Katie was our designer and she was so nice and easy to work with and was amazing in helping us be aware of deadlines as well as designing our dream home. We looked at a few different builders and Edge was EXTREMELY fair in their upgrade pricing. This made it even easier to add the things we wanted because it wasn’t as expensive as we were expecting (because of other builders’ pricing). Gary was our Construction Manager and he’s a crack up! He was very willing to make changes as things progressed and everything was on time. He did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on throughout the build and explaining things in detail. Braden was super detailed in our final walkthrough and in making sure we knew how to properly take care of our home. We’ve had a few things that needed to be fixed (super minor) and Lauren has been so quick to respond and helpful. This is the first home we’ve built and if we ever build again, we will DEFINITELY use Edge again. We love our new house!!!! Thanks for everything y’all!!! We love it here!!

My husband and I are currently building with Edge and our experience so far has been sub-par. Our communication with our sales rep, Gordon, has been great, but the joy of our experience ends there. Multiple times thus far we have been told one of the items we chose is out of stock. Instead of making the situation right and helping us find something similar that will match, the design teams tells us we are out of luck and we need to choose something different. I am already going to hate my home from day 1 because I am not getting the colors and appliances I chose. Edge only cares about the money, they dont care about the user experience.When signing our contract with Edge, they guarantee our home to be completed within 130 days of our dig date. We are not on track for that and when I asked What happens if our home is not built within the dates specified in our contract? I was told they would not do anything and that the house will get done when it gets done. What is the point of putting time parameters in the contract if they are not going to be upheld?I have gone out to the lot a handful of times and every time I go out, I find a mistake and I have to inform our construction manager of it. I should not have to micro-manage the construction of my home, I should have no worries that it will get done correctly and on time.At this point, I cant back out of the contract otherwise Edge will keep the $40,000 I already put down, but I already hate the kitchen in the home I am paying $615,000 for.I would not recommend building with Edge. They make things extremely stressful and only care about making money. If I could go back 8 months and warn myself, I would have built with a different company.

The floor plan and location of our house are great and the folks weve dealt with are all good people but buyer beware of the value for your money. The fit and finish work is sub-par. Edge Homes sub contractors are clearly paid on quantity, not quality. And dont be fooled by the base prices. Once you add a reasonable list of upgrades your purchase price will easily jump 20-30%. And youll have to add another $20-$40k for landscaping. Edge leaves their lots looking like a construction zone, not graded, with all lot work the responsibility of the homeowner, including cleaning up rocks and construction debris. Lots of mud until you can establish a lawn. We had the HVAC vents cleaned as soon as we moved in and the amount of dust and construction debris removed by the cleaning service was unbelievable. The attached photo was debris from one bedroom vent. We seem to find a new fix-it item every week.Customer service is responsive but we shouldnt have to deal with those issues for what we paid and they only take responsibility for so much. We were new to the area and we love the location but should have done more research on the builder. We recommend you hire a home inspector prior to settlement.

Edge built us a beautiful and solid home! Weve moved in a year ago.We fell in love with Edges signature design: the huge windows on the Great Room, abundance of natural light and openness of the floor plan.Wade was our builder, and he kept the subcontractors on task, and us informed. The location (Hidden Canyon Estates) is surrounded with natural beauty, breathtaking views, trails galore, and fresh air. I wish landscaping was included.

EDGE built our first dream home for our family. The floorplan is fantastic, and they did a great job adjusting to requests. We had a bit of a challenge with one of the construction managers, but in the end the leadership for Construction and Sales stepped in to make it right. They made sure we were happy and got the most important things fixed. My biggest complaint is that the departments arent aligned on their messaging. There were several instances where design said we could have something and the construction team couldnt do it. Id encourage them to develop a stronger communication channel. At the end of the day though, were very happy!

Wow. This is my first time with a new single family home build, but not my first time with a new build. So it was great to have a comparison between the pace of work, quality, response times, and ease of process of Edge Homes vs. the other guy. My sales agent, Stephanie was always responsive. Any time I had a question, she answered my email or text promptly. Add on top of that, my construction manager, David, who regularly let me swing by, sent me text updates, and was a joy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Edge for anyone looking for a new home build.

