Highly recommend Master roofing! From the first estimate with Christian down to the last detail it was an overall great experience. We had requested quotes from about 7 different companies and were just not feeling good about any of them. The price quotes we had gotten were all over the place. We decided to try one more company and quite honestly I had wanted to call them prior but we started with companies that friends or family had recommended. We honestly got the best feeling when Christian showed up for our estimate. I know that sounds silly but sometimes you just have a feeling. We had a lot of questions and my husband is fairly involved and particular. Christian was very patient and knowledgeable and answered every question. He got up on our roof to really give it a look. Many of the other estimates used a google picture and guess work. When we received the estimate it was detailed and broken down in a way that we could understand. The price was right in our expected range and we were very happy to move forward. We upgraded our roof venting to ridge vents as well and we werent sure if we were going to be able to afford it! We were having our patio cover updated as well and naturally it was going to take a while for the materials to be ordered and shipped and we were kept in the loop about timing. There was a day or 2 delay because of weather but that is to be expected. They cant control that obviously. The main roof and garage were completed in 1 day and there was a hiccup with the color of our patio covering and deciding to sheet it with wood prior to installation but no huge surprises about additional costs and everything was communicated efficiently. Nothing is ever perfect and smooth but patience and communication is key to everything! Thank you to the crew and Christian and James. I had a plug in my roof where a swamp cooler had been removed that was leaking. My service consultant, James, got back to me very fast and worked with me on the weekend so I would have my roof repaired on Monday, before another storm rolled through. My service tech, Jesse, did a terrific job with not only replacing the leaky plug, but fixing my roof so my attic would not mold. They did all of this at a very reasonable cost. I truly recommend Master Roofing to anybody who needs either a roof or a repair.

I requested a quote on their website on a Friday evening and I was surprised to be contacted the very next day by Christian to ask if I was available for him to take a look at my roof. They wanted to ensure it was a smooth process and not an inconvenience for me by working with my schedule. I worked with Blair on the estimate and finalizing the work plan. I got bids from several other roofing companies to replace my shingles. The bid from Master Roofing was competitive and Blair gave me a lot of confidence by taking the time to walk through the benefits of the materials and training that his company uses.On the day of the work they started about 8am. They had the old shingles off within a few hours. I was amazed at how quickly the worked. By 5pm they were nearing completion. I wasnt sure if they would come back the next day, but it turned out that they continued working and finished up the roof and then spent about another hour cleaning things up. They used a magnet to pick up all the nails and did a great job sweeping. By the time they left around 7:30 there was hardly a sign they had been here except that we had new shingles and a dumpster full of the old ones.The new shingles look great. Id highly recommend getting a bid from Blair.

He also worked with us on price and didn’t put any pressure on us during decision-making. Of all the estimators we had look at the roof, he was the only one who made the effort to look in the attic to include any potential damage in the original quote. James called the day that I started looking for quotes online. He set an appointment for me to meet with Jackson and get an estimate to replace our roof. Jackson arrived on time and was very professional. He stayed in contact with me as I was getting other bids. When we decided to go with Master Roofing, Jackson met me at the house, again on time, and brought samples for me to choose from. He was extremely helpful and explained things so that I could understand. The appointment was set to do the roof install and everything went as planned except the supply company sent the wrong size ridge vent. That was corrected the next morning and the roof is complete. We were so impressed. They treated us kindly and respectfully and honestly! They came and put the roof on in one day! We had a broken skylight, and they coordinated for it to be replaced at not extra cost to us. The day after our roof was installed, it literally downpoured for 72 hours and not one leak. Christian really impressed me right from the beginning. Jackson was friendly and professional. He explained our options and listened carefully to what we wanted. There was zero pressure,and the bids were very reasonable and detailed. The crew showed up exactly as promised, re-roofed our house and recovered our shed in less than a day. They were fantastic and the workmanship was top notch. They were very good to work with, they deal directly with my insurance company which made it much easier for me to make a claim. They met with the insurance adjuster and worked out all the details of the needed repair. They let me know if there were any costs that were not covered by my insurance company so I knew exactly what things were going to cost me before they started except for any damage to wood under my roof. The replacement cost of the wood that was damaged was very fair in the work was done properly and professionally.

