Worst experience everOrdered paneer curry and got Fish curry after waiting for 45 mins for order. After coming home we checked and called them up and they say “Sorry got messed in kichen and bring the bill to get free food next time” and this happened at 9.00pm and they won’t pick the call, wanted to order something else
We like the food out here however one of the employee at the counter was impolite. I asked her to kindly exchange the cake container as the lid would smash the eggless chocolate mousse.. She wasnt ready to do it and asked to me drive by carrying it with the lid open😔Please kindly provide them training on customer service.
I like food and sweets, everything is perfect! But the worst part is that one of the employees who was there to serve us eating same snack from same tray while she was helping customers ( this is NOT ACCEPTABLE with or without COVID & specially COVID time they need to be more cautious) and also employees not wearing mask properly while serving food especially while serving sweets to customers.
Their food is good. But their workers have attitudes they don’t know how to treat with customers
Dont go here everything is over priced
Shemi helped me and made my experience 100 times better than I expected. Great Employee, I definitely recommend this place because of her.
Very very spicy food, looks like they changed their cook after Covid! I have been enjoying from last 4 years the wonderful variety they have but now almost all curries and snacks are at a high level spicy which is a big disappointment. Hope they improve on this ASAP!! Even Dhokla is spicy , hard to believe.
They gave priority to dinning in customer only .waited 50 min to get my pick up order .after talking to them they seems like no care about ur order even on computer screen order is red.
Very extreme spicy food!!! I ordered a papri chaat and there was barely anything inside, only spicy sauce. This is my 3rd time trying this place, but same problem every time. Will never visit again!!!
Fantastic food. Fresh, consistent, no frills. I have been to this place multiple times and have not been disappointed once! Great value for price - authentic.
What a wonderful surprise this Cafe was! I was at the Dublin dealership waiting for my car and decided to walk to a local Cafe for breakfast. To my surprise it is a Cafe with all Indian food, which I also love. I asked for suggestions on nibbles that werent too spicy. She suggested the Vegetable Puff and Egg Puff, and OMGOODNESS they were DELICIOUS!!! So good that I ended up going back and buying ten more so my husband could try them. (He loved them, too). They also have an incredible selection of baked goodies. The cake I tried was really good, not too sweet, which was awesome. On top of that, when I asked for coffee she explained it is made with milk (India-style) but I cant do milk so I said its ok. She saw a little disappointment in my face and so she went to the cooks and asked if they could make black coffee for me and they DID! Really great service.
Good food and good times. I enjoyed the authentic experience.
Place has nice sweets however some of the employees are very arrogant and far from anything called hospitability. Had a very bad experience with a lady at the counter- she was impolite and was not interested in selling stuff.
Paan!! Delicious new addition. Loved it so much that picked some up for some guests but we went through them so fast didn’t have time to post a picture of the paan itself. Biggest paan in this part of east bay and reasonably priced. Very tasty and fresh. I put mine in the fridge until it was cold (cafe Taaza people, I like you guys and a lot of your food options, hence the five star but your service leaves a lot to be desired. Please work on it.)
Very bad experience, taste is bad , we have to wait for more that one hour for 3 items, employees are not responsive, moving like snails and slow pace.. not recommending this place at all. Arrogant behavior from employees
Cafe tazza have the best eggless cakes on all the Bay Area.my kids loved the chocolate cake.they always want to get their birthday cakes from this restaurant as they get to choose from many flavors.the cashiers were very accommodating while placing the order.customer service has improved significantly.they always treat you with a smile and establish a conversation with you.we also got our meals for the birthday dinner. chicken biryani was a hit along with chilli paneer!
Excellent taste, quality and quantity of food. in USA I had the best briyani with perfectly cooked meat pieces here. Love it. Will be my favorite cuisine for South indian.
Super dry pastry, tiny little tasteless potato puffs which were mostly filled with onions for 3$, samosas were good size but tasteless. Overall poor experience. Will never visit again.
The food taste/quality is okay.Snacks are good but they put coriander seed in everything, it’s literally annoying. And they really need to step up their service! They take forever to serve and the line grows bigger. You can watch 2 episode of friends standing in the line 🙄
I see the carelessness, not trynna be Karen. I have been requesting for extra chutney, You can skip remaining chutneys if that helps, but no. I have no problem paying for that small bowl of chutney, but at least add that to your to go menu
Customer service is a 0, food was just ok. Use to be a good place for food, but quality has gone down now and to top it off very rude Customer service, no plans to go back anymore.