Ok I have been in the construction business for most of my life. I have worked for a couple of builders here in Utah and I have to say that my experience with Edge homes has been awesome. From start to finish it just seemed right. Our sales agent was very professional and on par with all our questions from the very beginning. Steve Maddox jr. was our sales agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home from Edge homes.Gavin was our construction manager and was a new hire at the time with Edge homes. He held things together perfectly and keep me updated with progress on our home weekly. He was very professional and would always get back to me.When I first met Steve and Gavin I think I made them a little nervous being at the time I worked for a competitor of theirs. The construction process of our home was very typical of most builders. The one thing that stood out to me the most was the weekly updates that I would get.If I ever had concerns and brought them up they would hear me out and resolve the issue.Our family has been in our home for a few years now since they have completed construction in Dec 2017. I have to say I have only found very minor things that I ended up repairing myself. Edge Homes was so amazing to work with! From their realtor to all of our contractors our questions and concerns were always met with answers and understanding. They definitely made the home building process so easy for us.

Edge made several changes to my townhome floorplan and outside design structure from the traditional to modern style after I purchased it. Edge does not have enough design options for the townhomes. There was a specific cabinet type I liked and we went through all of the floor options with my designer and only one matched! I hate how inflexible they are about any minor changes. I cant even get them to commit to laying the tile in a certain design (horizontal not vertical to lengthen the room) or flip the way one of the doors open. I would rate my sales contact pretty high but Edge overall pretty poorly. Also why are they putting all the electrical and water thing on the outside by the front door of my townhome that is on the street view. Why not do this on the edge that is not outward facing and does not have the door on that side. I had no control over them flipping the door to the side of my building instead of the front and now it is by all the ugly stuff.

The short version:If you want a new house, and you cant quite afford custom, I highly recommend Edge. But no matter who you build with, youll get pretty frustrated if you dont keep a few things in mind: (1) Youre not getting a perfect house. There will be imperfections, and the more you accept that, the happier youll be. (2) It will take a long time to build. (3) You will have to help your contractor stay on top of things. (4) Itll cost more than you expect it to, youll spend more than you planned, and you wont get everything you want. (5) When you do finally move in, 1-4 will all be worth it.Okay, heres the long version:We picked Edge because we liked their plans the best, and once we found Hidden Canyon Estates up in the mountains above the inversion, we were sold. (Ill review the neighborhood separately.) We were happy with the options offered, and by now theyve actually gotten better. Our agent was Eric and hes a super nice guy that we enjoyed working with.We tried to keep our options below $40,000, and ended up spending $45,000. We tried to be smart about it, picking options that would be much too difficult to change later, like 9 ceilings on the main, top-grade insulation, and the good cabinets in the kitchen. In retrospect I wouldve spent a little more, but were still pretty happy with what we got. We ended up with stock bathrooms in order to afford a totally upgraded kitchen. We went back and forth on lighting packages and I think that was our biggest disappointment. In the little pictures, the package we picked all looked like the same brushed brass, but the dining, entry, and stair lights have a weird speckled texture that we really dont like. Well probably end up painting them. So be sure to zoom in on those pictures to make sure youre getting the finish you want. Our design consultant was Jessica and we got along great. She had great suggestions and feedback. The lighting thing wasnt her fault, it was just unfortunate.It seemed like it took forever between finalizing the design and starting construction. We finally got a tentative finish date when we met with our contractor, and our house was finished two weeks later than that date. (He warned us that most houses are delayed about three weeks.)Our contractor was Wade, and hes fantastic. I never met any of the others, but if you build up here, I hope you get Wade. Wed drive by almost every week, and occasionally wed see something that wasnt right. Id snap a picture, text it to Wade, and hed make sure it was taken care of. Usually he was already aware of it and the fix was on its way.For example, we noticed two windows werent framed out. Turned out they didnt make it in the final plans, but Wade and Edge took care of it. Other issues we noticed were the porch steps were way off center, the wrong front door was installed, and the wrong fan was installed. Wade caught other things that we probably wouldve missed.Actually, thats probably one of the best parts of working with Edge. We previously had bought a new house in Farmington and we had to do the whole blue tape walkthrough. Wade told us that Edge doesnt do that. And he was true to his word. About a week before our move-in date, I noticed there was blue tape everywhere--little things that Wade found and was taking care of. So when we finally had our walkthrough, we didnt find anything!I didnt want to rate 5 stars because when you see that, you expect perfection, and thats the wrong mentality to have when building new. But as far as builders go, I dont think you can do better than Edge.

We moved in back in 2017 2018. We are the first owners. So it was new in 2017. So after only a few years my kitchen sink just got disconnected and fell. The parts they use are very cheap and bad craftsmanship. They used glue to hold up a sink agents a hard surface countertop.

