The doctor was pleasant. The nurse who attended to me during my X-Ray was exceptional. The one who gave me that painkiller injection not so much - I actually requested for someone else but she was the only one there at the time. I think a bigger reception area with more staff may be needed, the wait time was a bit much for someone experiencing pain. But I recognized it was mostly due to the number of patients present.

I recommend aster c ring they have good staff very accomodating. I used to go aster for many years they have good facility and professional staff. Radiology department is superb all staff there is very kind especially Nurse Melody is very sweet, accomodating, caring and active to her patient. One of the best nurse. I feel like at home with her kindness and care. 100% Ill be back to this clinic.

I just visited for PCR test.Fees:400 QR (most of the hospitals in Qatar changes 500 QR)Staffs are very co operative and supportive.For this have to visit their two times - one for test and other for result.36-48 hrs required for result. I will get it within 36 hrs.Usually, morning 9.30 starts testing.

Very systematic, neat and clean, specialized doctors from most of the fields are available. Prior appointment facility, medicine delivery facility, proper token system, enough toilets, enough seating area, kids play area, and helpful staffs, made it a clinic of choice of many citizens and residents. However, they need to bring some more specialized doctors for eye, skin, and a few others, particularly for the kids and teenagers! It seems these areas need more attention! Kids are cheered by vending machines installed there! For Adults, there are coffee machine, and pure drinking water for all!

Excellent assistance provided by Mr. Duke in the X-ray department. I got my X-ray done and got the CD within 5 minutes. Superfast service, delivered professionally!!

Well I went to dental on 1st floor. Doctor checked then I had to go x-ray on ground floor, went up again just to give the doc the X-ray. Need to go down again to ground floor to take medication in pharmacy then go up again to take sick cert at doc on first floor. Every steps I need to wait now Ive been here for 2 hours. Just to get medication for my swollen gum. Overall, dont come here. And the lift is not working so I need to use the stairs

Though we have to wait til 4pm to be accommodated on our Friday visit, still the process was fast. Recommended to visit this clin especially if you are in a hurry rather than to wait in a government hospital.

Visited Dental clinic with my son. Cleanliness and hygienic condition was not as expected. Although dentist explained the things in detail but helping nurse was apparently not interested in her job. Nurse was not much bothered about the hygiene and current covid situation. 1st look of the dental clinic not very impressive.

Superb service from the entire team. Be it online during restrictions or face to face otherwise, from appointment booking to lab and pharmacy everyone was very cooperative and went beyond their way to help us meet the doctor. When we couldnt visit the hospital the pharmacy team even delivered the medicines which was super helpful. Couldnt stress enough on the overall stress-free experience.

The facility is bog and houses many departments, which is a good thing. But their testing centres are scattered all over. X ray on ground floor, some blood test on 1st floor, other tests in 2nd floor... This is very troublesome for a patient. Also the staff does not offer proper instruction. The waiting time at blood test centre was unforgiving because there was only 1 technician.There is definitely scope for improvement

Good service for customers( patients).

It was great service the first time, but receptionist showed favoritism towards their same language customers when i was there the second time. If customers have the same appointment time, it should be first come first serve. I waited for several members that came after me to finish before being assisted, their appointment was at the same time 0730.And my vaccine was not in stock, so the appointment needs to be rescheduled.This was a waste of time that should have been coordinated better.Hopefully management resolves this behavior and pattern.

Very good experience with aster muntaza near American hospital. Doctors are very good about diagnosis and caring. I hv good experience with children specialists Dr vinoo rajagoapl and Dr Upendran. Very satisfied and excellent. Also other staff all supportive and very friendly with patients. They hav online appointment system so no need waiting long time. It visited for my childs vaccine worst experience..I was looking for a painless option and was told there is a painless option which would cause less discomfort and I opted for the painless as I knew its perks. But to my astonishment the painless option has not made any difference than the regular ones. left my child in pain compared to thepreviousvacancies(painless ones).

Aster has best Doctors. It is a known fact. I would like to share my experience . Medicines delivered home. This experience was excellent. Quick and would mention Sayed Ahamed was very courteous and patient. Generally when some one comes to deliver they are in a hurry to get back to an other job but here he was patient and saw to it all medicines are delivered as per list.

5 stars. Excellent service. They deliver my medicine to our office in Lusail for free. Good job. Keep it up.

Dr Anand Induchoodan , an expert for dental extraction, friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended for dental care. I also had good experiences with Dr Hisham and Dr Nishana(pediatric dentist). Overall this center has a very good Dental department.

Clean, quick, service

I went here to seek for assistance. I didnt get the help. I couldnt understand why my results could take long to come out when I was promised assistance on time so I can go to work after.All was good until when the results came out late and the doctor who said could help me wasnt around and, no alternative...I know Aster from Dubai for a very long time. I work in hospitality too and if I promise, I deliver.Maybe Aster here is different from Aster in Dubai.I appreciate the gentleman working at second floor receiption.Perhaps I should seek assistance somewhere else when I get time.Time and money wasted since I walked out empty handed and heartbroken.
