Meh, area is better right off the highway however the connecting road for the society is fed up. The society falls under municipal corporation however there is monopoly for internet connection similar basic necessities are crippled. Check with people who reside before you buy a property. The prices are much attractive than other parts of Dombivili. And yea make sure you own a vehicle if you plan to move here.

Nice place to leave special old people they have enough space walk in morning and evening.

It is a huge area in society, Flat / apartment area is also big.

Didnt know there are older Lodha places other then Palava City

I owned a property over here, good place though it has connectivity issues, but in coming years it would grow, close to Dmart , huge place to jog, park etc.Construction quality is very very poor, not what was expected by Lodha builders.
