First of all, location of the hotel is just walking distance from main bus stand and Dwarka temple. so its the plus point. Room sizes are great. and yes food is also great in restaurant of the hotel.room size, location near to Dwarka temple and bus stand. food is also very good.

Best in class... Value for money.... Location is good... Very near to Dwarkadhish temple and Rukmani devi temple... Ample space is provided for parking and housekeeping is also okay... They allow late check out by demanding reasonable charges... I stayed for 2 nights and my first preference in dwarka is hotel guruprena.. Only drawback I could see is restaurant in the hotel is not up to the mark...

South indian food very delicious.

The hotel is clean and comes at very reasonable price. Size of room is also big and they have given small dinning table inside the room but there is no wardrobe, just an open extra space with hanger. Tea and coffee is bit issue. They take time and by the time it comes to your room, its at room temperature though served in hot kettle but still. Food at Restaurant downstairs is good. They serve only Team and coffee at room. For other food you have to go to Restaurant to eat. No room service for that. Food is of ok ok quality but reasonable priced. At this price its a very good option. Also its just akm away from temple so you avoid hustle of temple when you resting. Also its just next Nagar Palika 20m away so you get touring bus from outside of hotel only and drops you there. So in all purpose its a very good option

The location, atmosphere, room size and cleanliness were satisfactory. The service was excellent . In short the rent charged by the hotel was appropriate. It is worth further visits whenever arranged in future.

Check in ok,. Room AC not. 9oling and found faulty then alternate room provided that too ok.while check on Hot water in bath room requested at 04:40am on next day morning then same given as a remainder in night shift person at 23:00hrs. At 04:40am again called still hot water not coming, But they provided as they said at 05:30am. Need to rectify.In this hotel 3 Beds rooms also available not like 2Bed + one dormitory.Location, outer atmosphere fine.

Nice location. Very cooperative and helpful staff. They have restaurant in the same premises.All eating joints are very near. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Dwarkadheesh temple.You can book your local 5 hour sight seeing Demi luxury bus tour (08-13 hrs or 14 hrs to 19 hrs) at Municipal office, which is just next door.

This is the only big hotel, very proximity to Dwarkadhish temple (700 mtrs) and the Sudama bridge. It has plenty of parking space, affordable price. Room wise I opted double beds which costed ₹1750 . Very spacious. It has separate toilet and bathroom with hot water facility. Toilets and bathroom are old and taps are worn out. Bed is good. This is the only 3star hotel which you can opt for it close proximity to the temple.

Pleasant experience. Clean, spacious rooms, cordial staff, immediate response to services requested. The restaurant also serves good quality and tasty food. Value for money for the rooms as well as the food.

In most of the rooms old AC not working at all !!! Old and not properly clean bathrooms! If you put it in hotel category its only 1 star. Or you can say old guest house. You will not find facility like 2-3 star hotel. Only restaurant is good for good but costly.

Delicious food with regular price

I have check in room no 235 around 4.30 PM & went for sight seen & come back to hotel around 10.30 pm. I found bed bucks at 12 am in the mid night. I asked hotel staff to change my room. They have shown me room no 114 but there also bed bucks. I asked them to give other room but they told they dont have other room either I adjust with bed bucks or I check out. They have not refunded my booking amount 3200 Rs.In the mid night I have to check out with a 2 years old baby & family in cold weather.At midnight 1.15 am i booked another hotel Ganga room no 114.The hotel should be punished for his service.

Delicious food with nice service

1400 Rs for 3 adults for 1 night I slightly overpriced.. Room and bathroom was spacious.. Beds for extra person also.. But We had issues getting hot water I the evening.. Morning tea and hot drinking water served in steel glasses.. We asked for thermos and cups, waiter said they dont have.. TV and AC were functioning fine. But only 2 charging points for electronics, out of which 1 was not working. Overall, ok for a rest stop overnight, if you are not too fussy.

The hotel is pretty good, location is also nice and its well maintained. We had booked two rooms, one was all well and good, however in the other one we found a few bed bugs. For some that could be a big deal, so make sure to check the beds before you accept the room. We informed the manager about it and he said hell have it looked after, I sure hope he did, he was nice.