Absolutely no parking available anywhere! If you ever want to invite granny over to your brand new house you better send a freaking helicopter to go pick her up. Why? Cause she will either have to walk 200 miles from the nearest parking spot or a regular transportation vehicle like say a car won’t have enough gas to drive the 800 miles to go pick her up. Do yourselves a favor @edgehomes and provide more spots freaking parking!

My wife and I built a home through edge and we had the best experience ever. Mike was our project manager and he did the best job ever. We were very impressed with each step of the process and even when things had a slight issue, it was made aware instantly and taken care of. Would build with them all over again. Incredible company.

Edge homes is an appropriate name because you won’t find parking anywhere besides the edge of where their developments end. No parking anywhere within an edge homes complex. If you want to buy one of their homes just sell all of your cars and have all your friends and family members sell theirs too and then rent those electric scooters for them to shuttle themselves from the main roads to your property within edge homes. Am I being ridiculous? Yes, but isn’t that the appropriate response when the amount of parking they provide for the number of people they sold houses to is ridiculous as well?

I would not recommend Edge home builders. They are price gouging and doing things that I am surprised is even allowed to be done. We literally wasted 2 months of our time trying to purchase a lot and build a home. The price went up 3 different times before we were ever even allowed to submit an intent. They request highest and best from all interested parties to drive up the price. It was the most ridiculous process. There are other builders that do not use these tactics. I highly recommend you choose another builder.

1-Edge refuses to repair cracks in my baseboards. Our new construction is settling and looks terrible in 3 places.2-Edge has terrible parking in nearly every complex they build. They refuse to report the people that park in non parking spots.3-They buy the cheapest building products and do whatever they can to make an easy buck. I definitely won’t be using them when I build my single family home.USE A DIFFERENT BUILDER!

Agree with the previous review! I put in an offer and was told If that I did not win and the first offer fell through then I would be in line to purchase the house. Well the first offer fell through and guess what? They opened the lot up again for new offers and I had to bid again. They are only releasing a few lots at a time so people are forced to bid higher and higher well beyond the market price. Go with another builder where you have a set price and things are done in an orderly fashion without the lies.

Edge is a great company that will provide great value to your home purchase. The process is long, but their people are well informed on the different steps and worked well with us. It is clear that they have a customer success mindset in their company.

I absolutely loved my experience with Edgehomes. They were responsive and so ontop of things! I loved them so much that my sister built, my older brother is building, my little brother is building and now my Ex husband is building. Best company ever!

Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other builders in Utah that are more ethical. These guys are taking advantage of a hot market and are price gouging. We were told by one of their agents that we reserved a lot. Maybe it was honest miscommunication, but come to find out we didn’t get the lot but were instead just “allowed the privilege” to participate in a bid war over said lot. Furthermore, they are bumping up their “suggested” model base prices by an average of $25K next month. Hey, I’m a free market kinda guy so do what you want, but I have options too. Other builders are not playing this bid war game. EdgeHomes, you’re in a cyclical industry and your day will come.

I didn’t have any issues with edge until this last month. We haven’t even lived in our condo a full year and we have had settling occurring. Our baseboards are splitting from the wall causing the paint to chip and we have cracking starting along the tub. Our patio door was jammed and wouldn’t lock. Edge sent a guy out to look at things and he “fixed” the door (still has some locking issues) and never got back to us about the rest of the issues.Over all the quality in the products edge uses is the bottom of the line. I swear if you touch a wall paint comes off. They also do not plan enough parking, we have cars parking in the street and and side walks because parking is full. I’m not impressed with Edge and will not be using them for my next home.

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Edge building my home! I started the process back in November, signed the contract, picked out my lot and quickly moved to the design center the next month. Construction started in February and was finished by mid-June. Ahead of schedule. I received weekly communication and had quick responses from the Sales Agent I worked with.The actual home was beautiful. The lighting, backsplash, tile, and fireplace looked even more brilliant than we imagined. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Edge!!

There is no where to park. We live in a state where public transportation is garbage and we all have vehicles. Give us someplace to put them.

Edge has been great to work with! They have always been clear on what to expect and the timeline of the construction. Their homes are constructed with care and it was easy to stay in contact with the contractors along the building phases. The sales agents were awesome to work with! They were able to deliver ahead of schedule during stressful times. They did awesome and would work with them again in the future.The only issues we ever had was them trying to get us to go with their lender. However, that is just business. It was also hard to get a confirmed closing day which is difficult at times (especially in the current climate).

