I didnt believe that there are other people of this kind in this city.He checked my things like a PRO (during this time I thought he would tell me a huge price) and told me I would have to leave theyre there for a better check.So, a day later, I went back to him, the guyit was the same as the first day, he saidbouth are ready, he explained the problems to me and now they will work without problems. I would not recommend this repair clinic. They did fix my product, however there was a there was a lot of miscommunication with me over the repair and which caused me a lot of stress. They miscommunicated me over price, when the product will be an fixed and adding parts to the machine without my permission I would recommend you use another clinic because I will not be using them again for their lack of professionalism, communication and courtesy.

Unprofessional, had my laptop for 5 months before even starting work on it , and even then did a poor job. Was not charged for the work after I spoke to the owner and he realized that his employee was incompetent.

I am only giving them 1 star because I cant post without giving a star.I had the worst experience here. It is actually the 2nd bad experience I had but I let the first one go. I wouldnt even give them one star. I left my hard drive in to be repaired, it just needed the casing replaced. I rang regularly for 3 months and was told each time they would call me tomorrow to let me know when it was ready to be collected. Eventually they said it would be there the next morning. I called in and it wasnt there. I was told to come back that afternoon so I did. When I got there the hard drive they had waiting for me wasnt mine - I knew this because it was double the size and weight and it had a different number than the ticket they gave me. They assured me I was wrong and insisted I take it home. When I got home I plugged it into computer and I had someone elses data. It was a professionals hard drive by the looks of things. I rang them immediately and instead of apologising and saying it would be sorted I was told I was wrong and it was mine. I informed them that their attitude was insulting as I could tell by the data it wasnt mine. He assured me I was wrong and said he would call me tomorrow. The next day he called back and said I was right and that they had given me the wrong one. He would call me back later to tell me when it could be collected. I still had received no apology. On the third call after telling me when to bring back the other hard drive and collect mine I said that at no point had they apologised to which he responded he was going to do that but I was talking. After 3 calls, when he should have apologised from the very beginning or have listened to me in the shop when I told him it wasnt mine he tells me at the end of the call, I waited to give him time to apologise, that he was going to only I was talking. Julian has the worst attitude I have experienced in a long time. I would not go back to this shop if it was the last computer place in town. He was rude and arrogant from the start.Not only was the service disgraceful but the lack of care taken with peoples data was disgraceful. If you left your hard drive into these guys and your ticket number started with 4 and ended with s you are lucky to get it back. It had music demos from well known Dublin bands and what looked like press photos.

I left my macbook pro laptop in with a Graphics Card issue, I had been quoted a high price from another repair shop and i wanted a second opinion. The quote I got here was much cheaper and the owner was straight talking, made me aware of the potential that it may not be repairable.Received it back promptly however it failed again after a few day. I brought it back and they proceeded to repair again, once again I received it back promptly however it failed once more after a few days.At this point i was resigned to the fact that the Graphics card was gone and I would have to replace it or my mac book, however i brought it back on final time.The owner assured me that he would do everything he could to get it back working though could not make any promises, but it was still covered under guarantee on repairs.It took a while, but i eventually got it back and it has been running perfectly ever since. From what i can gather really pushed to get my laptop back to me in working order, which they did, whereas I feel many other stores would not have put as much work into it.They may not always be the fastest but they make sure the job gets done.
