11060436Ordered air compressor on 15th Aug21. They sent me motor only. Then they sent me air tank and pump 1 month later, that too after lots and lots of raising issues, both on call and emails.Now, some genius at Toolsvilla decided to send an air compressor without a motor pulley and V-belt!Raised issue 10 days back and send all relevant photos. It should take 2-3 days to ship out small items like this but still no action from toolsvilla.If they dont ship me the parts in a couple of days, I will return the entire shipment.Guys, please dont fall the highly positive reviews here. These are all managed reviews.If you need anything that you intend to used within 3 months, please dont buy from Toolsvilla.

I received a broken hand milking machine. Being a farmer 8000 rs means a lot to me. Though a ticket has been raised, there is no action yet. It has been 4 days already.Dear Sir,You have mentioned a ticket has been raised against it. See the screenshot and tell me what action you have taken so far? Just for a return of the defective product you are taking more than 7 days of your action time. Not sure still how many days still need to contact your support team.Are you planning to take interest out of our hard earned money? Due to your negligence action, my 8000 rs has been stuck in your account. Because of you I cant approach to buy a new machine. I have ordered HTP machine with motor on 17 july. I received damaged motor and frame. Motor got replaced after 2 months and Frame repairing charges were reimbursed but You need constant follow ups with toolsvila to move the things.

My dear friends dont go with the fake reviews given here. They deliver the defective products. After raising the ticket they ask for photo, then video call. Even after doing that they are not resolving the tickets. I received a broken hand milking machine. It has been more than 9days. They are not doing anything. Whenever I send a comment on ticket, they are saying we are processing.After seeing the photo, after doing the video call and knowing that a broken product has been delivered to me, what you people still processing? These guys are money looters. From farmers like me, they are taking money and enjoying the interest out of it.I would suggest, dont buy any product from them. They dont know the value of customers.

This is one of the most corrupt company you will find. They dont have any policy whatsoever. All the lairs are sitting at the customer support desk. I ordered a heat sealing machine on 20th Jul 2021. TIll 29th Jul, they didnt dispatched the product and called me, where I clearly told them that you cancel the product, I dont need it anymore. They asked me to send an email. To be honest, I got delayed, but in haste, they dispatched product and called me to inform that sir product has been dispatched and it cant be cancelled. So, I had no clause and accept, now when I am trying to return this product, this company is not willing to take the return. Even they have given me wrong colour product and saying that, colour variation is mentioned in the Return policy. This is hilarious, colour variation as I know, should be written in product description and not in the return policy. Also, they have forwarded the audio clips of my conversation with their rep. But they are insistance on why I delayed in sending email for cancellation. I would like to know, if they record call clips, why these clips cant be used as evidence for cancellation or modification of orders. Finally, I am, in a way forced to file cases at MSME and GAMA initiative of Government of India. This is a horrific experience, I shall clearly not recommend this company to anyone.

Only the number blocks are provided and the alphabet brass letters and space blocks are missing from the package and because of it the product is unusable and my production is halted. Would never recommendUpdate - They are asking for extra money to ship the brass letters. Beware of this site. They cheated me by selling me an incomplete product and they are asking for extra money. Ive purchased a mist fan from Toolsvilla and received the fan without a water pump. the package (3 pcs) came without any packing list nor assembly instructions.. A video call was organised with the phone number that was printed on the fan. The person acknowledged the missing part and assured immediate replacement. However the online customer support after wasting 2 weeks wants me to send a picture of the missing part for them to identify which part was missing (sic) they have been trying their best to avoid sending the vital part without which the fan is of no use. Its been 3 weeks and many many emails and phone calls and Im not sure if I will ever get the missing part.Whats more scary is the bad reviews from so many websites and complaints on Complaintboard.in where I see many people have been cheated by this organisation

I bought a bench drill press made by Agni on Toolsvilla and it was a smooth experience. I was hesitant to pay in advance thanks to all the negative reviews about them online and so I opted for the COD option. I got a call from them the following morning for a confirmation before it was shipped. I got the machine in about 7-8 days (transit from Kolkota to Karnataka). There was no damage during transit, luckily, and the machine worked fine out of the box. All the accessories were in the box, so I didnt have any trouble assembling the machine. Its been a couple of months since I bought it and its still going strong in my home workshop. I dont know about their other products but if youre planning to buy this particular machine (Agni bench drill press), you can proceed without hesitation. Opt for the COD option to be safe. They need to work on posting better pictures and descriptions of what they sell but Im glad theyre providing a platform to buy large machines online, especially if youre from a small place and cant source them locally.

I havent used it for longer periods, though its very much worthy than any other flour mill.Compact and worried for the noise pollution but excellent performance. Ofcourse I found the best one after deepest analysis of several brands. The customer service and support were incredibly helpful .

Ordered for a 1.25 Hp flour mill on 31 st October 2020. Received only the machine part and not the hopper. They had sent a receipt having somebodys signature showing they had delivered both the parts. Inspite of repeated mails and calls, there is no proper response. Infact, I had even offered to pay the hopper price of 1650, which is very high, only on condition of payment by COD. They refused to send. Totally fed up with their irresponsible behaviour. I wanted to give zero rating if it was there. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

There is no updates on status and no info on the details to mobile or email ids.Connecting to customer care is itself a night mare. Customer support team is hurry to close the call asap though customer have open queries.Courier guys says delivered and status updated as done. But it was not delivered yet. Raised complaint but there is no response from either side. Layer Product is delivered next day with package open and all accessories are spilled.Few small accessories are missed.Finally, toolsvilla is not recommended from my end.

I had ordered Agni A1706 Bench Drill Machine 13mm, 350W, 2800RPM on 9th July 2020 with Order ID 11026523. It was delivered on 14th July 2020. We found that the machine is inefficient to drill on Aluminium. Hence we raised the complaint on 18th July 2020 asking to return the product and refund the payment.Many times their technical team tried to convince that it works well. N they were trying to wash their hands. We sent the videos, photos everything. Final they said that the machine is fine and we will not be able to refund the payment. They concluded the matter without seeing the machine working.They make people fool by putting high Specifications and falls descriptions and videos to sell the product.

Received parcel after one month, because in the address, they just put name and place name not full address, so Delhivery guys wont deliver to home address. Delihvery guys from local branch said they wont deliver if we dont pickup their call.After informing through facebook, toolsvilla initiated to resend the parcel and received it within week.
