Lovely. Facinating and such words come to mind. The place has a charm simply due to its location. The great food, the superlative service, impeccable house keeping add to the magic that is revealed slowly over a period of time.The manicured gardens and the landscaping works wonders to calm your heart and mind. They have yoga and meditation but I do not care much for them, however the Spa and the bar are another matter.

We stayed there for a day but felt like staying longer. Room location was excellent. Evening was very beautiful.Rooms were well equipped and clean. There is a suggestion... It will be nice if you put a ceiling fan in the room. Afternoon is hot and it was needed. We had to open all the doors and invited mosquitoes.Otherwise we enjoyed like anything. As per a small request they arranged a nice cake for us, to celebrate birthday of our friend.Thanks a lot to everyone.

We stayed here from 29/8/21 to 31/8/21.Property has excellent location ,the rooms comfortable,food was delicious .The staff was amazing ,they went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable .Overall a great experience.

People were concerned about the feedback and incase you dont like something they were helpful by providing some other cuisine to fill ur appetite. Most beautiful thing they cultivate their own harvest like broccoli,tomotoes,chilies.If you are missing connect with nature.its perfect place equipped with all modren facilities.

The Terraces is good for viewing the sceneries of mountains. Food is reasonably good particularly tea and pizza 🍕. Services are good. Parking spaces is nice in open court.

The ambience is awesome. Our room 304 had a clear view of the Himalayan peaks.Spic nd span. Cosy rooms. Good toiletories. Small tolilets but adequate. Lots ofpsrking. Great location, beautiful place, kids area was cool addon to family trip, excellent service and awesome quality food with huge varieties!!!Hotel maybe one of the costliest in the area.

Staff at this hotel is very manipulating as they incur irrelevant charges without informing you in the bill.

Marvellous place to stay. Had an excellent time. It well located as its very scenic. Super service and staff were friendly & obliging. Highly recommended. Take the premium room if you are interested in seeing mountainous range from the rooms.Asaf Ali, who was in charge during our visit goes out of the way to entertain us. He is a singer, DJ and drummer. He organised garden bar with live music with drinks. Indoor karaoke had some super collection of old time favourites of 70-90s. This guy is full of ideas to entertain the guests either to visit the national park followed by tea at the adjoining forest reserve. Other are lunch on the river, barbecue in a forest

The most beautiful resort and had mesmerizing view of the snow clad Himalayas.This place was heaven on earth .The resort team was so v cordial hospitable and goes out of the way making your stay so v comfortable and joyful.We had the best kullar chai and pakoras in the resort dabbha with so much of love in it.And evening s sitting round the fire and listening to live singing by Mr.Asif and other person made the evenings so colourful and memorable.The food was awesome .They made for us local Uttrakhand food and we just loved it.It has everything gym, mediation centre playzone for the kids,Audiovisual room.They grow their own vegetables and serve .Must must visit this beautiful resort,👍👍👍👍👍👍

Nice place to take a break - probably a long lunch - Excellent view and food. Not easily noticable / visible place from road - so one needs to plan.

Nestled high up in the hills where apple trees are common and so are the clouds.Very tastefully constructed complex, with an abundance if greenery, fruit trees, foliage and flowers. Amazing views. Clean, spic and span.Did not stay here but viewed the entire resort and had lunch at the restaurant. Nice thin crust pizzas!Seems like a great place to stay if you can afford it. Maybe not affordable for common folks, but that’s your choice.Peace and tranquility hideout, where you could possibly ponder about the viccissitudes of life, or write a thesis, or meditate, or view your spiritual inner self, or gaze at stars if there are no clouds, or sip that cold beer in the gardens, or have a freaky time with a group, or just be lovebirds, or simply reoxygenate your lungs, or detox your mind.Recommended for class gentry I might add. A class getaway maybe.

Itz a beautiful destination for people who seek peace & solace, with 4 Star luxury very close to nature..Mountain view is awesome..Staff is very courteous..Food is decent...Spa facility is average..If you are lucky, you may catch glimpse of Ice Covered Mountains..

