These guys scam not so tech savy people. I gave my laptop for repair once, they swapped the Samsung faster RAM, with a cheap Chinese one. Also before that they were charging people ₹350-500 just for installing cracked windows os. They will not miss a chance to scam people off their money.To summarise, avoid this store if you value your device and money.

Weve been a regular customer of this place for so many years now, the services are really good. But one strange thing that happened lately, theres a margin of 500/- on same Dell laptops at both of their stores. New store(near Rajendra Chowk) seemed cheaper.
