This is a cool art gallery and space for artists. Its not very big, but you can enjoy a few hours there.

They have nice free workshop which you can register forBy following them on Instagram you will know the latest news about them , I like the art store as well which is located in the same building

Great alternative use of the former fire station. Exhibits sensitively displayed and labeled and there are helpful tour guides available.The cafe is worth stopping for.

The park beside it is a great place to go jogging or bike. Plus theres a cafe.

Potentially a fab place! Great location - leading onto Bidda Park. Stunning views outside of the Corniche.Only a couple of exhibitions open inside when we went, we thought that there would be more use made of the buildings. Gift shop had awesome choices aside from art supplies - similar options to the childrens gift shop in National Mueseum of Qatar.

Its a pleasure to go to an art exhibition with this high quality and excellence. The experience was more than exceptional and the venue is great. Visited the Picasso exhibition. Wonderful art gallery and space with character and history.The first main Fire Station in Qatar, identity retained.

This place is something else, is like being in another place inside Doha.

Artistic 🤩

This building was an old fire station. The qatar museums authority chose to save the building and convert it into the fire station museum. The museum has several small galleries and the main gallery for various exhibitions. The Fire Station also hosts an Artist in Residence program which is by invitation only and usually for nine months. The building also includes a cafe and art supply shop. The museum is nice and great to check out during the nice weather of the year because of the open spaces designed for its galleries and workshop spaces.

Really nice artistic spot in Doha must visit

Location is really beautiful being so close to the Al bidda Park. Initially we experienced confusion as to where the museum actually is. Upon entering we found it a very refreshing experience. However, the quantity of exhibits were low at the time we went. Therefore, an increased variety for adults with unique activities would be highly beneficial.

The old Civil Defense building turned into an exhibition hall and artists residence. Different temporary exhibitions. Mostly of high quality. If you are in Doha, definitely worth to check out.

International Temporary Exhibitions are terrific, pity that the Artists Residence Programmes remains a showcase for students and teachers from VCU or UCL, being too endogamic.