A very homely and family kind of hotel which is quite light on budget and located at walking distance of abt 7 minutes to the main Dwarkadhish Temple. Has large rooms (we had booked 4 bed) with TV and ample parking space (In fact no other hotel in Dwarka seems to have so much space).Room decor was a bit old styled but were indeed clean and i would ignore this aspect considering the value we paid (INR 1,800/_). You can avoid A.C. rooms in winters since anyways quite pleasant. Very decent veg. food at the restaurant with good service.Front staff too was quote helpful (for booking taxi, horsecart, rickshaw, etc).Intercom was not functioning well.. but I do not really mind this for the super value savings on pocket. I will certainly recommend it for a stay.

Sir, unaffordable stay in night having proplem of cocroch, advised me not toswitched off the lights during whole night otherwise cocroches will be from wooden furniture. If this room is offering in Rs...per night, i will not prefer. I hv purchased HIT SPREY. Even it becomes useless. Management has offered me to change the room but every room carry the same problem.Remaining in every angel its superb. I neednot require money back at all. Staff and all aminities are an excellent including superbmaintaince, location superb with parking restaurant fecility superb interier facilty superb, but cant take sleep with lights on. My badluck... I feel sorry for my adverse remarks but cocroch problem is unaffordable to me pl.

Had morning breakfast in this hotel. South Indian breakfast was available. Very nice.

Stayed here last week for overnight stay.. This hotel is in a very old building. Old fittings, old bathroom, Very dirty and poor hygienic atmosphere. Waste of money. The attached Restaurant is not at all good.Dont take a chance to eat here, especially South Indian food which is very horrible to eat. They should stop serving south indianIfood.

We visited on 1st oct 2018. Only one thing was good the rooms where spacious but rest all was a waste. No cleaning no, no room service, quality of the food was average, TV not working. The reception guys was unnecessary harassing us once we cancelled the booking for site seeing from them. The driver of the hotel called up people and was not allowing us to leave. Hotel needs renovation, urgently. AC water outlet was dropping water in the toilet from top of the head. We had to remind them to start the hot water at 7:00 am..

This hotel looks good from outside but rooms are not well maintained. Plasters from the wall were falling, wash basin pipe was broken, toilet was not clean and made a lot of effort to get my cellphones charged. The room which I booked was an AC room and one of the best rooms as per the hotel reception. Room service was ok. Overall, not as per my expectations.

Hotel management and staff is very co-operate. Hotel parking facilities is good not excellent. Hotel food quality is average. Hotel is not clear properly compare to other hotel some space feel dirty. Hotel room is average attractive not feel luxuries.

Advisable to avoid as much as possible. Its proximity is only positive gaining one stars, other than this couldnt find one. Unclean and ill maintained hotel, AC doesnt work and bathroom arent cleaned. Cockroach menace is huge and isnt controlled. stay was a nightmare. Hope the hotel management could improve these to make stay acceptable for future customers.

Very nice hotel and near to dwarkadhish mandir(5 - 10 mins walking) with very supportive staff. Allowed early check in and also helped with information about DWARKA. Just request you to have your bathroom cleaned regularly.

Hotel is located both nearest to railway station and DWARKA main temple. Front desk people very nice and arranged vehicle for bet DWARKA. Room was very neat and food was also good in their restaurant.

We had Cheese Masala Dosa and Masala Uttapam which tested very good and the coconut chutni was really good with the dosa and uttapam... The ambience is also cool... Overall i would recomend to give it a try.

For the price good enough..Clean n spacious rooms more than adequate for a days stay...Proximity to temple is very close...Has a restaurant beside doesnt open early tho..

Hotel is kept quite dirty especially is reallly dirty. Their staff is very rude and arrogant and are concerned only on earning commission from travel agents and not concerned about customers. Hotel is near govt bus stand and rooms are spacious but not tidyband bed sheet pillow cover etc very very dirty. No gyser available for hot water bath. Hotelvthough claiming to be 3 star do not even basic facilities of 1 star. However on repeated complaints their manager arranged for some cleaning. On the whole it is a bad experience

Its good to say that rooms are good, service is also good but no room service, no towels,shoaps. Food in restaurant is good, but no normal supply.after all locations is good and a big parking lot gives it a possitive response. Thanks