This is absolutely my favorite place to get Vegetarian food but their Masala Chai is The Best in Bay Area. Definitely recommended to family and frnds.... 👍👍👍
Mango ice cream and the cashew cookies were delicious. Need to try the food nextime.
Good bakery stuff and variety of south and north Indian items.
Zero stars if possible. The lady at the checkout needs to be trained how to treat your customers or she needs to be kicked out. She neither has any basic knowledge of the food she’s taking orders for nor any customer service skills. Mediocre food and service.
Nice food, clean place and friendly staff.
Superb food and great customer service !Place is located in a strip mall with a lot of parking so it was easy to find a spot .Ordered the below dishes for 3.Butter chicken - It was delicious , The chef totally nailed it , had the nice juicy home made taste and wasnt the usual sweet commercial taste like most of the other places .Mutton masala - was a perfect blend of spice , I dont like hot chilly stuff and I usually always say mild but this time I forgot and to my surprise in was just perfect the normal way its served .Naan - well done and just right !My wife ordered the choley bhature and it was gone before I could even taste it . She totally loved it !Thanks a lot for setting up outdoor seating for your customers . Keep up the good work ! Will see you again soon !!
Amazing variety of sweets and decent price.
Very good customer service! Polite to talk to and helpful. Keep it up!
This restaurant is in Dublin close to 580. Its a place where you order at the counter. The menu is somewhat limited. I got channa Batura. It was mildly spicy. It was mediocre. Some other restaurants give onions and pickles on the side which makes it interesting. This is my suggestion to the management. They also have a good collection of cakes and sweets. Food is reasonably priced.
This is my favorite place to get dosa it’s always fresh and crispy. Five star review
This has been my favorite restaurant. Love their food. However last time I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The food was way too spicy and
I ordered to go food here today. They charged me over the phone, which seemed odd as no one else does it but sure I understand they are securing the order. I wait for 40 minutes for the order... nothing. An hour later still nothing. Turns out they gave my order to someone. Then the lady asks me if I sent anyone else to pick my order up :-/ then they said, wait 10 minutes and well expedite your order. 25 minutes later, I see my order waiting on the table and no one seemed to care. I pointed to a person who worked there that I think that was my order. That same lady picked up the order and grumpily handed me my food. Not an apology...1.5 hrs later. Its a joke
Wow and delicious indian foods, bakery foods and yummy Indian deserts. They have many types of Indian foods depending what part of India you are from and the same for deserts. Many seats and tables inside so bring your family and kids. Fresh drinks, two checkout lines inside shopping plaza with Indian bazaar and other shops. You really need to try the foods to experience the tastes. Very good
Worst service ever. I was pregnant and craving for the chaat i asked them to please put the chutneys on the side because i have 30+minutes drive back home and the cashier was very rude and said we stop doing that and cannot do it for you. Like seriously is it that much hard to put the chutneys on the side instead of on the top. Definitely will not ever come back here again
The young lady Shimi was really sweet to pack upMy mom’s b day cake in a nice container. I ordered a chicken wrap which was not tasty @ all, the noodles were okay. I do not see myself ordering any food from here, but they fruit eggless cake was perfect!!
Great place to come and get To-go or sit outside and eat. Friendly staff and good food and sweets.
0 stars if possible. Food is either uncooked, way too much spice, or just bad. A few days ago, I went to this restaurant and ordered Manchurians. They were not even Manchurians. They were basically just balls of uncooked veggies thrown into a gallon of super spicy curry. I also ordered their chaat papdi. The chaat papdi has way too much spice in it. There was barely any sauces in the chaat papdi. Also, it was not even cold like how they are supposed to be. Another thing I ordered was hokka noodles. They basically just taste like noodles filled with a whole bottle of spice. The noodles were so dry, it felt like my mouth was drying up as I ate them. The aloo tikki and samosa chat is even worse. They are not even hot. Also, the samosa is so hard that I could barely cut into it. They did not ask us if we want mild, medium or hot instead they gave extremely hot and spicy. The chholley bhaturey were cold. We always go there but not anymore.
Zero if possibleChilli Paneer: some cubes of paneer+1 piece of bell pepper+2 pieces of onion-+ lots of tomato sauce and sriracha chilli sauce.Hakka noodles=maggi dipped in water+raw carrot.Fried rice=bhaatDecide if you really want to go.
