This a fraudulent Driving school filled with only money-minded Driving staff. Never join this school; as the pass percentage is very low. 80% people fail the test. They keep asking for huge money to help you pass; but its all a scam.

I think this is the worst driving school. Starting from instructors to test takers, you can find only discrimination among candidates nationalities. Majority of the female instructors are impatient and will demand tips, money from you throughout the classes and day by day they will demotivate you, discourage you, laught at your driving at the initial stage, shout at you for each mistake rather guiding you to the correct way which consequently breaks down your confidence level. In my view, driving is all about courage and confidence. you will loose both here.The test takers also make discrimination in the road test among candidates and the points they specify for failing in the road test are absolutely irrevelant to the real time driving of that test area. The test area is under construction and there is no lane visible in road. All the test roads condition of this school are very bad.The test takers select some common points for your failure and when you will think you will find all the points are false. The percentage of passing road test is very low in this school at present. Majority of the students fail after second time attempt in this school.In my opinion, If you want to waste money and time then only you can enroll here.

Guys, please read this before joining there, last week passed my test on my 1st try. but I want to share my experience which I faced there, first of all, the school is good and you can get the license early as planned scheduled but the 95% trainers are not good, especially from Kerala, why? they will always be asking for tips/tea money! money! money! directly to u, They started to speak like sweet but end of the day you will get awful feelings, if you did not pay them, they will shout at you, discourage you while driving and make you fear to pass, if you paid they will teach you nicely for 2 days then again they start shouting to get money! guys my trainer from Kerala and that guy told me to bring my Learning driving license ID Xerox copy and 200 QAR money to put inside the envelope cover and he told me as he going to give traffic police to help me to pass, guys this fake and he will take that money. there is no chance to pass in this way. they are very clever fraud so I denied giving money. so dont give any money and you can pass if you focus on your driving, all the best. Dont come here. I booked via the Metrash app and arrived at 6.15 for my 6.30 test only for security to tell me they dont do that test this day. And now I am unable to book a new test date because their offices are still closed and the app is locked because today is supposed to be my test date.Useless school. Waist of time.

Calls are not answered. Online registration is not working. No step by step available information for the full course for beginners. It is easier to feel a beggar than a valued customer. No desire to learn driving at this school anymore.

My favorite driving school ever

I went for driving tests directly (Road & theory) as I hold other licenses. My review is not about school classes, but about some of the employees attitude or behavior towards licenses applicants.. sometimes they are rude putting applicants under pressure ( not me though).. plus I had to wait from about 3 hrs to take the test (arrived at 6:20 to take the test at 8:55) just waiting in a room full with other applicants..) better management is requires. Those are the challenges faced at GDS and thnx God I had to finish all tests from the first trial...

Poor management poor trainers highly not recommended dont waste your time and money.

This is the best school to get the license fast and test dates too.. The staffs are also friendly. I have been to another driving school where I wasnt able to get the license. But when I joined here, I got my driving license in the first attempt itself.. I recommend it to everyone😊

Done full course from here in 2017. Cleared parking, but failed in road. The instructors are doing their job for bribe. They can ask it directly, but not. My experience in road during training was total failure. During that time I had limited experience in round about with signals.Those who plan to join here, make a deal with instructors. It will helpful for training and pass the test.

Today my friend had to do the road test and ended up doing the L and P test which was done one month ago already, but wasnt updated in the system which is completely the schools fault, but denies to accept. Due to that she had to repeat it again and did not allow her to do the road test as informed and had to be postponed. It is incredibly rude to see what the Manager had to say when we went and asked him to give a reason for their mistake. He just sat and gave a sarcastic laugh after hearing out the complaint for 20 minutes and also said he doesnt understand English. l wonder how he is sitting in that position confidently saying he doesnt speak English. He also stated This is an Arab country which makes me feel, are arabs only supposed to have their freedom of speech here? Because non arabic speakers wont get to have a say in anything then. Really disappointed in their service. l would never recommend this driving school to anyone. Make sure you find a friendly environment to learn how to drive if you re planning to learn driving.

Rating doesnt tell you everything about the school, try then get your license. 😊• Good School not crowded like other schools also the instructors were better than the other school (from my experience).• During training, my trainer trained me at the other areas which is pretty far from the school so I can experience the real road/traffic. (from my previous school, I didnt experience this one where we just drive near the school)• Location wise, metrolink (free bus feeder) area.• Got my license here at first try. (still based on the policeman rotation)• Even the guy Im with in the test which is his performance was not good also passed (Imagine that, but still not 100% happens all the time, still based on the policeman)Drive safely.Go anzen ni!

Avoid at all costs. Terrible school. Potty building conditions and garbage training facilities. The simulation room is no where near as good as the other schools have and they charge very similar to them as well. Staff are VERY rude and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place needs to be shut down. Its an absolute garbage dump. If you dont speak Arabic or you are not Qatari they will treat you like gutter trash and ignore you at all times. The instructors are always begging and not teaching well at all. This place is plain robbery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to a school farther away, but please dont consider this one.

One of the traditional driving school in Qatar. I have joined only a week before. I paid the fees on Thursday and they started the class from Sunday onwards. Really I think this is not happening in all driving schools in Doha. So far so good.

Worst driving school in Qatar! Facilities are 0 and 1st day you enter your trainer will ask his tip and if you give him a tip they will be happy for few days and start asking again and eventually they will get upset ! And days before the test they are going to ask you for money saying that they will arrange the license if you pay certain amount to them around 2k.. and if you refuse they be acting like they won’t teach you anymore. Everything happening here is unbelievable!! I waste my time and money for nothing ! If anyone is considering taking lessons from here plz do not ! Go somewhere else ! This effing school is not gonna get you anywhere unless you do your training by your own.