She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, detail-oriented, quick to respond to emails/text messages and phone calls, and ever so patient and pleasant to work with! This is our second time building and it’s a huge difference working with an amazing builder like EDGE! The way they organize the process makes it so convenient. The quality and timeliness of the build was spectacular. I’d 100% recommend working with Humberto, he was always available to answer our questions, meet with us and give us tours of different models, and was overall one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Ashley in the design studio was amazing, she really helped us make decisions based on my style and inspiration pictures, and didn’t push for more expensive upgrades. Ryan the project manager was great, he gave us updates almost weekly so that we knew where our home was at. Even working with the preferred lender First Colony Mortgage was amazing, Reagan and Kallie Walker were so helpful during a normally stressful time, they were great at answering our questions and explaining the process. I fully believe that everyone at EDGE had our best interests at heart and we are so excited to move into our home!! And one day if we build again I know I will only work with EDGE.

My husband and I were disappointed with Edge not following through with a few things we were told after we moved in.

We looked at a lot of different builders before deciding upon edge. We looked at edge first and over the course of 4 months, we kept going back to edge every time we looked at other builders. We simply loved their design and attention to detail. Throughout the build process, the great impressions didn’t stop. I’m so happy we chose edge for our home. The people we interacted with, the craftsmanship of the home, and the overall process made me a lifetime customer!

Edge homes was very professional at every step of the process. They were very transparent at disclosing all prices and terms. Construction was on time. I did an independent home inspection and there was not a single flaw with the property. Thank you, Jack, and the rest of the Edge homes team.

We had a pretty terrible experience at the beginning with Edge Homes with our new build townhome. We felt like the promises that were made to us were not kept and our first construction manager was absolutely awful. He would rarely respond to our texts or calls and would not update us on when our house got delayed for any reason. Our house ended up being over 2 months later than originally scheduled but again our sales rep and construction manager never informed us and we had to find out about delays from our mortgage lender when trying to lock in our rate. When we confronted Edge about why this upset us, they never took responsibility and blamed it on various external things. They also kept telling us we had to think about how it sucked for Edge Homes and how they were losing money instead of apologizing and trying to help us feel taken care of and heard. They also said they weren’t going to do anything to make up for the bad customer service, bad communication or delays. We ended up getting switched to a new construction manager without warning because they said our first one was no longer with the company. Luckily we started to have a better experience with the new manager.Ultimately, we are happy with the final product. We feel like the home was built well and we will enjoy it moving forward. The customer service rep that did our walkthrough was absolutely amazing and we could tell he puts the customer first. We felt taken care of by him very well.So just a heads up for new buyers, don’t trust everything they tell you when you’re first looking at homes. The bidding war sucks, the timelines might not be accurate and once they have you sign you might feel like they don’t care about you anymore, but if you’re willing to put up with that, you’ll like the home that’s built and enjoy the neighborhood.

I originally rated Edge 5 stars at the beginning of the build process since our agent was great and we had a positive experience… at the beginning. The reason I am updating my review is because I feel that as soon as you sign the paperwork and move into your home, Edge does not follow through with things that were promised before you move in. It was a rookie move and I should have been more careful knowing they wouldn’t follow through after we closed. We were told multiple times by Edge that they would be doing our retaining wall since our lot is on a slope. Well, after we moved in and after months and months of following up they were 1 very unresponsive, and 2 came back with the poor response of, “we no longer will be doing your retaining”. Which means they got our signatures and money and they wanted nothing else to do with us after that. Or at least that is how we felt. For this reason, I am changing my review to 1 star.

We were very impressed with the overall process with Edge. They finished our home earlier than expected. Our Edge realtor/representative Eric was great! Our builder did a good job and they were good about fixing the things that needed fixing along the way. Two thumbs up!

They Edge Homes CONDO I lived in was built like s card board box. You could hear everyones everything along with all their smells. The HIA says call police and police says they cant do anything ss its private property. What s racket. I ended up having to sell it and move again. Terrible noise!!!!

Buyer Beware! For the three years we’ve been in our edge home, we are consistently dealing with electrical failures, flooring separation, cracking seals, and interior paint chipping issues. This builder cuts corners, uses low quality products, and charges top prices. It’s like they have a perfectly mapped out timeline for when these big problems arise and the warranty period has expired. I’ve had independent contractors and electricians go through and correct multiple issues found.

