Horrible experience. Irresponsible behaviour. Contacted for a latop rental required urgently and agreed for delivery time with all the details. The person did not turn up till late night and on enquiring again refused to provide the laptop and backed out. useless shop. Beware!!

Unprofessional 3rd Class service. The owner has no manners to talk i am sure because of his age most of the customers would not argue with him.Just dont buy any product from this shop. I have been chasing from last 6 months for the computerized bill and still have not got it. At the time of payment the owner was very active and once he got the payment stopped responding.Dont ever buy anything from this shop my suggestion.

They dont provide official Ms office suite and Windows along with the Laptop. They install some 3rd party apps and licensed keys. After every update the license key has to be put every time which only this shop owners know because they dont provide it to us. Without the license key your Windows 10 or MS Office suite will not work. If you take the laptop to their shop theyll definitely help you in fixing those problems but is that the purpose of buying a new laptop??

It was good. They didnt applied any charge for diagnosing the laptop issue.

Pathetic service,arrogant owner,no digital payment.they will not give you bill of repair.only cash payment .they will not call you back to tell the detail of ur damage laptop part and even no response when customer calls. Dont waste your time here .