Amazing food and lot of chat varieties available. Staff is very friendly and courteous.
Good fo Indian sweets n Pastries!
I always come here with my friends to have their chaats and sweets.I just love the food and customer service.
I am glad that they have sweet paan also now. I love food
We were traveling from Stockton to the Bay w/ kids and stopped here for some Indian Food.We gave a 1 Star rating: Because the food was decent; However, the wait was over an hour long. Kids were starving for over an hour and the staff kept lying to us that they were working on our order 10 minutes after placing our order.Advice: Place your order through Doordash, GrubHub etc an hour or 2 before getting to the restaurant.
Highly arrogant staff, very disrespectful to the customers, as if they think that people dont have any other shop to buy from. Learn to respect your customers. They are paying you which is why your restaurant is there. No one takes anything for free from you.
Food was delicious and quite spicy too. But they take a long time to prepare your order. We literally had to wait an hour.
Very tasty and very good service. Highly recommend
Oh my goodness. how can i explain. this is the experience we had for the last 2 visits. So I have to write a review. We all got very upset with this shop in the recent days and decided to move out of this choice in the future. This used to be a our preferred quick shop for snacks and dinner. But not any more.Delay Delay in order:We ordered for 1 paneer puff, 1 Pav bhaaji, 1 dahi poori. And it took more than 45 minutes for a dine-in order. Do you believe it?Dahi sev poori will normally take not even 5 minutes and pav bhaaji wont take even 10 minutes. But safely they put a notice that our order will take 30 minutes time. Knowing how much time which dish will take it is ridiculous to wait for more than 45 minutes. We also tried ordering online and pick up so we can save time. The funny thing is they start the order only when you go in person and tell them about the order. which mean you still need to wait for your pickup.Food Quality:Ok even after 45 minutes we thought ok we got the food, but it turns out that the pav was old... and the poori in the dahi poori was having a smell like old poori. we can hardly see the dahi in the dahi poori. they used to be good but we all felt they are not good anymore. There are better place to dine-in around this restaurant. Sorry Cafe Tazza.
This is very good store. I like their mithai and their halal food. Delicious papi chaat. My favorite store. 💗
We have been here about 7-10 times so my review is based on many experiences over several years. 3 stars because of the customer service, ridiculous wait times, and the unclear way they call-out completed orders - when you order at the restaurant. I have to manage to get my order and it should not be that way. Food is great - never had issues. Place is clean and proper. Price is OK - definitely not on the low side, but if they are clear in completing the orders, it would be very much appreciated.
Ordered a custom cake, the cream tasted very bitter. not a good place to order custom cakes.
We wanted to dine out after a long time, and we selected Cafe Tazza because we heard some good review about them but for us it was not true. We ordered 5 Veg items including chat but only one item was fine (Samosa chat). I ordered Paneer curry for me and ask for medium spicy, the curry was full of black pepper and too much spicy. There was no taste in the curry, I was not able to eat with even rice. I think to hide the bad taste they put lot of pepper. Aloo tikki chat was dry and my kids were not able to take in without the water. that was a terrible experience.
I love the paan they serve and eggless pastries are best
Must visit here for best dosas and indo- chinese food 👌 came here for a catering order and all of my guests loved their samosas , ice cream and chaats specially loved there fresh made paan.
I really like dahi sev poori and papdi chaat, highly recommended.
I came with my family to cafe tazza and we ordered few meals and sweets , all of them was too delicious and fresh. Now they have also started making meetha paan and dhokla chaat that is not easily available anywhere else. The staff is also too cooperative. I suggest to everyone who is foodie , should definitely visit to cafe tazza.
The people who work here should be embarrassed at the quality of service provided. Food is cold, served late, and the order pickup process is extremely chaotic and disorganized. You couldnt pay me to come here again.
Have been here for more than 10 times. Most of the times I have ordered Dosa, Idly, Vada and felt that the taste is OK but the chutnies are not good except the peanut chutney which they provide very less (only 1) even though the order is for 3 breakfast items.
Excellent! Chole Tiki and dosa were excellent. Virtually no oil.
Tasty food and good portions. Love their chaat’s.Service is slow and may get mixed up at times.
