Interior is much photogenic. Clean and comfortable. Hospitality of management and staff make postive impact. One of the Luxurious banquet hall of Surat City..Quality food served with the good hospitality.

Its in little outskirts. Its a very huge and beautiful property. It also has a swimming pool. You can book it for functions and weddings. Rooms are price worth and too big having comfortable beds and a big couch. Plus its restaurant serves amazing food. Its open for public like even those who not staying at the property. Cool place👍

Staff here is pathetic.. stayed here for 1 week.Went to get my water bottled refilled with RO water and they said its not allowed.. seriously? Means thats the best virtue one can do.. rest they have charges for everything..

Stray dogs roam in the corridor. They climb up to 2nd floor. They might attack or bite someone. They eat leftover food kept in the plates outside rooms. The property is huge but nit maintained properly

Good rooms and environment. The problem is if the checkout time is at 10am, all services should finish by 10. I wanted to give laundry but it was told that laundry will return at 12, 2 hrs after checkout time. Strange.Good

Hotel? Are you serious? Bhaiya its an apartment not a hotel. One of the worst experiences I have ever faced. Whoever reading this review for booking here please dont book this hotel, never. Trust me you will feel bad after booking here. Not clean at all. No central AC. Dining room is too small. At the time of booking it shows swimming pool is open but when I reach here management told me it is closed and giving meaning fool reason of covid. As per govt norms, all swimming pools are open with 60% capacity. In short, if you want to destroy your trip and stay book here else dont book.

The rooms weren’t clean, washroom was stinking that you couldn’t even spend a minimum of 5 minutes inside. Ceiling was full of tapes, they do not even clean the room after a birthday/anniversary decorations. All the reviews here are either paid or from the hotel staff itself. None of their staff here wants to work sincerely, nobody is interested in their job, they respond as if they are doing a favour on you. They ask for a price that’s not worth at all. The security here is such a huge disappointment that you would want to leave from the entrance itself, such rude and pathetic behaviour he had, being a girl I’ve never been treated like that. Felt so disgusting 🤢🤢🤢. This hotel should really work on their staff and management.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. All the reviews that are given in its favour are either paid or from the hotel staff itself. Staff here has no idea how to deal with its customers. They are full of rude behaviour and no hospitality at all. No proper arrangements for meals. Worst food I had in my life was here only. Very much unprofessional people....worst hotel I have visited recently... No room service as they had marriage, no cleanness if you order simple tea they will ask you to come down and have it...we order to clean room as we had dinner receptionist asked when ever you will checkout we will do it.... Means if you are in room they wont even clean... Last they will serve you food in disposable dishes.

The best roof top restaurant in Surat. Awesome variety of food on the menu and great rate as well. The ambience can be felt everywhere you go, from the reception area, rooms, pools and restaurants. Pricing for the stay/ function is very matching to the service which is all anyone could hope for! I would definitely suggest the weekend address to everyone to host their functions or even just for a holiday away from home! Hats off to the management team for creating an epic place for all to visit!

Overall bad experience. To start with the hotel staff is unprofessional and rude. There is no dress code, just like a cheap hotel. The only positive is large rooms with big balconies. But balconies are so littered with piegon feathers, potty and cigarette buds that you can not sit there. bathrooms are very congested and in my room shower wasnt working. when you order food in room they will provide disposable paper cups and plate. Also everytime you order water you have to take bottled water and create plastic waste (& ofcourse you have to pay for it). Even being a 4 star property there is no non-vegetarian in the menue.

Place & ambience is super lovely. Current staffs were not so good. Food taste is ok-ok. Good for various events, function, leisure time etc. Couple, groups, family, friends all can have a good time. Pool was closed recently. Food charges are a bit high. Overall ok experience.

Pathetic staff attitude and pathetic service. If you want to speak to a responsible person, you apparently have to wait 30 minutes for it. Moreover no table in room. Worst thing is although they continue to advertise about room service being available 24/7, they close the kitchen at 9.30 without informing guests. Given the secluded location, its best to take your own food from outside if you plan to stay here. One of the worst experience ever in Surat. Even OYO is better than this.

Excellent stay like homestay, In this covid situation this is the best room in hotel, It is owned by private owner with full hotel facilities.Its on top floor with half room area & half open deck, It has separate bedroom & sitting area.We spend lovely time sitting in deck area at night with little rain on. Had very bad experience with check in , they dont even know what is an international Id, or they dont even accept the international visa as a international id and consider it as a local ID, and as per the name weekend address you cant enjoy the weekend over there just because you have a local ID.

This is a good hotel. Customer service also good. The room which I stayed is powered with Alexa, you can control the lights using Alexa. The food served is good and tasty. The cost of food also the economy. Overall I like the hotel. It is very near to Airport. If you have to go to city, then you have to travel for a few KMs. You can easily book Ola from this hotel.

We had signed off from the ship in Hazira Port.. So basically we were in our Quarantine period.... The quarantine service was good... The stay there was also great.

Good Food, Good Staff, but due to Covid Lock down Discs , Theatre, Gamezone and Swimming pool are closed. Overall a peaceful place in outskirts of Surat and also nearby Airport...
