Must must visit Madras Cafe! I stay in Thane but still whenever I come to Dombivali I make sure that I come here and enjoy delicious food. If you love South Indian food then this place is a must try..

The owner doesnt know how to manage customers and the staff is rude here keeps delaying your order, waited for 30 Mins and still order was not ready, asked for seperate masala with Mysore masala dosa but he provided it within dosa packed it and said its given seperate but it was not..also he prioritise Swiggy and Zomato orders over other already waiting customers. dosa smells and tastes pathetic I guess he used stale batter mixes ghee and oil for dosas..Order quantity and price to value ratio is also very less..never recommended this outlet for South Indian food other outlet in Dombivli are quite good apart from taste atleast they know how to manage customers..really a pathetic/worst experience.Edit after Owner Reply - The owner reply says it all that how he manages customer except for apologising and understanding the concern, he is blaming the customer itself, firstly he doesnt ever remember when I visited and If i was impatient and needed extra attention why would I wait for 30 - 35 mins for my order, why the owner staff lied for seperate masala given with order when it was not and why I let you prioritise later came Swiggy and Zomato orders over mine..?? Learn some empathy and courteousness sir teach your staff to be honest and calm and learn some customer management skills instead of blaming customer itself...also there were other customers as well came before me for dine in their order was also not ready till the same time...they cancelled order and left because of so much delay...

Visited the cafe at morning 8:30 am, asked for special variety dosa, but the worker there kept delaying and denied to prepare the dosa. Disappointed with taste too.

A really good place for South Indian breakfast. Authentic taste. Varieties of dosa being the USP. A place to visit if you are craving for Idlis and dosas.Staff is really soft spoken and welcoming. Keep up the good work.

Nice southindian food

Its a wonderful place serving South Indian dishes. Prices are nominal and food is is also good, feels like home made. There is enough place to sit and enjoy. What I loved about the place is they serve Genie Dosa which really tastes wonderful also Filter coffee which is amazing.

Myself and friends have visited this madras cafe. Very tasty and enjoyed. Coffee is just like kunbakonam degree coffee. Really I recommend for public.

We visited this place in Dombivali and this was the most authentic dosa taste ever in a hotel. Really great taste. We promise to come back when we are back in Dombivali again. GREAT FOOD- SUPER ORIGINAL.

South Indian Cafe which is recently opened, known for its authenticity of south indian taste which is rare in dombivli. They have options of variety dosas as well which taste equally good. Must try dishes are pudi dosa (made in pure ghee it taste delicious), medu vada while you try for some fusions don’t miss jini dosa, pizza uttapa, panner schezwan dosa. Worth the money! Pricing is not too high. And the plus point is they always have a new addition in their menu.