The work has been finished. The crew was big, professional and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I was out of town for an extended time when the September 2020 windstorm happened. My roof was damaged beyond repair. Blair at Master Roofing was so helpful when he got my call. I was feeling pretty stressed because I was out of town. Blair assessed the damage and sent me pictures. He met with my insurance adjuster regarding the roof damage and his opinion that a complete new roof was required. He showed me a great selection of roof materials and was helpful in helping choose the best option. The roofers arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of replacing my roof and cleaning up the mess from pulling off all the old roofing material. They worked well with my insurance company. I am very happy with their service from start to finish and would highly recommend Master Roofing without hesitation!

Master Roofing was great to work with. Blair came out and helped us with the insurance adjuster, pointing out some things to the adjuster that they missed that would have affected them paying for the roof or not. We were right on the edge of winter and the weather moved in so we ended up waiting a few months until they were able to get out here, but they kept me informed as to why there was a delay. The crew that came out and did the roof was fast and professional. They cleaned up afterwards to the point I couldn’t find even a piece of shingle anywhere. Now the roof is done and I could not be happier. It looks a lot better the the roof that was previously on it did when we bought the house 12 years ago. Maddy was fantastic to work with. He and his brother showed up on time and were very proffesional. They cleaned up everything and left my home tidy. (Unlike other contractors we have used.). I did my research before and strongly felt that the Roof Maxx product would be a great alternative to spending 10k on a new roof. It cost a third of replacing the shingles on both my home and garage..My home is 21 years old as are the shingles. The product seems to have stopped the granules from coming off my shingles as promised. I highly recommend Roof Maxx.

Richard and Master Roofing stood out as they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and also did their best to reuse any materials that still had serviceable life. Their quote was the most fair (and I didn’t just go with the lowest bidder) and from the outset I had the impression they would do the job right while looking out for my interests.The installation was right on time and exactly as advertised. We contracted with Master Roofing to get on the schedule for a roof on a house we were planning on buying back in August. We dealt with Casey, and then we ended up being nightmare customers. I was not looking forward to the process of re-roofing my flat porch roof. Cody and all the guys at Master Roofing managed to make it be an easy and stress free event. Blair knocked on our door suggesting that our insurance might cover the wind damage. We didn’t even think that this kind of stuff is covered by home insurance. But after calling them and setting the claim, we got approved for a complete replacement minus deductible (which is nothing comparing to the cost of the roof replacement). Blair’s team set everything up and our roof was replaced in a matter of few hours. Great quality, super nice guys, 50 years warrantee, fast and reliable. I have to said we are completely satisfying with the service and the price from Master roofing. We were trying to remodel the siding, but when the siders almost finish their job , they found out our roof had excess water damage. We need to replace the roof before they can keep going with the siding. I searched online and called a bunch of them. They were the first called me back. Cody came and estimated the roof right away. They said their price is little but higher because their crew are good, but the price are actually the same with another contractors. I can’t believe they came after a week and finished the roofing in 2 days. They are so professional and know what they are doing. I will refer them to every one who will need to change the roof!

Great company. Great team. Great business practices! Highly recommended for anyones roof. We are just a regular family in a regular neighborhood, but Mattie and Richard treated us like we were a major project. Start to finish things went smoothly-from the estimate (quick), to deciding on the product, to scheduling (they started they day they said they would), to completion (they finished everything in 1.5 days), and finally the follow up. Im impressed and would highly suggest you have them bid your project. If I ever need a roofer again, Master Roofing is who Im calling.

I contacted Master Roofing after discovering holes left in our brand new roof un-caulked by our builder. They returned my message within 15 minutes, we set up an inspection appointment with Cody for the next week. He confirmed our appointment that morning, showed up on time, and immediately went to work. Cody spent the better part of 2+ hours on the roof, documenting damage with pictures including poorly done work, caulked the holes, and left us feeling very comfortable that the roof would not leak. He promised a detailed report including pictures emailed to me by the next evening. He was respectful, hard working, diligent and honest. It was refreshing!110% recommend them if your in need of a trustworthy roofing company!

I was very satisfied with Master Roofing. Which is saying something for someone as particular as me.There were a couple hiccups but they were very quick to fix them & my roof looks awesome.Price was one of the better prices I got but the best explanation of the process & the system he uses, & why he does things certain ways. He uses the GAF roofing system which came with an awesome warranty, great reviews, & looks awesome. Thanks Mattie!

After a strong wind storm we had some loose shingles. I called Master Roofing they responded right away and came the same day. After he climbed out and inspected the shingles and thanked me for calling right away before the shingles were damaged. He was able to reattach them and glue them back down. They were 13 yr old shingles that were supposed to last 50 years, according to the manufacturers warranty. Apparently, the tar that secures them to the roof doesnt necessarily last 50 years.Master Roofing was prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable.