Beautiful view and extremely courteous staff. The rooms are equipped with warm electric blankets, gas heaters and blowers. Hot water is available 24x7. Food is extremely delicious and fresh, made from local produce.

The hotel is very pricey if you want budget friendly trip. I advice to go there and get yourself a camp as there are lots of them which is more enjoyable with friends and family, they provide personal bonfire for the group. You can bargain the rates in camps which is good for Indians who love the bargaining.😋

I love the property during the season (early Feb) we visited. We had the property to ourselves, so service was wonderful. Though a lil hiccup at the time of checking in with the manager. However, the rest of the stay was fine. The access route was full of snow so we had to walk up and down on treacherous road. With kids and elderly ppl it could be a concern. Also, the access routes to other areas of hotel was also difficult due to snow all over. The live music session arranged for us was the highlight. We loved the place for the weather too. Not sure, how it will be during summers and in peak season though.

When in Kanatal you MUST visit The Terraces. Ill tell you why:First and foremost this property is gorgeous in every sense of the word. Every nook and corner of the property is photo worthy and breathtaking.What all can you do:1. You get a spa2. You can enjoy pool and billiards3. You can enjoy LIVE MUSIC4. You can dancing on DJ music5. You can relish sumptuous buffets6. You can relax in jacuzzi tub (only available in select rooms, but bath tubs are there in all)7. You can enjoy open bar8. You can sit under the stars and enjoy the beauty of nature9. You can sit around the bonfire and swap storiesWhat we did:We utterly enjoyed the ambience of this wonderful property. The GM Ms. Garima took special care of not just us but every guest. She even sang a couple of melodious tunes around the bonfire in the night.We sat around the bonfire till 1 in the morning and enjoyed the live music(I just admit this was the best part of our stay).What I didnt like:Well, my overall experience was amazing but I didnt appreciate a few things, there are a lot of unforseen overhead charges which may push your bill to 5k+ than what you expect.We paid 17k per night, which in my opinion was a but on the higher side, especially when the food wasnt good enough.For those who are going with kids (8 years above) youll have to pay 1 k per meal as they only give free breakfast fir the couple jot the child. And youll also have to pay 2.5 k for extra bedding.Even after some small disappointments Id still recommend this place coz the overall experience is that of luxury and you must sample it once!!!

One of the best property of the range... Around 2.5 hour drive from Mussorie. Built on hilltop hence great Himalayan views. Awesome place, awesome food + they have a Bar (Icing on the cake)... But good things come at cost - so a bit on costleir side.

The Terraces is a beautiful resort located in the lap of Himalyas. We were there for a staycation and trust me never had such a great time. As The Terraces is located in Kanatal, which is an off beat destination you will find it very peaceful. The best thing about Terraces is the view of Himalyas which we got from our room and the food served at the resort. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and this was the best gift we gave it to ourselves.

Its my Favorite place... great views of snow peaks in season, lovely hospitality and staff... nature lovers and people who like peace... this is the place for you.

Looking for tranquillity with solitude.. go for it.Dont miss bonfire with live music at night. Ofcourse u can enjoy some snacks or tea at customised cafe or tea shop. For plants lover dont forget to buy some very gooood flowering plants

Its on way to Chamba in Kanatal,Tehri district. This property is five star resort with suits to exclusive rooms.Facilities here are top most you can find in five star hotels. Food are good. Here you find different breakfast options. Indoor or outdoor is one of them.Rooms are so clean. From there you see beauty of hills and feel peace and relaxed.Staff are so good and listen you every time.

Very nice boutique hotel with stunning mountain views. Service at hotel is also excellent. Our package included breakfast and dinner. Food was very good with a live omlette and dosa/uttappa counter at breakfast and pasta counter at dinner which would be severed directly to your table.

To enhance our vacation experience the Terraces at Kanatal is giving us all things we can ask for in a staycation. We went to the Terraces at Kanatal to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The calmness in the nature at the Terraces makes you fall in love with it instantly.

Heaven is the word to describe this place. Its was not my stay at this place, it was just a lunch visit on the way, a small road from Kanatal that leads to this beautiful serene place..My next is here for sure..
