Worst stay experience due to pathetic restroom. Attached the photos and videos.Update - after my review they responded with their apology by saying inconvenience caused during dine with us in bar.I complained for BATHROOM. They replied as dine in bar. It shows they did not even read the review & saw the photos.They simply put a template reply. Worst service again.

Surprise!! When you take away the food from their restaurant, the portioning of the food is awfully low. And when you dine in, the food quantity is more than sufficient. Actually this was supposed to be the other way around.

Nice place to stay, have big car parking area, third and fourth floor which the superior rooms have balcony hill views ..Swimming pool is currently not in active status. Spa is available, food also good.Overall good hotel.

I had a Candle Light dinner!The ambience was really unbelievable...Food is tooo good, both traditional & continental food are awesome...You need a huge tummy & a nice sweet buds to enjoy the food...Gesture of the staff is really amazing...Never underestimate Dindigul or PVK Grand, you ll fail ...Damn worth for the pay...

They are said $ star hotel . but its seems look like 2 star hotel. better 2 stAR HOTEL ALSO GOOD . NOTHING NOT CLEANED TOILET ROOM DOOR WAS BROKE.

For the room rates this hotel charges I feel this is not worth the money at all. The floor wasnt swept properly. The bathroom is cramped and in a state disrepair. There was only one thin sheet over the bare bed and one thin blanket provided. I would suggest looking at other hotels other than this place.

The guy in reception with glasses was very rude. Totally he spoiled our stay while check in. Doesn’t know how to talk gently. He treats online booking guests very cheaply. Other than him all other staffs was very gentle. Room was good!

A luxury hotel to stay n dine comfortably.

I gave 2 stars for the ample parking space and the centralized ac. Everything else is below average. The pool was very dirty. The rooms are old and bathroom had a foul smell. The food was also below average and the reception staff was not polite.They lock up the swimming pool door with key and guests are allowed only for 1 hour. I have never seen such a system anywhere else.

The amenities are pathetic..Room service very poor...they wont ensure basic amenities like a hot water androom cleaning...I kept on fighting to get a hot from before day evening to next day morning but not provided..

Loved the ambience of the hotel. Situated in the middle of the city. Affordable for a 3star hotel. Worth every penny. The only sadness was the swimming pool was not in service maybe bcoz of covid19. Other than that it was a good stay.

Worst reception staffs...they are cheated me ..before booking they are told me for executive room tariff is 3186 including tax but whaile checking out they charged me 3700 including tax..bath rooms are very worst condition and too bad smell.....overall rating is less than one star...

Food is not good

Hotel looks so great and wonderful from outside. But inside it was so bad and very poor maintenance. Rooms were so bad. Toilets were uncleaned. It was so disappointing and disgusting. Mere exteriors wont help for increasing the room tariffs.

Excellent value for money. Centrally air-conditioned (properly working). Very clean as for as Indian standards are compared. Good driver accommodation. Love the hotel and continue to stay in future. I have travelled all over the world, you will no where get this much value for what you pay.

Nice building. Lot of noise in the night. It was heavy and couldnt sleep properly. Reasturant was average and buffet cost is 2020 per head. Toiletries were provided and toilet tap was faulty.

It is good from outside but inside it could be better. Lots of noise in bed when you turn around in the night. Bedsheets are not that clean.

Hotel is reasonably good. But the restaurant is much below expected levels. Breakfast was horribly bad. Even a simple south Indian food like idli was hard, with less than required salt level. Difficult to spoil preparation of idly, but you can see and experience that in this hotel. For that matter, while I would rate the hotel as value for money, it would be a better option to stay here but have food outside

The location perfectly suited me as I went to attend a close relatives marriage. The Hotel big enough. I did not visit the restaurent but ordered Tea and cofee. which was ok but for the delay in service. It is nicely built with quite spacious room and interiors are very good. But the up keep and maintenance is far from satisfactory. The fush of the WC was not functioning most of the time. It takes about 90 minutes to fill. Hence you need to manually flush. The water in the wash basin literally drips. the taps are rusted.No issues with Airconditioning or with the Television. At the time of check in, over heard other customer complaining about poor service.

Well maintained hotel. It owns a Kalyan mandapam nearby. We can have accommodation for our guests. So we not transport vehicle for attending function.

Rooms are spacious. But some rooms didnt have intercom/TV remote, so had to change room. The restaurant is okay. They will not display all available items for complementary breakfast. You need to ask for something like an omelette.

The front desk needs to organise themselves better. They were not having updated information on the booking. We had to send the screen shot. They asked for payment for breakfast whereas it was complimentary. Toiletries were not provided readily. The rooms are not cleaned unless you ask for it that too only in the morning. They do not have a cleaning mechanism in your absence. The bed sheets were torn.