After buying the house we have had multiple problems and not received the proper promptness to fix them.Half the problems we taped in our final walkthrough didn’t get addressed. The electricity in two rooms were tied together, ended up being an easy fix but took over a week to get someone out. We tried to be understand and didn’t complain. When mounting our tv the studs were 21 inches apart instead of the normal 16, had to get creative to mount the tv. Once again let it slide. The smurf tube is much smaller than shown, only able to fit one or two cords through. The disposal switch is under the sink instead of on the counter, small thing seems like the cheapest option. Just one thing after another we just kept thinking isolated incidents but now our kitchen sink detached from the island. I call in to try to get it fixed or at least to a useable point but I’m told I’m just out of luck and the other people will review it on Monday.It’s just been one thing after another and we’ve never felt we got the service or promptness that was promised. Always an issue. Very nervous to find out what breaks next.Severely disappointed with Edge, they have consistently over promised and under delivered. I would recommend a different builder.

Once you’re signed it’s very hard to get edge to fix problems. I’ve gone up their ladder, but it’s like pulling teeth to fix things.We love the house, loved our Edge realtor, loved our builder, but what I’m talking about are problems that still remain from signing a while ago that still haven’t been addressed.I have never gone to warranty, since I was told issues would be fixed when we signed. The builder was very specific that it went to customer service after I closed.There are issues I’ll submit through the warranty department when the initial list is taken care of. Edge has protocols and I respect that but dealing with a huge company has its problems. I’m referring to the initial items brought up at close.

From beginning to end my experience with Edge Homes had been amazing. I feel confident that I made the right decision and that those I worked with had my best interest in mind. Eryn is amazing at her job! Very informative and patient. She made sure I was clear on everything. If I had a concern she was willing to listen and talk it out with me. My lending agent with First Colony Mortgage, Jason, was great! He was always on top of things and quick in his responses. He made sure I was aware of any changes and exactly where I was in the process. Finally, the closing was quick and easy. Im truly excited about my next chapter in my life at my new place. Thank you!

I would never build with anyone else. Edge has top quality product for the best price. They do not cut corners in the construction process, but they build efficiently so as not to add unnecessary expenses into the home prices. They have so many options available for location as well.Their standard options in the homes are very affordable and you can upgrade everything to fit your personal style and family needs. The design studio is well organized and the designers know what theyre talking about. They guided us through our decisions while respecting our budget and helping us maintain it.The agents are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good understanding of the floor plans and options and have awesome online tools to help you find the right lot, floor plan, and adjustments. They are helpful without pressuring.I know that Edge has a highly skilled land acquisition team that can negotiate great prices for land, which allows them to then pass those savings on to their customers.I would recommend Edge to anyone looking to build their dream home.

I’ll start off by saying our sales agent and contractor were great to work with and Edge Homes does build beautiful homes, but do expect there to be A LOT of fixes waiting for you once you move in. Since we’ve moved in there’s been nothing but emailing customer care back and forth to have someone come out and fix another problem that was left for us.Also, if you build the Kate floor plan don’t expect to be able to park two cars in the garage because there isn’t enough room.

Wow, I expect home builders to save costs but this builder is shameful. First day in our home the electrical had to be fixed. We have a water softener yet still have blown through the cheap appliances and have had a flooded bathroom from them not sealing the tub that resulted in major construction to repair and flooded kitchen from the poor quality plumbing that has destroyed 2 floors from separate leaks. We just had to have the laundry hookups repaired and the AC went out just after the 1 year mark. The flooring was as cheap as it gets and the main bedroom window also was installed incorrectly and grew mold. Now the main bathroom sink is leaking too. After all of this, Edge destroyed the Indian petroglyphs near my home that they had said they would save. Steve said hed send an apology and never did. I will never buy or recommend Edge to anyone I like.

What a great Experience. Natalie was Amazing and all the staff were so helpful. I would use this Company everytime. We love the house so much. Quick , Great communication, and very accommodating.

Edge homes, while not perfect, always took the extra step to make things right for us and our needs.For instance, we were told we would get a glass bathroom. But in our walk-through during the framing, we noticed they were framing for a walled shower. Rather than explaining to us the misunderstanding, Hailey and the edge team took it upon themselves to rise to our request and knocked down the wall to put in the glass wall. They made a mistake, and the rectifies it by going up instead of down.The same thing happened with our bathroom counter top. We expected a white one. Turns out the paperwork had always said it would be dark gray. But instead of holding us to the fine print, they took out the gray and added the white!Time and time again Edge and Hailey turned what could have been a disappointment and made it a moment of relief and comfort that we picked the right builder.If you are looking to work with a builder wants to prove themselves and make you feel comfortable and happy to buy a house in the rising Utah market, you cant go wrong with Edge.

