Ordered birthday cake, the cake was really fresh and tasty,but got delivered after one day, now its the problem with your website that it should not accept the order if u are not able to deliver on d specified date or time or location. or at least should popup an alert!!anyways ordered from diff country, no issue with payment, got information over whatsapp too, which was really easy. anyway keep up the good job, next time probably I will order one day before. A good shop, cake i tried was pineapple flavour and that was really nice !!First while buying I was in doubt as seeing the shop but later when i ate that cake, that was really wow !!The response from the owner was quite very good, even the shop was closed that time but after calling him he opened and provided me the required cake !!

I am based out at Ahmedabad . Today morning i realize about my daughter birth day , she stays at Durgapur .I found multiple option for online delivery of cake but all were not sure for today and their responcce was not good .Then i found Asansole cake and i called them and it was really a great experience in term of customer focus and service .They delivered cake before time and which made my daughter happy ..At times we ignore small service provide ..but today my perception has been completely changed .And good part is that now small service provider has also adopted cutting edge technology which connecting both .Excellent services .... keep up the good work :).

Although the delivery was quick - same day delivery - I was saddened by the fact that the message on the cake was not correct. There was a mistake in the name of the person on his birthday cake, which reduced the enthusiasm of getting the cake delivered to the person.
