We have been patrons for a long time.I want to specifically mention Dr Nekhat Jabeen who has treated my wife recently. She is friendly, caring and an outstanding dentist. She explains procedures to be performed in detail and does not frown upon queries. She goes the extra mile to make the dentist office visit a pleasant experience and we highly recommend her.

Visited this clinic for the first time in May 2021 for dental work. I was able to see a dentist immediately. I asked to see dentist Nekhat Jabeen as she was highly recommended by one of my colleagues. To my surprise, she far exceeded my expectations. This dentist was very kind, courteous, caring and very professional. She took the time to explain in detail my treatment and afterwards followed up to see if all was going well. I was very pleased with this dentist. She is truly a huge asset to this medical center’s Dental Department and I highly recommend her.

Was disappointed with my last visit, i have fever but she gave antibiotics, and vit.theres no laboratory has been done, only checking temperature, not even checking blood pressure or sugar..was really disappointed.

Al Abeer Medical centre is the best centre I have visited in Qatar.Very professional and friendly staff at reception,x-rays,lab. Smooth flow of procedure. Excellent customer service.Special thanks to receptionist Hassan ( Very professional follow up and customer service skills)and Dr Zekra. This was my first visit to the centre and was really impressed how the Doctor was super friendly, caring for patient and she was explaining all the details to me as initiative. A real example of how a DOCTOR ,dealing with worried patient ,should be.Highly recommended,will definitely go again.Despite my time of waiting as I went as a walk in patient,the overall experience was so pleasant due to the friendly staff there.And guess what, they have the service of delivering your treatment to your home next day after lab results and call from doctor to explain results.so you dont need to go next day with the current situation of corona when we are trying to limit our time of being outside.Big thank you and all the respect to Al Abeer Medical centre !!!

Clean. fast service and helpful staff..

Most of nurses are acting like PHD Doctors, I observed most of them are helpful to their nationalities, especially Malayalis. In emergency room there was a nurse I went for an injection she pretended we patients do not know languages and she is showing by gesture to lay down on bed. Looks funny.but her acts like they know everything and patients arent. Doctors are well qualified and good in treatments.. Other services fairly good enough.

I visited again they have improved their services very well compared to last visit.Due to that I Changed my feedback and I recommend others to visit. Also thanks for the people who personally contacted and asked the feedback.

I would have rated it better if only the operator actually answers. Been calling for an hr trying to see if somebody will pick-up but either its busy or nobody just bothers to answer the calls. Terrible service.

I have never experience such an un professional treatment and follow up in my entire life. Doctors doesn’t have a proper opinion. Scanning is really bad. Only you will get to know if you go for a second opinion.

Comparatively charges are more for procedures. Other Clinics charging less than half .

The Al Abeer Medical Centre is quite a good clinic. There is practically no waiting time once you reach there and the doctors are quite competent.However, I have deducted one star because reaching them by phone is such a pain. It is thoroughly unprofessional that you have to be on the phone for five to six minutes before someone decided to pick up the phone.

Internal medicine doctor Shetty needs better bed side manners. Lack of compassion. Did not elicit questions and no observations by him done like a thoughtful physician would especially being a new patient to the clinic with no prior history with the clinic. Quickly dispensed with me like I was just a number. I will be seeing someone else next time.

Unexpected and unethical behavior from reception staff (first floor, one filipino, Ms. mary) and reluctant to give relevant information. The same character shown by the guy who is sitting in the enquiry section( filipino male).

The reception people can be much more polite

No body takes the phone calls you have to call more than 100 to get an answer .. the staff in reception dont know any thing about customer service specially the African man there ... but the doctor for the Obstetrics and gynecology is very professional and she is so Friendly .

