I bought for my 4 years daughter babyhug 3 in 1 swing slide. Its was good for 3days after that it was shaking and slippery . My daughter fell down , after that she never play again with that. I Was callii few weeks to check the product. No one is came . Its been 6 weeks now . Still no one is came to check. Very very poor service and they just want to sell the product , they dont care after that. I never buy again

Very nice collection for children in Dindigul. We can purchase anything for kids everything is available. They can also order as per customer requirements. Store is clean and organized. Staffs are kind and helpful. I would personally recommend everyone to visit the store once if they want to buy anything for children.

Good cloths but very few collection. Online shopping is far better than this with lot of discounts. Here they will provide coupon but will have lots of conditions to avail that which is very irritating. Better to go with online shopping

This store is a life saver in Dindigul. Collections are way too good when compared to other stores in Dindigul and Everything is available for infants and kids. Service is so satisfying and Pricing is fair for the quality they provide. Kept Very neat and clean with good hygiene. Firstcry Dindigul is good place to try Baby Shopping. Well suited for upper middle class to high class parents.But an unaffordable for middle class people. Also the selling price in store and online is much different for the same product. We can grap minimum 10% discount online but no discount for in store purchase.Costlier products while comparing with anyother baby shops in Dindigul eventhough most of the Firstcry products are made in CHINA . Thats disappointing.Product quality is good but unreasonable price. Firstcry is an Indian company(Mahindra) thats why i preferred but most of the toys are from China.This shopkeeper and his employees are good enough. Good service.Good thing is the shop will open for the emergency needs of any parents even at holidays.
