Natasa is in charge of my building and she was horrible (Silver Cloud Condominiums). She never answered any emails in regards to noise complaints, and was just a rude person. Glad to be leaving and not having to deal with her any more

Unhappy with lack of notification on events in the building and slow response time. Apartment is nice, but some nails sticking out. A little expensive compared to buildings in area, but paying for location.

Retaliation against tenant asking for simple disability and accessiblilty modifications. I asked them to make an entry accessible for my wheelchair- they retaliated against my device provider and punished us for being “complainers!”

If I could give this management company 0 stars, I would! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!! They did not notify anyone in my building (822 S Austin, Oak Park) that the heat was broken for months when there were extreme winter storms happening two consecutive years forcing the tenants to endure below 0 temperatures. The people in the office are completely incompetent and do not care one bit when something is going wrong in your apartment but manage to make plenty of calls to make sure they are getting more money from you by renewing your lease contracts. I was forced to move out because of unlivable conditions after a major leak occurred in the upstairs tenants apartment with no informative call to make sure everything was okay in my apartment, the one directly below. I came home from vacation to find my place in complete ruin. I have yet to see my security deposit or my wasted months rent back to me and if I do not very soon I have no problem taking them to court. I REPEAT: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!

Worst management Ive ever experienced the apartments were way over priced for what you get I lived in theyre apartments for 7 months and never had a working gate door even after we asked them to fix it at least 6 times a day.
