I would like to suggest this property is calmest and superb for quality stay. not so far just a ryt turn if you are coming from Limdi. opp. to club Mahindra.good location. peacefulcomfortable stay. staff is less but supportive

Ginger is decent hotel. Food here is delicious. Rooms here are bit small for 3 person and well lit. It has all the facilities like laundry, television, air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigerator, cupboard & safe. Hotel management is also very nice and always talk politely. Safety here is also very good as it has CCTV camera everywhere in lobby and lift. Here you have view of highway and Dwarka temple is far from here. You will get 24 hour hot water. You will also get decent wifi connection for free, in some rooms wifi range is very less so does not get connected.

Very near to Dwarkadhish temple.Very well organized hotel.Parking facility is in open area with no shade. No underground parking.Rooms are small/medium sized with good view. Lighting around the hotel is very good. Food is OK OK I personally liked breakfast the most. Housekeeping is well maintained. Overall had a good stay.

The hotel is at good location on the main highway itself, not to far or close to temple. Room was excellent, though there were less guests in the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Poor housekeeping and very bad food quality ..

The hotel opened just six months ago still the sinks and toilets were broken. There is no staff at all, only three people doing all the works. It takes an hour for them just to give towels in our room. I just dont understand who was the one to give it 3 stars while it does not deserves a single star. All the facilities written on their website is fake. All the people who came to the hotel were complaining the same but they were just as helpless as we were cause they had also already paid for their rooms. I have all kinds of curses for that hotel but I cant use them. The staff is not trained at all. Looks like the man who built the hotel went on a vacation and never came back to see wether the hotel is working properly or not. No stars for such a bad hotel.

Well maintained hotel with sufficient parking space.Some what away from city.

Rooms are ok. Corridors near the elevators arent neat. Flooring in the rooms is done with cheap quality tiles. There is no pleasant fragrance in the rooms which doesnt give a nice feeling. AC isnt effective. Room Service / house keeping isnt good. You need to follow up multiple times if you need anything. Food also didnt taste good but the prices are high. Looks like its a new hotel but the staff is not well trained / inexperienced.

The room and the washroom are clean and spacious equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food is also tasty. Only thing is that the hotel is located almost 6 km from the main city and auto or public transport is not easily available there. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent Service. 3 Key performers of this property were1. Front Office - The receptionist over there was wonderful . He was our first impression about the property and the best thing about him was that he was very positive. He was alone at the Front Desk and was surrounded by guest but he ensured that he attended each and every customer very well. He ensured that our check in to check out experience remains excellent.2. Housekeeping : Thses guys who were working on the floor were very good ready to do whatever you say. Very Good 👠3. True Hero: However the true Hero of this hotel was Kishori Lal- Security. The moment we entered the hotel he welcomed us with a warm smile , took our bags to our rooms and Everytime we said anything to him he did that with warm smile. He was a true Hero for the hotel and reminds us that each and every staff can be a brand ambassador of the organisation.Grey Areas on which the hotel management should focus: 1 . Food and Beverage Service : When we went to the restaurant there was only one guy in the restaurant however there were no guest. The moment we entered the restaurant we were welcomed with a negative attitude. It happened that we entered restaurant at 12:05 pm and we wanted to order something however the server told us that kitchen will not take order before 12:30 whatever you are ordering will only be informed to the kitchen at 12:30 and they will start preparing at 12:30 only. Believe me there was not a single guest at the restaurant this guy could have told this in better manner. I felt that he was trying to say that we will to help you but kitchen guy will not honour your request before 12:30. If it is true then Management should start thinking seriously about the Kitchen team ...Food and Beverage Service : Service was very lack luster in the restaurant. On our table there was no glass . When we were halfway through our meals we have to ask for water the we were provided. 3. Food and Beverage Service : In In Room Dinning we have to call atleast thrice and wait for atleast 1 hour for items to be get cleared. See there was shortage of staff in both the department Front Office and Food and Beverage Service but FO guy was very tactfull and he never let us know that there was any issues though when we checked in at least 4 other families were checking in at that time.Restaurant guy was very blunt. He could have told us that sir we are receiving your order however we will be able to serve you by 12:50 at your room as it will take time to prepare the thali. thats it rather than saying the whole Gita and ramayana that kitchen will not accept any order before 12:30. I am not writing this so that the hotel management will take action against this guy. I am writing this so that Hotel Management should train there staff in soft skills especially F&B which includes Restaurant and Kitchen.Thanks & Regards

Food is not at all up to standard...

