I stayed here 3 days ago and the rooms were so neat and clean that I cant tell. The food services were good and this hotel is situated near a restaurant where I went to eat food at morning and night. Its name is Sanskruti Inn Restaurant. All the services were good. If you want to visit Dwarka but you dont know a nice hotel than I would recommend you to live here.

Very basic things are missing... like bedsheet we have to ask them to change it even without using it.. it was all torn and for three times we have to bear this.Also if they give you ground floor room so be prepare to deal with flies and lizard inside room.I have stayed for 3 days and 1 day experience was horrible but after we switched to 3rd floor it was quiet better.Staffs are not so cooperative and welcoming.

The mattresses were not good. They were too old and had lost its retention. Even the washroom could have been more clean.

Manager behavior is good and cleanness is better! Hotel is situated near Government Bus Stop, just walking distance from Bus Stop and Dwarkadhish Temple and Sudama Setu also near!

I was stay 3 night at hotel milan on 23 jan 2021 to 26 jan 2021In night hot water was not given .Daily drinking water not given .No phone and setupbox of tv in room .Not clean bathroom and bed properly.Bedsheet was not change untill u do not tell them.Hotel manager was not talk properly.

Room is nice... cleanliness is 4 out of 10.but they tell me about hot water for 24 hour its not true..afterall all nice excluded hot water.

Jay Sri Krishna. The staffs are too lazy to give you service here, even after staying in super deluxe AC room(room no. 209) they didnt even clean the room once within entire 3 days. They gave local drinking water bottle which is not fully sealed. Washroom was not fully cleaned. The Landline phone was not working. Their manager was rude when I wanted pay digitally the rest amount. They wanted only cash,I dont know whats the logic behind this. After all it was a poor experience I had with my family and kids. I wont suggest this hotel to anyone to stay even for a single night.

A very conveniently located hotel with clean rooms. No restaurant, only tea is available. But very near by good eateries are available. Very close to Dwarkadheesh Temple and several travel agents and bus services are available nearby.

Room was big with decent room service. However the hotel owner looks bit greedy to us but it didnt impact us as it was a prepaid online booking through GOIBIBO.I had a privilege to murder a cockroach in our room who was assuming himself as a tourist inspector.The bathroom sanitation was also an issue. I told owner to look in the issue but he had some hard ears to act upon.All in all an average stay.

I booked 2rooms at dis place using goibibo nd selected the option of pay at hotel as i was nt sure abt the dates. On the day of my booking i got a mail frm goibibo to conform the booking which i right away did nd i got a conformation msg immediately. Cut 2 i reach the hotel 30min b4 my check-in time nd i was tld ur booking is cancelled! I showed him the mail nd he said no it is cancelled we donot have rooms available! The man at the reception was extremely rude but ibelieve its a blessing in disguise because wen u reach the place u will see its pathetic condition. We wer lucky to get 2 rooms in d opposite hotel by the name Rajdhani which is beautiful,the provide u complimentry brkfast nd d staff is very polite!

It was very good stay. It is the best hotel at this rate. You can not expect star category at this rate. We really enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staffs were very helpful and kind in nature. Mattress was comfortable. Room was sufficient in size. Milan bhai was very helpful in nature. It is very closely located to Main Dwarkadhis Temple. We really loved the stay. There are many restaurants nearby this hotel. You can have good foods over there. Lift facilities is also available in this hotel. Overall it was good stay. I would like to recommend this hotel to every one.

The Hotel is decent. There are lot of things to be improved. Washrooms of non AC rooms need cleaning. Only the tap had hot water facility and not the showers. Only soap and blankets were provided. No towels, hairgel or anything else. There was a Cigarette bud on the washroom window. I found bugs on bed and bedsheetsand pillow covers were not clean. The lighting of room isnt proper. A lot of lights are controlled by one switch. Staff is co-operative.

Found large amount of BED BUGS (KHATMAL) in bed.biting in night.cant sleep there and change the the room in mid night 12am. rooms and birthroom are very very dirty..feel like vomiting.worst hotel in life. I stayed there on DT 4th mar 17.. very very worst hotel. In the mid night found khatmal in bed.very huge amount of khatmal and very big in size circulating throughout the bed.We cant sleep asbcoz they were biting..we change the room in the mid night 12 am..bathroom are very ugly.. feel vomiting.r oom are also very dirty.bed sheet,pellow cover are very worst condition,not cleen.We paid ***for this room but I never ever seen this type of hotel in my life..with this money people...very bad experience..I never recomend any one to stay there..

Old hotel vaibhav is next to hotel milan Avoid vaibhav.Toilet Horrible.nothing is clean.this hotel vaibhav has to be demolished. If no rooms available at milan , they divert us to vaibav.
