One of the Useless & un professional Vehicle Showroom by Renault operated by Anamallais Pvt Ltd .Done a big mistake in my life by taken a delivery of vehicle from these people from security till Manager in that particular Branch is fraud ,what ever they are saying is all lie, lot of wrong commitments and put us in a critical situation.No resonance from any one ,they never give you the senior numbers or email id to sort the issue if you face any problem.One Mr.Pandiyarajan from Dindugal Showroom number one useless and dosent aware about anything after a long escalation got the number of Mr.John from Madurai says he is the senior manager .,.,.,oh god I didnt know from where this Anamallais Pvt Ltd recruit these kind of knowldge less people as a senior manager.I can Say in one word Avoid This showroom for a happy motoring .Dear Renault ,The above said Brach and Staff is going to spoil the reputation of Renault .Better close the showroom ad sue the people to with stand in the market .Annoyedkamal

Sales Executives are very supportive till we take the delivery of the vehicle and they followup at regular intervals to remind us for service. But they need lot of improvement in their infrastructure because they dont have a dedicated service center for major service in Dindigul.I hope once the volume of sales goes up theyll get better over time.
