I called up to find if a product was available. They said yes and asked me to come. I went there, it was out of stock. They tried to sell me something else. I denied. They told it will be available in two days. I called after two days, it wasnt. They said, it will take another two days. I called after another two days, and they never attended my calls.Wonderful service!

Essential products are not available. Like lens hood, original battery. The sell third party battery or speed light.

He will help you in everything, good customer service. Get the beginners guide from him, he is good in that too.

They are literally theif. I give my 18-55 lens to remove fungus and cam for servicing, they charges me 5000 bucks for fungus removal and it was very small fungus. Also they damaged my cam and did not even reimbursed me..... Total business centric mentality...

Good to have canon shop in Dombivli. Items are bit expensive. Went to buy a new battery for my power shot. These 2 Guys were busy having lunch and were more interested in having lunch than selling a battery to the customer. Inspite of having swiping machine I was asked go and bring cash as they were having lunch.

This branded camera shop is situated opposite Dombivili East Railway Station below Indian Overseas Bank.As the shop is not front facing you have to search little for this place but you will be rewarded as good camera and accessories sold here,the staff are customer friendly and sincere to their work ,but its expensive.

My 5 start to Akash. This is the very first time I had been to this shop searching through Google. He really helped me in choosing right product. He has introduced me to many photographers and locations to explore. The cost of my 6D M ii was much better than anyone in Mumbai. Thanks a lot.

Located opposite to the excalator of Dombivali east middle bridge. They offer good pricing if only you are buying in cash. They charge 2% more for debit or credit transaction. Zero interest loan facility via bajaj finance is available on your credit card with proper pan card and aadhar card on place. Also carry your bank acc details. Additionally, processing charge on loan is upto 5% which will again increase the cost. The staff is friendly and skilled. I bought a canon 6d mark 2 with 24-70 at 1.65 L and was charged 5k processing and 1k POS swiping charge making it around 1.70 L +. Check for the best pricing on paytm or amazon first and then go. Also, insist on Canon elite club benefits for any canon 5D and 6D mark 2. The place is good for an initial visit as well.

Lack of costumer service... And also not proper management

It was a bad experience.The person catering to the customers is very arrogant. This is a private lab and NOT a canon service center.Charges exorbitant charges for the repair works.Does not accept credit cards for repair works although they have the machine and accept the cards only for new sales.Gives a fake bill (kuccha bill) and when asked for a proper bill (pakka bill with GST), his reply was Jaao kal aana GST ka bill tayaar rakhta hoon (come tomorrow, will give a bill with GST levid on it).No guarantee of the work done.It is better to visit an authorized service center than to face the attitude this man carries.

Worst Experience :) They commited me that they will send My DSLR to authorised servic center and they tried to fix my cam in their own personal lab. Which did not got sorted in the first go. Commited me to give a proper bill of service but did not gave. Attitude of Sales person was Ur wrong sir, im right . Waste of time