Since 2 years i have visit morethen 8 Gynecology in qatarBut No 1 is taking care of me, in private hospitals they are taking care of money & the Hamad Hospital they just sticking with testing & procedure.First time 1 consult Dr. ReenaShe is a very well experience doctor & knowledgeable too in 360° about gynec problems.Around 1 hour she spnd time with me just to explaine to the fact & figure about my problem , also she just draw the image of uterus for my understanding & giving me the clear idea about uterus.@ the end she just advised us like a relative person.I highly recommend Dr. Reena for every ladies who are looking for a good gynecology in qatar Specifically in Tamil, Malayalam language.

Very lazy staffs and had to wait a long time even though there were no patients

I have been with this clinic for 4 years now but i wont be coming back anytime soon.ENT specialist , Dr Kantharaju K.K was accepting Qatari patient before their token and kept other nationalities on hold, when asked he replied that it was his personal policy (not hospital policy) because they make lot issue/noise when kept waiting and he is scared of them.What kind of doctor is that ? how do hospital allow this.Afterwards, because i raised this question , i was not consulted properly and was just given a prescription and showed the door very rudely.

Went to the eye doctor, no appointment but walked in. They accept insurance cards. Small waiting involved. GOOD DOCTOR

Treatment is fantastic but never lift the phone. The phone keeps ringing in the reception and I have the receptionist is busy attending patients. They should employee a proper telephone operator. This is not a one of incidence. Its a painfull expereince happening for many months, and some times it was emergency

Very Good Dental Services. I went to AL Abeer Medical for some pain in my teeth, The Doctor (Dr. Sailaja) was fantastic, she has a great touch and it was the time, since I was treated by a University Professor, that I did not need any pain killer. And all that a a fraction of the cost in other private clinics. Cant say enough good things.

There was a time when there was one Doctor Named Dr Mohammad Naeem when i used to go there he was such a nice and competent doctor i never have seen in doha hope they will bring doctors like him so we can come back to this clinic ,im giving two stars because of him only.

I have vised once with the my wife for Gynecology advice .Had an appointment with Dr.VEENA who is such a nice doctor .Had some great advices which were help a lot for pregnancy .

Nearly no waiting time, mostly appropriate advice, doctors interested in keeping patients informed.

Only positive was 0 wait time. The doctor was unfriendly, did not ask anything about my medical history, and over-prescribed medication.

Worst hospital experience the dermatologist is a lier and selling bunch of medicines for the sake of the company, mistreated and not taking the responsibility that the doctor did. Never in my life going back to this hospital.

The worst ENT doctor. I have been visiting from past 3 weeks for the same problem and yet Im in pain. Again the same problem started since yesterday. No proper medicines given and the problem still exists. I recommend not to visit here.

With a serious back pain I was waiting for 2hrs to see a doctor and they kept accepting people who came later in front of the queue. When I said I will go home because of the pain the doctor became available. When I asked for physiotherapy referral they gave me paper saying that I need to put hot patches on my back for 5-7 days?!?!!?If you have a choice go to a serious place.

Prices are affordable, the doctors are good, but they do not treat you with conscience. The doctor is removing 3 fatty lumps from my head. First, he soothes me by giving me anesthetic, but in the second and the next, I get tired of the length of the operation and it becomes sluggish and tightens my head, and I die of pain, despite this being a respected doctor and Ok, but in general, doctors are the country who work without conscience, because they are employees in the end and are responsible for their reputation, in the end I highly recommend this medical center

Only one person checks the krona, and this person makes two registrations on the computer and then goes to the room for examination, which made it more and more for reviewers to wait a long time.

One of the best centers I visited, the treatment there is sophisticated, starting from Professor Narges to the reception. Its style is very sophisticated and its follow-up is excellent, just as the level of doctors is excellent. I wish good luck for them

One of the worst health centers in Qatar went to them and I have almost poisoning and the hour was around 10 and a quarter was Dr.Indian and very urgent nurses were very rushed to the point that I completed the solutions my right and Tlouni Ashan want to close the center and again on the complain to the Director Atgj that he did not empty and satisfied with me and before I got out of the place of the injection bleed a lot of blood because of urgency and asked me to wait my husband in the street AshanHard to experience a bad experience with themI do not advise you to deal with the center Dah final 😖😖
