Netrocks is great! I have found the technicians of this organization very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. They are flexible and can even work remotely for a short session to help me out with a small problem or sit down and spend time going over upgrades and more serious problems with me in person. I have a Lenovo and am not very tech savvy so I really need support and Im so glad Netrocks is there!
