Great view but secluded. Great with friends when you have a vehicle. Restaurants do not deliver here and the apartment building is almost empty. An only womens group will need to be careful. There is Bay15 down the hill but they do not deliver.

Great views. Secluded but safe. Good pool. Only drawback would be that its in the outskirts and hence you have to go about 4kms in any direction to get food or anything.

Amazing views, one of the best in Goa, located next to Goa University - scarcely populated with very little traffic, yet close to Dona Paula, Miramar and Panjim.

Fantastic condominium along with a perfect Sea view

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms are very spacious with air condition fitted in each rooms including the drawing room. Balcony is also quite big from there you can have a very good view of massive backwaters view. A good service apartment. The only draw back we found was that it is quite far from the popular sea beaches.

The view is amazing. Clean apartments and well maintained pool as well.

Decent apartments. It is still under construction. But I believe would be a great option for couples who prefer calm and secluded places. The sea view feom the balcony is amazing. You can see the sunset. The flats are spacious and the balconies as well. Went there with my friends. Although I was not initially aware that this is still under construction and the area would be so secluded.

Nice place. Good apartments. But very secluded. Dont think of going without your own vehicle. Faced problem for service. Expensive in comparison to other available near city or other area.