1. Money can do everything.2. There is almost no any kind hearted human being.3. Respect is for particular few culture. Others are treated bad since they also paid the same fee.4. Signal Class learners in English having hard time here (Im not saying that other language classes are doing well since I never knew). There is no proper lecturer for English who can deliver clearly.5. Signal Examination method is not professional. In the test, no skipping option is available to answer it later.6. Freelance Taxi drivers near the gates are kinda junk. Its annoying whenever they ask for transport service each time whenever we cross them.7. Learning Cars need to keep proper maintenance since there are some old cars, some with transmission issues, other with clutch issues while there are few in good condition.8. Technology used in this place is very poor. Nothing is organized and very poor and shabby maintained office with no proper guidance n step for admission and driving coach.If u choose open status for coaching, you end up waiting for atleast 3hours to get 45mins of driving sessiin

The staff is not so approachable and professional. They are not polite if u ask them something its like as if u have offended them and they give very rude reply specially the lady at the test appointment counter no 4 she made me wait for 4 mins for just a single answer and was singing and in the end she just said I dont know plz go to the 1 counter and ask! In the end only one gentleman who came on the information desk help me! Know what I need to do to enroll myself.

I hold UAE Driving license that too cleared in first attempt on busy roads. i gave 2 road test in qatar on streets yet failed . Reason i dont want to say but you people can understand what i want to say. Better dont waste money and your valuable time.

Very disorganized unprofessional place to learn driving. Indians, Nepal, Bangladesh instructors who stink and can barely speak proper English to teach u proper ways. Paid full expensive amount and regretted choosing it. I just simply stopped going there ages back.

I personally love this school and those who say we failed because of school its totally wrong .passing and failing all depends on our performance+the officers mood.n those who say bad teachers are also completely wrong because i passed in l n p parking in first try n thanks to sir afroz wadkar car no 93 +sir gopinath car no 76 and i even passed ma road 2nd try n thanks to experienced instructor sir muneer car no :59 i passed from the same school so dont blame the staff or institute rather improve ur self n work on ur mistakes

Like other comments...many instructors demand money... But by the grace of God, I got two wonderful instructors, who are very loyal and sincere...and even if i am five minutes late they used to advise me to value the money i paid and has never asked me a single penny until i gave them out of gratitude after i passed. Those two instructors are resham car no 109 and Ganesh sada car .No 82.Hats off to Mr.Ganesh for his every sternous effort to teach every minute stuff in road driving.I appreciate their honesty and loyalty and let them be a role model.

Horrible. Filled with smelly heavily accented abusive teachers with zero respect. If you reduce to give the teacher a gift, he is gonna treat u like trash. Took 3 whole months to get a license, and i only came to stay at qatar for 6 months. Horrible. Wasted 3500QR for nothing. Very delayed, and dissapointed. Dont waste your time here guys. Go to khebra. I got my license in first attempt.The instructor (idiot) told me you have failed but to pass the test you should give 1500qar .later after 30mins I came to knew that I passed the test directly . Dear friends don’t trust instructors.nobody (instructors) in qatar have dare to talk with traffic police to pass you in the test.

Am sharing my experience with GDS here,I applied licence in Gulf driving school, but i got licence after 2 years only(3full course). Its Worst management, instructor ect...Instructors openly asking money,, if u not , they wont teach you. But 1or 2 exception case out of 15 instructor I met in GDS. Driving time also very less approx 30 min. But they telling one hour class.Next management... Its very worst ever i come across. They not scheduling class properly... We want stand every day to take class... Now It become as common problem to all here. Then any problem or help means they wont response & start talk in Arabic (they know English, as well know we dont know Arabic, even we dont know if they scolding) .I choose this GDS only for near by to my accommodation. Thats the biggest mistake i did , So be care full.For ladies its good school. they are taking extra care in all aspects. As well they getting license also very soon compare to gents.So my opinion .. Never choose GDS, and dont put yourself in trouble... if somewhere else giving licence freely ,even they also treat you better then GDS.

Im still going thru the process of getting the license and i will update as i go through. The first issue i can see is there are no signs in any language giving instructions on how the process works. Yes, there is someone in the reception desk (most of the time) but i noticed that who ever is there cant really explain the process properly. For example, to do the eye test all the reception could say was outside. So now you are left to just go outside and hope to figure it out, because as i said before there are no signs indicating what to do.As for the process overall, heres what ive observed. I arrived at 0655 for the 0700 theory test, no one at reception so i just wandered around asking people where to go. Once i got to where i needed to be, i got a ticket. Im number 11, its now 0830 and only 3 people have gone into the testing room. However several other people who have not been waiting have just gone into the room for testing. It does appear very unorganized and when people who have been waiting see other people who have not been waiting just cut in front it makes everyone upset.I will update more as i progress through this process however my initial reaction is to tell you to find somewhere else.I transferred to Dallah, they have much better facility.

The worst driving school in doha. They will fail a woman who wants to get manual driving lessons only because she is a woman. The police officer said you fail, manual driving not for woman u drive automatic. Now she decided what i should drive. Been two years with this school they never passed my test. Now im changing school and have to pay the entire fees.....

Worst customer service ever, very rude staff. I just called now to ask about the steps and when can I get an appointment for the driving test. The receptionist was so rude and when I asked about another timing to report there to drop my NOC and all the papers he raised his voice saying only mornings before 10, friday saturday we dont work and he hangs up. So so mine..Any ways its a good sign to change the school before starting #GulfDrivingSchool