The Hotel Property is new and the bed, toilet fittings and electronic fittings in the room are new. The bed and room is comfortable but the service is far from expected Tata Property i.e. Ginger Hotels. On the 1st day the Lift was not operational; there is no wifi, and further as mentioned no buffet breakfast. With very few staff the breakfast order takes time and there is only one person serving orders to everyone in the restaurant. A lot is expected and the same is far from being a Tata Ginger Property. They have to upgrade their service and hospitality to be even termed as a Ginger Property.

Nice property but approx. 5 km from Dwarika city thus need to have your own vehicle.Ample parking space available.Food is also good and staff is quite courteous.Rooms are good but toiletries provided are very basic, need improvement.Overall experience is very good.

Hotel stay was awesome.Property only 3 months old so you feel better comfort.7 Km from temple if you have your own vehicle then its fine.As I already read reviews of traveler who stayed in Ginger here no mobile network for internet its true.Hotel wifi will not connect with your mobile.Food taste was average.As well as food service very poor.Breakfast timing 7:30 to 10:30, if you think you will do the breakfast 10 am then limited items will be there.Staff behaviour is also good.If you want only accommodations then go ahed.There is no internet so you stay connected with family.😊

Ginger has good amenities. But far away from the temples or any other sight seeing. Local transport like autos are not available frequently there. So we need to depend on the hotel conveyance like taxi which is not affordable.Food and other facilities, service is good.

Nice and comfortable stay. A little bit far from Dwarka temple area but good if you have your own conveyance. The facilities were relatively new and hence clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and we stayed for 2 days.

What a hotel ! 3-4 people are working in entire hotel . . . .Running tea from all the taps i guess they are trained to serve tea in this unique way as there was no response on this by any of staff ! Just one answer from them “thoda time pani jane do” and I being fool tried it for 30 minutes....!Breads served in buffet was 4-5 days old and excuses were like we dont bake our bread sir !well at the end i will sayExtremely sucked ...

It was my second stay at this hotel and seen lot of improvement , Infrastructure of hotel is really good and best in the catagory of mid range hotel. Food, Staff, Linen, Cleanliness, Ambience and My overall experience was excellent. I will always prefer this hotel as my first choice when I am in Dwarka.

Chipped Glasses were there on our table. Poor service. Torn bed spread in the room. A/c not felt. Managed by trainees no executive presence felt. Buffet breakfast filled in frequent intervals didnt feel like having b/f. No Water kept on the table. Buffet spread incomplete.

Rooms and hotel infrastructure is good. Hotel does not have enough staff. Cleanliness is a big issue. Room service is also a challenge. If you need something you need to wait at least half an hour for someone to come to your room. Hotel does not have enough staff to cook and serve food. Only buffet is offered. And the food quality is poor and expensive. Hotel is far away from the tourist places and the city. You will need a vehicle to travel. Hiring an auto is also not easy as there is nothing nearby. Staff and hotel management does not seem to be keen to improve. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As expected one of the best stays in the temple town of Dwarka had an amazing time. The Hotel is right in the middle of main town and easily accessible to everything. would definitely recommend Budget travellers.

Visited with two friends of mine. Stayed there for 1 night. Great place to stay. Staff were very helpful. They setup third bed for us and also were very supportive. Do book for hustle free trip.

Ginger is around 6km from main Dwarka. Kind of far. Staff was nice and accomdative but some of their policies are too stringent. Food service was not slow but food was freshly prepared with right amount of spices.

This hotel actually deserves no stars as there is no proper service, no maintainance and neither proper cleanliness. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Our check in time was 2 pm ,we reached the hotel at 4 still they said that we would have to wait half an hour for our room which was booked a month ago.

Perhaps four star hotel approx. before 6 k.ms. from Dwarka. An IHCL Brand hotel. Good staying facility and enjoyable.

New look with ramped up facilities really good. I suggest to upgrade other old Gingers in same fashion.
