Worst ever courier services . Dont waste your time try another parcel services

Worst service.. and the delivery agent responded harshly for asking to deliver in address.. he said that they dont have service to our area.. but while checking availability, there is service available to our pin code.. very very worst delivery service..

It is disheartening to see this DTDC courier companys response saying that they dont have service to deliver the product in the requested delivery address. They shouldnt have accepted this offer in the first place, when they dont have service to deliver in the assigned address..

Very worst customer service...they r not atrend the call..they r not delivered the produc...they said to collect the office..then why are you booking...please take action against them...very rude and irresponsible behaviour both male and female staff...

Booked in coimbatore at 01/08/2020 to dindigul . Now date 06/08/2020 not yet received. No one attending phone calls switch off no proper response. In app its showing misrouted to salem coimbatore. Very poor performance

Office Workers Very rude behavior ..i have gone to other dtdc branches example in Chennai ..there and all their services and behavior are good...but in dindigul its really pathetic.. keeping the courier for a week and not delivering... Not even informing through phone even though my address, pin code, phone number are correct ... Very pathetic service.. Dnt book through dtdc if at all u want to deliver product in and around dindigul ...
