Had a excellent stay, check-in and checkout was smooth, the rooms were well maintained, but yes a little overpriced over the weekend, so please book in advance to get the best rates. The restaurant was having good food and drinks. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Samrat

It was a poorly designed, cramped hotel with cramped corridors. People at reception were really good but once we entered our rooms, it was awful with old occupants used cutlery and wasted food lying right outside the door. They didnt provide us with bottled water which is the norm across the hospitality industry. We didnt even received normal water and on enquiring, they gave us cold water in thermos which was not at all potable. It was hard water that could barely be used to quench our thirst. Food was tasteless to say the least. I would not recommend anybody to stay there.

Enough space for 2 adult 1 child in luxury a.c room. the rate was lighty high due to diwali. Service of hotel is very quick and good. I did not order any food in hotel so I dont know about this. Excellent food at great price

Never never never book or check in this hotel. They dont have a parking. Still they have mentioned parking facilities in goibibo app. My car was damaged in their guided parking which is on road. After that they are refused to pay damage charges. Even they are very rude and ready to fight with us. If you are with family then never go with this hotel. This hotel is for bachelor and unmarried couples only with out parking.

Hotel’s location is very good. It is very near from Diu bus station. Room service was very good and staff was friendly. Food in restaurant was also good. I experienced only two negative points during my stay at this hotel. 1). free WiFi is included in my package but when I reached the hotel and asked about it they told me that it is only available in reception area, also they changed password after 1st day. 2) It is not allowed to go outside the hotel between 12 am to 6 am. They locked all main doors during that period. Apart from this two points, I recommend this hotel for stay in Diu.

We book this hotel online.On the arrival the staff was excellent and very helpfull.Room were very clean and 24hour hot water.Hotel Resturent food was very tastyand planty of choice. If anyone book this hotel make sure you take husband and wife I.D.

Awesome stay with family. This hotel is in city area. Near by many other restaurants. Clean rooms, good service by staff. Only issue is Wi-Fi range not received in rooms, it was only available in reception area. Hotel has good swimming pool. Food is delicious with good quantity. Near to fort. Nagova beach is 10 kms far. Over all good experience but high price.

So we were Total 8 people. We were staying a hotel near 300m away from this place. So we had our 2days meal in this hotel only, because the food, service, ambience everything was so good that we didnt have second thoughts about any other hotel.... Nice restaurant with good service 👌👍

A comfy compact class hotel at Daman.When looking for good rooms, location and other basic amenities this hotel is very good.Has enough parking and staff is helpful and supportive.An icing on the cake here is there in house restaurant. Superb both on quality and service. They just let you enjoy your food in your own world.In house swimming pool too.Ours was a two days visit curtailed to one and love to catch up again in next visit with a stay at this hotel.Enjoy.

Hotel is recently renovated so rooms are nice. Samrat Hotel is having inhouse restaurant.Restaurant is not having Mini Refrigerator in room but owner is good he can arrange storing your products in restaurant fridge.

Hotel is OK.. The most important thing there is no lift.. No hot water in the evening.. And non veg restaurant... Room service is excellent.. Staff is very friendly.. Rooms are OK. Can be better.. If you are visiting Diu try somewhere else.

Value for money. Process for check-in checkout are still the traditional register entry way. They allow early check-in based on availability. Staffs are helpful. Food is alright. Bar has a deadline of 2330 so stack up if u are here to have fun. A surprisingly comfortable bed. Although they can work on proper housekeeping this place deserves a 3 star.

Modern, well maintained hotel with spacious rooms and a very cool pool. The access is a little bad with some narrow streets but once at the hotel it gives you walking distance access to the Diu main street, the fort and both the churches.The staff is courteous and will help with places to see in Diu. there are two restaurants with one serving alcohol, or you could step out and explore the many eating options in the city

Located near the market the hotel has some great rooms. Also has a swimming pool. A hall equiped with beds for 6-7 people, dining table, TV, joint toilet bathroom. The restaurant is spacious. The housekeeping staff makes sure to keep the hotel clean and room service is also great
