Fraud... Please check your bill twice before you pay... Never purchase cakes from him...claimed chocolate truffle however found later that cake just had 1mm chocolate coating

The owners recently shifted to the Sector 4 market location from Sector-5. Years back, I had a choco chip cupcake and it was horrifying since I found fungus in it. Had sworn not to buy from them but when they shifted and the owner insisted that they have changed the staff, I brought a choco lava muffin and a burger which were ridiculously priced.Now for the quality...both the items were not very good, I would say that despite the loud marketing of the owner (he seemed so excited to sell the whole shop in one go and a braggart at that) there is little you can do to attract customers when the products are substandard. The burger was too soggy and tasteless, plus it was literally stuffed in a small packet so it did not look like a burger. The Choco lava muffin was simply bad in taste and texture. People dont lie when they say that the cake is abysmal here. For 60 INR, the burger wasnt worth it at all. I have tasted better ones at an affordable price. The positive aspect was that I didnt find fungus in the food.All in all, the owner should think about that his over the top marketing will not sell bad products. Maybe work more on the quality, freshness and prices and then the customers might consider buying from Jain Bakery. Because after what I tasted, I am definitely NOT going to buy from there. Cakes and Puffs and the goods at 24/7 are much better.

I wish I could rate him further down. For the last Birthday of Son in 2020 Jan we had ordered 3 kg Chocolate truffle from this bakery. Then it was good. As we couldn’t explore much this year, we ordered the same from him this time to have HORRIBLE experience.1. The cake was tasting like lump of maida dough.2. Usually the Picture made on the Cake is bright. But the pic on our cake is like a drawing by Nursery class Kid3. He didn’t write the name and HBD on the Cake, to which the owner conveniently said, he forgot. How can someone miss such a basic thing of a Birthday cake.4. After promising free delivery, he had asked for delivery charges.I believe, the previous cake maker has been changed. And also the owner have lost interest for this business and allowing it to sink.Mr. Ravi Jain pls stop making people feel bad on their special day. Try to understand the sensitivity that you are dealing with items which people use on their special day.

Worst bakery of Dwarka. Do not buy anything from him , specially cakes and stuffs made by him. He sells stale products. I have given benefit of doubt twice and then giving this feedback. Should rate this bakery below zero.

This is literally the worst bakery in dwarka. I bought mud cake, half kg for 500. It was NOT mud cake. The cake was all cream. Which mud cake has cream inside? I talked to the owner, he was so rude. He doesnt even know what mud cake is. They dont even have basic knowledge of cakes. It was so bad. It wasnt even worth 100Rs. Dont go here. Read the reviews. The rating on Zomato is 2 for a reason.

I was regular customer of this shop because I am pure vegetarian not because of their level of quality and freshness. But once they know the customer is regular the price of cake automatically goes on higher site . Better to go to other shop .

Ordered a cake for my nephews first birthday, I told them to make blue cake with some decorations on it and they delivered a bright pink cake with pathetic decorations and tasteless bread.Worst experience.

It literally sucks ! The owner is rude, they even renovated there store it looks good but dont judge a booking by its cover remember that. The cakes made by them sucks, they are not even fresh! And who the bloody f**k dont peel off the kiwis before using them to decorate the cake ! I would prefer puff n cake !

Got a cake today on 31st August 2016 at 10pm from the shop for Moms birthday and when mom cut the cake at 12am it was tasting bitter and the cream inside had Fungus on it. I want a refund for this. I bought a cake from this bakery and they cheated me to another level.. I asked for a fruit cake and he told me that the cake that we have has fruits inside but not on the top for decoration.. Terrible behaviour of the owner,they behave like very ridiculous person.If buy something from there and ask them for bill they straight a way denied.I Never suggest them for anyone for shopping.The prices they cost for goods are elevated.
