I have done my scheduled car servicing from THE QUICKEST, MARUTI AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION, GT ROAD, BANSKOPA,DURGAPUR WEST BENGAL-12 on dated14/02/2020. But there is no such update I found in my service history record. I have verbally communicated many times but no result till now.

Here all staffs are good and well behaved...they know customers need and fulfill their works..Customers are also happy with them..

They take too much time...when the owner around, the mechanics do their job, and when he gone, they become lackadaisical.Moreover they are more interested in repairing accident cars for insurance purpose where a minor problem on your car can fetch whole day of your precious time...Addition: Service charge is also very high.

An excellent Maruti Suzuki service centre situated at Banskopa Durgapur. I personally know the owner of this place and can vouch for the expertise in work and adherence to quality standards. This place also has an attached hotel where you can grab a good meal or even stay back overnight for a comfortable accomodation.

Maruti Suzuki authorized car servicing center. Roadside ( NH2 ) establishment make it easy accessible to the car owners. Trained technicians are ready to welcome you and satisfy by their service. I am sure that they will not misguide you by unnecessary changing of the spares. I must mention Rafik, the most experienced mechanic of the service centre. I visited this place several times with my car problem and returned with smile.

I was got serviced my car 1 year ago. I feel that they r not caring ur car. They care only ur money. They even not cleaned air filter. Some nuts of under body missing but they dont care. Advised for various add on services like wheel alignment, balancing which is not required as advised by other service rep. But they push it in ur mind. People who want perfection they become worried after pointing out by a technician

Authorised Maruti service station. I have been getting my two Maruti cars (WB40N5970/WB40G9476) serviced here for more than past ten years. I havent seen a better place than this for servicing my car. The Quickest excels in quality of work and promptness of service. They follow a responsible, sensible business model. I am fully aware that its a little pricey and more expensive than roadside jhopri repair shops. But I also know that quality comes at a price. I wish the owner, Mr. Subrata Banerjee, all the best in his endeavour to provide customers with a seamless service experience.

The Ritz Hotel is good.

Charged ₹20,000+ for outside painting work except roof of our Ertiga (WB54L 7778), but the quality of work is dismal. They did not remove a miniscule dent and painted over it. Even they applied paint over sand particles at many places. Very careless workmanship.
