We have been buying from here since a long time, so decided to buy a washing machine as well. The sales guy talked really nicely saying they give the best after sales service. Its been 3 days we bought the machine, theyve not even sent the demo guys. Really disappointed

Its a good place in a reasonable rate.But there is a Problem it fetches the transportation money from the customer itself even if it is located in Dombivli itself .Services is ok but the finance person is very arrogant.

Bunch of unprofessional guys.. Gave me hard time with my new refrigerator.First they delivered wrong model (Non inverter, whereas I booked Inverter fridge). After that they did not have color which I was looking and finally I settled for color which they had in Inventory but it had lots of scratches. Then came third one which was also defective (gas leakage) and I have to make request for new one. This dealer said he cant help me with defective fridge as company will directly delivered this to me (understandable). However this took one more month for this process.For installation and registering warranty i have to follow up for 2 more weeks.Whats more unethical practice is they have booked fridge which was not there in stock at all and tried delivering me first cheaper model and then different color.Dont buy from here even you are getting heavy discount.

There is no after sales service provided by this shop...once they sell the products they will never look into your concern or give you correct advise if product is not working properly. Do not provide complete description of the product, just eager to sale the bad products to the customers.

Worst after sale service

Very poor delivery service....took 4 days for the product to arrive though I stay at a 5 minute walking distance...that too because of repeated calling.If you are going to make cheque payment, the product will be delivered only after the amount is received by them. The product may or may not be good...but delivery service is definitely poor.

Worst service and delivery... as well as after few days i went to collect my old tv amt 500 rs of exchnge they started saying that it was included in bargin price of tv ...but while buying tv not single word said by us about old tv exchnage on day if tv delivery we asked person about our tv exchange he replied us as they will give 500 rs of tv a person will come and pick tv and now they are saying it is already added ... filled very humiliated in front of other customers as amt is not big deal but i looked like layer in front of other ..... i will not suggest this shop to any one....
