Very good hospitality. There was some misunderstanding in the booking, but the management resolved it smoothly and assured we are comfortable. Thanks.

Most pathetic maintenance. The staff is ok but the manager is not at all customer friendly. There is no generator and during power cuts its pithch dark. There is no room heater. There is scarcity of water. Only good thing is its location. If they dont improve their attitude towards maintenance of the rooms, I doubt they will see any surge in guests. As of now, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Apart from the location, nothing is good about this so called resort. It is way too old and you can get better rooms in home stays with lower cost. The rooms are smelly and bathrooms are not clean. The manager needs to do a course on customer service. He has no manners to talk. The rooms are mostly empty, but they first fill the worst ones and pretend as if fully booked. Wont recommend it for stay. Go and drink a tea if you want to take some good pictures. But stay a big no no.
