.Disappointing things are sour water in bathroom, can not do anything 60 km radius of Dwarka is surrounded with sour water; no WiFi; food is just Ok, if you compare with other food joints in surrounding area you will not feel disappointed.Overall recommended hotel.

Hotel was located in a good location and interior and furnitures were okay.But I am very disappointed with the manager whoes as he was very rude and was not behaving probably.First of all he denied of early check in at 10:00pm when i have already mentioned while booking and gave a call to hotel as well.Then he told he will provide breakfast on the next day but as i was not staying for the night in the hotel.He did not have any customer service skill and was behaving like he was doing a favor on us.There was no courtesy from the hotel side and i booked my room on the basis of its rating and interior.I will surely visit dwarka again but will never stay or recommend to any one about Nova Narayan Inn hotel.Manager was physically challanged and i was co operating with him for this reason.But he was behaving like a rich people kid and as if we were staying there for me.Either manager should be given a warning or should be asked to leave by hotel owner if behaves the same. **.But the manager was strictly telling him that we will not change policy.And in my case there was need of changing the policy ,the only thing required there was cuatomer service where they failed.The physically challanged manager even tried to threat me as well.When I requested him to provide the breakfast as i will not be staying the night and next morning and on his denial **, in which they had many rooms empty.At the time of check out there was another manager vikram who was quiet decent and behaved well which is the only thing I liked about the hotel. He should teach some lesson to the other physically challanged man.**.Thanks again.

There are hotel staff and manager are behave very badly with old age persons. Also they are talking very badly, bad words. Manager and receptionist person have no sense to talk with persons. They are not providing room before time guest room to stay if you stay. Also manager and hotel person kickout from the hotel. I am totally not recommended to this hotel. If you have no manners to hospitality then close the hotel and learn first to respect and hospitality. We paying more than 2k for room(including brrakfast). They took money but nothing to provide. Only cheat the persons. Also they are not providing breakfast and told we are not provide.

Rooms are clean though small in size but then you can compromise on that at the price . Food is good . The Manager and staff helpful. With the demonetization drive during our stay at the hotel we were worried about payments and issues but thanks to the Manager and staff , they helped us out.. All in all a good experience .

Very tricky situation for car parking. They asked me to park it little far away from hotel. the management needs to emphasize on the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. I even found the spit out bubble gum on the floor. there was dust everywhere in the room and much to my surprise, someone had made some designs on the furniture with the dust.Front desk is quick for check in and check out procedures.walking distance to main temple and beach.

We took a super-studio room which was pretty spacious.Its about 5-mins walk from the temple(so are most other hotels in Dwarka)The food is a tad over-expensive, however, its either this or food from the streets.The Wifi was very poor(Only available in the reception area)
