Worst most experience by visiting here as today is so hot day and all AC are switch off. You dont leave a single paise from your customer, even you take charge of carry bags or anything else that customer take their buying goods from you. Visit every ordinary shop, even they all also give customers buying goods in a carry bags or else. I doubt that you take The AC charge also from your customer. Today I really very much fedup in this hot weather and you guys keep switch off your AC.

The first mall set up at Diphu Town. It is centrally located and can be accessible from all side and is situated very near to both train station and bus station making a big impact for the commuter to buy something at a reasonable rate and back to their destination. Almost all basic items are available in the mall, except the quality of apparels seems to be a little downside. A sign that shows that the town is steeply growing at an accelerated pace. Wish to see more mall in the town.

I was not happy after my shopping because I have to return some products because of not available of offers.I was very disappointed

One of the best places to visit in Diphu if youve been there for shopping. But the fact is that very less items available there department wise. So, its like something is better than nothing. And you will always find buy 1 get 1 offer on Jam Bottle here.

Everything is fine except one. Diphu Vishal charges for their Plastic bags which are Vishal brand, But as per government guidelines, they should provide the bags in free. If you dont believe me then you can search this topic in youtube regarding government guidelines.

Everything is reasonably priced with a vast collection of clothes, home items, food etc. The only downside is the lack of staff in the cash counters. Although having nearly about 8 to 10 counters, only 2 or 3 remains working which results in long queues and tiresome waiting in line. Fixing this would be convenient for the customers with a happy shopping experience.