I went there with my mom and brother this evening only. Right when my mother told me about this café, I knew this the store would not be good. We ordered and waited more than 30 minutes for our food, then, our inital guess was the fact that the wait is so long, but the food is good.Turns out we were wrong, the chaat and the chicken wrap were extremely spicy, and the hakka noodles had zero to no flavor at all. Also the service have a habit of making excuces to let us wait longer for our food. I saw the other customers looking troubled as well.Im giving it one star because at least their fries were good.Would NOT recommend this store if youre not ordering their fries there.
I orderedChole Bhature(2) Masala Dosa (2) Ghulab Jamun 1 Lb. Pick up . The quality of food was very bad. Chola was salty, watery and had no taste., batora was less rispy, Masala dosa was soggy, not crispy. we hardly touched it. Gulab Jamun was ok. i will never go to this place. Thought of going and getting refund and return the food. However was not in mood to go back again. Hope they improve their quality. Gave 2 star for good service by the cashier.
I ordered a chocolate eggless cake here and it was amazing. The customer service was great and my cake was ready on time and decorated so beautifully. The design was free handed and was more than I expected. Highly recommended.
Service is too slow. Even during non busy hours they will take 40-50 mins for just one dish order. Even after multiple complaints they have not made any effort to improve. Recommending not to visit this place.
Good indian food
I ordered food online here and after an hour i went for pick up since the waiting time was 45 min . After reaching this cafe they made me wait another 15-20 min to get my order ready . Worst wait time and no proper respect for cutomer’s time
The food was ok, I had to wait an hour just for some reheated food from the microwave. Serving is really bad and they are expensive for nothing. I can’t believe I can’t believe I wanted an hour for reheated food
Popular snack and take away place at dublin. ample parking spaces, outdoor dining arrangements. online order experience is great, wait times are normal. Covid safely precautions in place. must visit if around for amazing takeouts. check menu photos for prices.
Food is really good and Shami was awesome.
Ordered mysore masala dosa which came with sambar and chutneys. Sambar had a burnt flavor, most likely dal was burnt. And the potato masala in the dosa was tasteless. Had better food before at the same place. Tried first time since covid. Looks like kitchen staff changed
We Loved the idli Manchurian and chilli gobhi. We Also got Many cakes And were amazing!I am so happy to be in dublin and have such a great place to go!
Staff needs lots of basic customer service training. They will always charge more, then what they advertise. There are plenty good Indian restaurants in Dublin, stay away from this one
Money first service is secondary. Very irresponsible attitude of the management and staff. They dont care customer waiting for long hours and no intimation of informing customer about the non availability of the item after waiting for long hours. Service is very very bad. I am not happy with the service
Food was awesome service not good very slow for 2 Dosa took 45 minutes +
AWESOME Samosas and Sponge Cakes are DELICIOUS
Great Indian food, lovely desserts and yummy bread.
The food was so so spicy! I ordered 9 dhoklas and they filled it with so many chilies that the weight of the chillies was equivalent to 2 more dhoklas! They did that to make extra cash. And the dhokla itself was sooo very spicy that I could only have 1. And when I ordered my burger (at the same time), they took 15 minutes to make it and no one was in the store!!Highly recommend you find another Indian Restaurant to go to. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
This place has the worst service, dont go ever.
Excellent food, freshly baked goods. But extremely long wait times. Had to wait over an hour. Better to order ahead.
Customer service is terrible. I ordered a customizable cake for my sons birthday and requested for it to be 2lbs. They said they wouldn’t customize it, we had to buy a bigger size even though the cake was designs were fairly simple. They told us we had to by home designs for 2lb cakes and so we did. He later told us he could do it. Couple hours later he told us he couldn’t and that we should go to another shop. I’ve never had worse service then this. Never coming here again!!
Very slow service and its a waste of time to even come here.
Yummiest Plum cakes, Puffs and Buns, Samosas!! All the Indian and Indo Chinese delicacies here are made so freshly.. Relish them..They have a wide range of Eggless Pastries too!!
Food not gud service vary bad
Long wait time in line. Logistics need improvement.
Ordered Malabar parotta which tasted like rubber
Super delicious, i ordered Papdi Chaat & Bhalla Chaat. It was awesome, I never had this yummy chaat in USA before!! Thanks 🙏 for made my Day.
I really like Indo-Chinese food, Rasmalai, Cake & Pastries. Quality of food is really good.
Went here around 9:30pm and they said they were closed. Business needs to fix their hours if Yelp has them wrong. Lady in the back was very rude. I just wanted to get pastries pre made ones in front how hard is that to ring up? Never coming back here again.
Very spicy food....after eating I was sick
