I bought my daughters bike here recently. Guys were very helpful. After sales also excellent- as a clueless mother I couldnt pump wheels but I called into shop and it was sorted for me there & then. Would highly recommend!

Left my bike in for a silver service of which I knew I needed some parts replaced. The lads done a fantastic job as always even though Antonio tried to sell me a new bike 🤣🤣. Bogdan was very professional and experienced and went through all options for the parts I needed and I selected the best ones I needed with his help. Unlike other salesmen he didnt try to sell the most expensive parts. I have been using Duff Cycles for years and have recommended them in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future. I would not use any other shop. Thanks guys.

Great bunch of guys in the shop. I needed a steerer tube cut asap and they where the only bike shop in Dublin that could do it same day for me. Absolutely saved me and didnt charge much either. Will definitely be visiting again when needed.

Left the bike in on Friday morning and it was in desperate need of some TLC. Mario tool me through every repair in detail and gave advise on what type of parts to use. Called me about anything that we didnt chat about to make sure I was happy to go ahead. Had the bike done same day. Cycled it home this morning and it felt like a new bike. Delighted with the service 😀

Staff are excellent. Antonio gave me nearly 30 mins of his time to talk me through the pros and cons of upgrading my bike, patiently helped me pick a new bike and also tried fixing my old bike free of charge.I dealt with Antonio many years ago in their old Donaghmede store where he advised me not to waste my money on a new bike as the one I had was fine. I knew from then that he was an honest salesman and not just trying to get you to spend money.

The old guy with glasses is very unprofessional. i founded him to be a bit rude and arrogant. trying to sell expensive item even after telling its not in my budget. but the other staff , specially a young tall guy was friendly and helpful.

Having recently bought my first bike in many years (and therefore being quite uninformed on various bikes etc), the team at Duff Cycles were amazing throughout the whole process from picking the right bike/equipment to helping secure the Cycle to Work scheme in a very timely manner. Special thanks to Antonio for staying back after closing time to fix the bike mount to my car (in the wind & rain!!!), and to Frank, Therese and Eoin for all the help during the many hours of your time I spent trying bikes, jackets, and everything in-between!

Very professional service. I left my bike on Saturday afternoon and got it back fixed the very next day. All of the parts I needed changed were replaced with original brand parts, not cheap ones. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.Artur

This place use to be great years ago. Down to earth, and friendly....one of your own type. Now fast forward today. Unless your spending 800 to 3000 euro on a new bike the staff couldnt be even arsed looking in your direction. Theyve forgot where they came from. Only interested in selling expensive bikes to upper class snobs who enter the shop. Go elsewhere if your looking for a bike shop, who dont look down their nose at you. Loads around the dublin area.

Following some research, I found a suitable range of bikes for my 4 year old son at Duff Cycles. I met with Antonio and James initially to discuss options and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I brought my son to the shop today to pick a bike. The shop was busy with some serious bikes being ordered or dropped in for service but Antonio still took the time to help us select a bike and size the bike correctly and make sure that my son was comfortable. He also took the time to discuss the best approach to helping my son get up and moving. These guys know their stuff and are most professional. There are clear CoViD-19 practices in place. Five Star Service.

Great bike shop, with wonderful helpful staff. Have always gone here and they give great honest advise every time. I find the staff friendly and they know what they are talking about. They always have time for you no matter how big or small the job/ sale! Since covid the shop is set up in a really safe manner, staff wearing masks, screens up and limited number of customers at a time. Regularly recommend them to people I know 5stars

They have a good selection of bikes and accessories and are the only bike shop in the area. - We went in there on Saturday and were the only customers in the shop. The attendant could not have been less interested in helping us. We got less help than on a website where the stuff is significantly cheaper.

Went into the shop to get a basic service done. The shop was very busy, it didnt take long to be served. When I explained what I wanted and it was only minor tweaks he done it there and then for me. As it was so quick he offered a reduced price. Highly recommend.

Brought an electric bike to have a puncture repaired 2 weeks ago. Cost €14. Brought same bike back with slow puncture in the same wheel. They had the bike for 2 days and charged me €24 after the work had been completed. This shop has absolutely no regard for customer service/experience and I would never go there again and I will be advising everyone I know to stay well clear. 😡

I have used Duff cycles twice in the last few weeks for servicing of family bikes. They provide a really good service with really fair prices. Highly recommended

Called into Duffs in Omni Park today to buy handlebar grips for my sisters wheelchair 🦼 I’ve always found the grips hard to put on so asked the man serving us if he could do this for us he was only too happy to oblige, so will be going back for any future business I might have. Would highly recommend a visit

Have bought 2 bikes with these guys and get my bike serviced here also. Great mechanics, know their stuff and they are very easy to deal with. They listen to what you want and will look after you. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed! The guy let me believe the problem on my wheel was fixable but when he told me it was ready he also told me that I need to throw the wheel away. They encouraged me to buy another one from them. I said I would think about that. I was charged 40 € to get the same wheel with the same problem.

