Our dog has anxiety and she is scared of vets or groomers, her legs start shaking and its not a stress we want to put her through at her age of 11 years old. But we need her groomed because she is a german shep mix and sheds like crazy. Long story short, she feels safe, and we feel happy when she is at Animo, they take great care of her, everyone is lovely, and we are gifted neck scarves after every grooming that makes her look like a princess. Today we heard that she even gave them small kisses, a first!

Always amazing service. Went in to buy a new harness (can only find the brand I want at Animo)because the old one was too small. The woman at the store was super helpful and even looked at my old harness and although I thought it couldnt be adjusted anymore managed to make it larger. She may have lost the sale of a new harness but she gained a customer. Ill be picking up all of my pets needs here from now on. Thanks!

Excellent pet shop with very knowledgeable and friendly people. You can find here anything you nees for your loved one, including food, treats, toys, clothing crates and many, many more. The grooming is also very well made, and the daycare is clean and well supervised. Good effort by the owner and employees to keep everything nice, friendly, clean and professional!
