The one star review I had posted two weeks ago was a complete accident. And I was unaware of it until recently. I have used the products sold here for more than 20 years because my family has always had a dog or cat. This company sells quality products. The staff are well informed and kind. I highly recommend this store for all pets ,livestock, equine needs.

Jeffers used to be the best for shipping items right out. Usually on the day you bought it. Not anymore. I chose to buy from them because I live closer to Jeffers than Valley Vet. I thought I would get my package quickly. Tomorrow will be ONE WEEK and it hasn’t arrived yet. Jeffers is in Alabama. I live in Florida. Boo!!!

I love Jeffers I stop there frequently. I went to get dewormer during the holiday sale. They told me They mark up the prices on the items that they don’t want discounted. But they advertise 10% off everything. But they still list the low prices on the container the items are coming from. So now I’m wondering did they give 10% off on anything.

We try to stop at Jeffers when we need per supplies instead of going to a big outlet place. Its a locally owned and operated store. The phone staff is right in the store as well. Prices and selection are good and so is the service.

Neopar is a good vaccine and works how ever ordering from Jeffers they do not send in a cooler with multiple ice packs , they send in a insulated folder with 1 ice pack I ordered 6 vaccines , 1 neopar , 1 neovac , vaccines rec ou eved warm , vaccines are no good when warm and they will replace them but they cant get the vaccines shipped out 1 day shipping, vaccines arrived on Tuesday wont receive replacements until Thursday witch messes up my vaccines schedule and when I can take puppies to ear crop since schedule is messed up .For my other litter 9-way vaccines - I needed that before they traveled and are delivered to their new homes , Ill need up going to local feed store to buy vaccines.Ive used revival animal health out if 3 years only recieved 1 vaccine warm and it was in a cooler with multiple ice packs and they did next day shipping. This is my 2nd shipment from Jeffers only used due to item out of stock at revival.Im guessing you have to pay extra for a cooler and ice packs, just use Revival Animal health where you are know your will receive your vaccines cold and if not they will get them to you the next day.

DEAR JEFFERS PET, YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMERS ARE STILL CUSTOMERS!I rarely leave reviews and write comment but my experience from your website is the worst I have ever experience in my entire online shopping experience. I order on 8/2/2021 and after 2-3 days you already deducted my card, after 7 days of waiting and tracking my order it is still IN PROCESS, so i emailed and get a response 3 days after and for them to tell me that my order has an additional 9$ payment for the taxes! As of this writing 8/13/2021 its been almost 11 days and I am still frustratingly waiting for the Paypal payment link so I could pay the additional balance and for me to upgrade the shipping for 4.99$ bcoz I already needed my 2 gallons order of dog shampoo! What really really frustrates me the most is that YOU ALREADY DEDUCTED MY CARD BALANCE!!! I order in your store due to the fact that you have 4.6 GOOGLE REVIEW RATING! Ordered a new iron moths ago and still on back order...never get N update Email and keeps getting pushed back. Ordered vaccines and paid the overnight shipping but they arrived not cold but very hot! Called customer service and I have to not only pay for a cooler and extra bag to reship but I have to pay shipping to send back the vaccines....I will gladly send them back but it isnt my responsibility to ensure they arrive cold when paying almost 23.00 for overnight shipping and the paying an extra 6.00 for a cooler and ice pack?

Jeffers is great. Theyre going above and beyond to prevent the spread of covid-19. You have to wear a mask or stay in your vehicle, upon entry, you must wait behind a gate until an employee checks your temperature and let you in, and only a very small amount of customers are allowed in the store at a time. I wish everywhere would take precaution like they are. Not only that, the staff is very courteous and helpful, and they have everything you could imagine and then some with great prices too!

I went for an interview and was told by the young lady that I was hired and she made me feel very confident that I had a job ! I called for about 3 weeks and spoke to a lady named Susan she told me that my application hasn’t came back yet, a week after that I called back to finally hear they went with another person! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I turned down other offers from jobs and to go threw this was ridiculous. I will call and speak to the owner about how unprofessional her staff is and the way they treated me!!!!

I have ordered from Jeffers for the past 8 years. Loved their equine and dog prices and fast shipping. Now it is taking almost a month for them to even ship hoof soak bags. I asked for my order to be cancelled and they calm it has already shipped. Ordering to UPS it has not. They need to get it together. I understand the COVID has made things difficult for all businesses but this little of an order should not be taking over a month. Plus I only live about two hours from there store, so I definitely should not be takes a month to get here.

Today Saturday 11:30 I went in to get a drench gun 1 person on the back desk and 5 to 6 customers waiting. The lady was very nice but the whole process from walking in the door to finally leaving with a single purchase 45 minutes. Unacceptable wait time

I cant say anything about the store itself, but the map directions were not good. Theres a bridge out and you can not get to it from the highway. You have to go down Blackman Rd. Its not the easiest turn if youre in a semi and trying to deliver here right now. It wouldve been nice if the map wouldve shown that the road was closed, and made it easier to see which side of the bridge their driveway is on.

It was great got everything I needed

I purchased collars, tags and vaccines for my 6 dogs from Jeffers. The collars were decent, the vaccines were good but the tags werent too great. I ended up not using them and purchasing more from another shop. I had issues with the sizing of my collars so I exchanged and returned a couple. Service wasnt that great and kind of difficult to communicate with them. Overall, Im not super happy with the service and I wont be a returning customer.