NICE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT TO BE OVERPRICED, SCHEMED AND RUDELY TREATEDI went there today with mine and my gfs bike, her bike had to change the gear, the chain and the breaks. They said it would be around €200-€300. It seemed to much for the problem and I immediately refused. (Later we went to another shop in city center and paid €80)I then showed my bike that had just a flat tyre and needed a new tube. A small guy wearing black glasses showed up substituting another teenage looking attendant and said they wouldnt do the job because everything else was damaged including the back wheel, cables and chain. He added that if I was run over by a car I would blame the shop. Lol. What he didnt know is that I had just cycled 100km with that bike and also have a basic undertanding of bikes.THE WHEEL AND CHAIN ARE A MONTH OLD AND WORKING PERFECTELY.Apparently, they take advantage of being the only shop around and just assume nobody has a clue about bikes using technical jargon to repair what is not broken to take advantage of clients and make more money. The guy even touched over my hand wearing medical gloves supposly to show where it was broken. It just wasnt. And the behaviour was disgusting, disrespectful, invasive and even danger considering the pandemic situation.To be the cherry on the cake, when the little guy wearing glasses figured out I wasnt being convinced he got agressive and asked Why are you nervous? I was totally calm and said to my girlfriend Lets go out of here then the guy shouted YOU CANT TALK LIKE THAT! like I was insulting him and STEP OUT! at least 3 times while I was alredy on my way and as it was his decision and not mine.The most schemy and disrespectful place Ive ever been to. Save your time and money.

My son got a little job done on his bike yesterday... He was met with arrogance and rudeness by this particular member of staff.. As my son went to leave the shop he noticed that the tyre was quite flat and asked the staff member woukd he mind putting a little air into it... He said it will cost you.. My son said I can go to the garage and get it for free to which the staff member replied aggressively _well go to the garage then!!This is no way to treat customers Duff cycles! 😳

So, i only ever use Duffs when stuck and cant get to the artane Bike Shop, but i needed to go in for my wheel to be fixed. left it over night got a call the next day to say they could not fix it and it would be easier to buy a new wheel for €90s. i said no got a call 20mins to say they could fix the wheel. up selling and its always the same lad up selling short guy glasses. if you see him go to artane bike shop

Last wednesday i came into duff cycles onmi park . Unfortunely due to illness i have a walking aid the helps me get around . My brakes on my walking aid were lose and needed to be fixed . The brakes on my walker are the same as bicycles brakes . It wasnt a major work doing to it which would took no more than 10/15 mins top to fix . I was willing to pay . I got told bring it in during the week . I felt as they didnt want to bother helping someone with walking aid the way the person spoke to me . Try explaining that due covid that i dont go out to shopping /etc much . I felt very unwelcome and i dont think i ever go in there again .

Brought bike back for 21 day service - collect it tomorrow, guy looking after me very experienced and spent time sharing his knowledge.

Lots bycicles to choose from. Sometimes a bit delay in delivering or getting bycicles ready for collection. But very friendly team.

Personally couldnt fault a thing, I have become a regular in the shop over the past year or so and the boys always look after me very well and are super patient and helpful in explaining issues, which I greatly appreciate! The shop is geared with a great bike and accessory selection with everything one could need 👌 Always a satisfied customer!

Hi I visited Duff cycles today for the first time.Cashier Uvis G served me.i mist say that I was treated with the upmost respect, even with the shop being busy I was given the upmost best customer service I have ever experienced in a bike shop. The guy who served me had the best knowledge on items I have ever heard and did not rush me into anything to ensure I got the best value for money. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I intend to make this my stop in bike shop from now on

Went in for a puncture repair. Easy to deal with, good service and I ended up buying a new tire and a few other bits as it was competitively priced. I was happy with my visit

Unfortunately zero star reviews are unavailable for this shockingly-poor business. Turned up earlier this week having pre-booked a service the previous week. No one was there when I arrived even though the shop was meant to open at 9.30am. Waited out in the rain until someone turned up and wheeled my bike into the shop only to be told by the manager theyd just had a delivery of new bikes and were not taking any repairs.I told him the service had been pre-booked but he insisted they were too busy assembling new bikes to do any repairs. Basically, he was telling me to go away because he could earn more money selling new bikes. When I asked to speak to the owner, he refused and said The owner is never here anyway. Please avoid this lousy shop at all costs. The manager is only interested in money and will drop you at the first sign he can make a few extra quid elsewhere. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Everytime I see these guys Ive got an emergency or need something done on a rush and they are always there to accommodate me and advise me and all at affordable prices. Great localer and sound lads.

Good service as always. Good advice on clothes selection - the guy helping me even took a photo of the ProViz jacket and gloves to show me how they look like in the dark.... I like this place.

I get all my service done here on my three bikes. The service is really attentive and detail oriented- theyve saved me a few times from little bits of wear causing big problems down the line. I just had a new groupset fitted to my touring bike and I couldnt be happier with it. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and its always a bit of craic coming into the shop. Highly recommend.

My bike kept getting punctured every week when I got it repaired there. After many punctures I checked the tyre myself and noticed the tube was way too big for the tyre. My bike never got punctured ever since I went there

I went there with my broken bike this morning and the lad fixed it for me with no charge. :D

Terrible. The service rep at the Donaghmede store lost a part of my bike while fixing it - the cover of the gear shifter - and said, Oh yes, Ive lots of those lying around at the other store, will ring u later and you can pick it up. Was passing by the store again a week later and called in to remind him, he said the same thing, Oh yes, will ring you later. Still no call weeks later, have to buy another shifter now because the guy fixing my bike lost it.

I tried to buy a locker few weeks ago and he said he have nothing for me when he have a lot lockers available I think it Was because I have a electronic scooter.

I have used this branch to get work done on my bike for a few years now. Each time my experience was flawed, from recurrent punctures to long delays waiting for my bike to be returned; coupled with inadequate communication of the length of the delay. I could not reccomend this shop for repairs whatsoever. As a result I would hesitate buying a bike from this place, as aftercare is bound to be dreadful.