Edge was a great choice for us. We found a beautiful new condo in our price range with features we never thought wed get at that price!We absolutely loved working with Edge homes. Loved the look of the build. Everyone in the model home was super friendly and willing to work with me. While doing the final walk through I pointed out some places that need paint touch up, they agreed, but when I was last there they hadnt been done.

This place has been great. We chose them based on their online photos and reviews alone. We were moving out of state and had to make the decision without seeing it in person. When we did see it in person we were very happy with our choice and they have been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

We built our first home with Edge Homes and have absolutely loved it. They have a lot of really good floor plans to choose from. Weve lived in our home for several years now and have had no problems with it. They have a really great team, from sales agents to designers to builders and warranty. Weve loved our Edge Homes and cant wait to build our forever home with them one day!

We put an offer in to buy and build a condo from Edge on a Tuesday and knew it was ours by the end of the week. I loved how we could choose a lot of the color and design elements. It made it feel more like home in the end. We were updated almost weekly about the progress of construction with pictures and everything. We chose Edge because the quality was excellent without the huge price tag. I would recommend Edge to anyone wanting to build.

Great experience, from what Ive seen pretty good build quality, though I havent moved in yet. Even my realtor said it wasnt worth doing a property inspection because their build quality has a good reputation.

After owning my Edge built the home for over a year now, and placed several tickets for issues, I am writing an honest review. When the home was built, we hired a separate company to inspect the house for any problems. The home inspector that we hired said This was one of the best-built homes we have ever inspected They found nothing wrong. With all the tickets we had a fairly quick resolution and was satisfied with the results. I dont know if I got the full feeling of building a home with Edge because we bought a spec home, and it was not our options, or upgrade choices. When the house was done, several things were not done how Edges realtor told us. However, they were pretty minor. Several of my neighbors with the same floor plan received two thermostat homes, and duct system when we only received one. The house behind me is the same home, its a spec home as well, and I was told it was a mistake in that home when that home was completed before my house. I thought I was getting two thermostats (system zone) and before we could tell in the home I purchased.One huge issue is the design of the neighborhood, with the steep hills, etc. with very narrow streets for safety and S-curved with parking allowed that causes issues when coming or going out of the neighborhood. They differently packed in the homes; I would recommend looking at what the completion design of the finished neighborhood looks like when its completed. I was never promised a pool at the clubhouse, but many of the neighbors were, also they promised walking trails, and they never put those in the neighborhood as promised. People drive very fast because of the steep hills, and we have turns that are blind turns that the narrow streets make it more unsafe. The fast drivers are not their fault, I am saying the streets being so narrow are a design flaw, and the way they graded the hills.Overall, I think its hard to be 100% satisfied with any new home due to so many things involved in buying a home. I believe that Edge is a good builder, and they try to do whats best to keep you satisfied. The reasons I mentioned above are why I gave it four stars instead of five.

Edge was amazing to work with and addressed any concerns we had. We are so happy with our home the the quality of workmanship it has. We have built with several other builders before and edge is by far the best experience.

Best quality of the builders out there and we looked at all of them. The sales process was great. Steven Maddox was who we worked with and hes awesome. Very responsive and transparent about everything. Abe was our builder and he was the same way. Updates every Friday over a call and would always respond to texts/calls in a very timely manner. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I only have 3 complaints about the entire process with Edge. 1) I think they could have done a better job cleaning before we moved in. It was very dusty and noticeable in several places that it hadnt been cleaned. 2) They were supposed to polish one of our bathtubs before we moved in because there were several dings. They didnt get it taken care of and were still waiting. 3) We dont have landscaping in yet. We moved in the beginning of May and were told it wont be in until end of June. However, theyve put in landscaping for homes that arent complete yet which is kind of annoying. Other than those 3 minor complaints, Edge has been awesome! I would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I just built a home with Edge. With it being our first home, I was stressed and nervous. Edge did everything they could to help alleviate stress and make the process enjoyable. Now that we are in our home, I couldn’t be happier. It’s beautifully designed and well thought out. I’d highly recommend using Edge for your next home purchase.

Edge did a great job with our home in Hidden Canyon Estates. We love their open floor plans, modern style, clean lines, and many options for classy finishes! The quality of our home seems excellent and we’re 4 months into living there. The only reasons this review isn’t 5 stars is because our original date was delayed by 1.5 months and there’s a few minor cracks that came up (will be fixed under warranty soon). Would build with Edge again if I did it all over!
