Stayed here for a month. Excellent service and food. Everyday a new dish to order. Really happy with the service.

The lunch experience was good. The service was a bit delayed, but the taste and quality of the food made up for it.Their cream of chicken soup is an absolute must. The naan was absolute spot on. They could do better on how the Rajasthani Laal Maas was prepared.Hospitality was good overall.Ambience is decent.Cost wise, its slightly on the expensive side.

Rooms are decorative and clean, Good Room Service, Good Food but the hotel has to be serious on generator maintenance... Otherwise, the hotel is excellent in all other aspects. Special mention is very cooperative Staff.

Though l paid for 3 guests, they accommodated us in a double bedroom with an additional mattress only. They declined to provide bed for the additional mattress citing the reason that it was standard practice. Since, they didnt maintained the minimum courtesy, l refused the mattress and we stayed there 3 nights by sharing the double bed. lts most unfortunate that the hotel under your banner failed to comply with minimum basic requirements after charging full amount. How you had endorsed their policy of forcing the third guest to spend 3 nights on the floor? Though wifi service was good but we were deprived of watching TV since they didnt recharge their account even after repeated requests. Water quality was very poor in the bathroom. Restaurant was good and food quality was upto our expectations. Room service was commendable.

This is the only hotel were you can stay at peace as rooms are very clean, the reason why giving 2 stars is because of the room service which is very slow and even the taste of the food is also not good this might be because we are tourists here

The Utopia as the name suggest, unique in nature and the most amazing thing is every room is different from others either in design or textures or interiors. All the rooms are equipped with A/C and Geysers(which actually works, not for show). Cost is quite affordable if pre booked. Most importantly, the foods in the Restaurant are quite delicious, dont forget to check whats on the special menu.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff and wonderful service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome.The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed. Anything you need is a quick phone call away. Or you can just pop your head outside and ask someone at the restaurant for help there are no shortage of willing participants.

One of my very good school friends is running this awesome hotel with restaurant facility . Ive been there a few times and what amazes me is the beautiful and ultra-modern interiors of the entire hotel. The rooms are very modern, has all the basic amenities and are well-maintained and clean. The restaurant also serves a wide array of delicious items and service is great. It feels good to see such a good hotel in Duliajan! A must visit to this place.

Utopia Residency is located at Duliajan and it is adjacent to the main road. The interior of hotel and room is excellent. Hotel staffs are cooperative and well behaved. The restaurant is also very good and manu is budget friendly. The hotel have given all the necessary facilities including free WiFi. I loved the deluxe room in which I have stayed one night. The bed is super comfy. I will definitely revisit the Utopia Residency soon.
