Really I had a good experience, there is one saleman or manager his name is Mr Ranjith Kumar I a nice person and how he received the customer in a cool maner and explain the product details very well and total atmosphere was good

Please read fully,its important review,Worst showroom and salesman(Mr.Ranjith) and manager and worst response,in this showroom there is no support,,,so friends please buy products from another showroom its best i think so,,,I bought a 43inches redmi TV on cube marketing MI store room in palani road Dindigul on Aug 24th 2020,,Service team has fixed the TV on 26th evening after 20 days later on Sep 21st Suddenly TV was blanked in grey colour while running there is no picture,only sound is coming so i complained to MI show room they arranged a service team on next day the servicer told that the TV was panel board complain so we need to change panel board on TV,,So i asked to that person that there is a warranty so u can replace the TV sir,for that he replied that the replacement i cant do that u can ask with my manager so after that i spoke with manager he told that he will raise a mail request to MI company for replacement and told me to wait for one week,,after one week i called him asked what happened for replacement TV sir,,for that he replied on phone we couldnt get replacement TV from MI company so u need to give service only for this i asked him why i need to give service sir because its a panel board complain if i bought in online there will be replacement option for within one month sir y u guys are not taking this replacement sir TV purchased on before 20days only so u need to replace it sir its not a good manner its very hurting sir like i replied for that he replied aggressively and used tensioned bad words too,,,after that i take this problem to MI showroom sales person (Mr.Ranjith) and manager they also replying aggressively and they are saying we are not responsible for replacement so you need to give service only,,,but while selling the product they saying we do this,that,2years warranty etc etc,,but if any product gets problem like this,this persons are saying casually that u need to service the TV,,i dont know about that distributor owner weather he knows this kind of problems or not or else he also supporting his workers like this problems i dont know but worst reaponse from sales man and no response till now from MI showroom,,so i dont know what to do,,am helpless here,,,,So my dear friends whoever who are going to buy some products on this showroom especially TV my humble request please dont buy they are lying persons and they are providing damaged products and no supports too,,

Worst customer service.. Theyre charging 2% for debit card payment and 3% for credit card payment which is against the government guidelines.. Many products not available at the time of shopping..Even they have not switched on lights inside the shop..

O.k. ₹ 1000 to 2000 rupees differential from online Price.
