One of the worst room services across northeast that I have ever experienced. The staff at the reception is highly audacious and projects as if she is obliging by even listening to our order. They dont have subscription to Sony channels and denied the request to subscribe to the same. Complimentary breakfast for 2 is a sumptuous for a sparrow and tea is made from powder milk and the chef forgot to break the lumps. TAT for room services can range anywhere from 50minutes to a decade. The crockery they used to serve breakfast is paper plates and plastic glasses. Talk about tribal sustainability, besides being unhygienic and unhealthy. Feels like a third grade Dhaba. Stay at your own risk.

Clean rooms. Good hospitality. The staffs were polite. And the property is in the main city, so youll get everything you need nearby. All in all, a really good stay.

Hospitality okay, room service okay, hotel service not very helpful. Theres extra 500rs charges in per extra person. No consideration.

Pretty good. A friend frequents here whenever in town. Though the staffs are friendly , service has gone a lil down.

Bad hotel low on maintenance. Bedsheets and towels arent changed after other person checks out. Very less staffs working in the hotel.
