The merchandise might be good, but the customer service is horrible.Went to buy some products, but left the shop even before I browsed one aisle. From the moment I entered to shop, the staff had moody faces and the one closest to the door seemed like she was glaring daggers at me... And the way they interact with customers is very unprofessional, especially regarding questions about products makes customers feel unwelcome.Maybe its a different experience for those who enter the shop dressed well according to the stores standard.Merchandise is important for a business, but customer service is more important.No customer, no business future.Comparatively, Usupso has much better service... Friendly staff, eager to help and answers your questions with a smile.

Imported things can be bought here. Ideal place to buy accessories like toys, head rest, water dispenser etc.

I have used lots of different products but never get the satisfaction. But when I startd using products from this store I could see the changes in my skin.. The products are just amazing. I highly recommend to use Mumusos products.. One thing I have noticed is that the workers are really very friendly n they are very helpful in choosing the right products for us.

Very disappointing experience from the staff, the level of unprofessional attitude, just disgusting.The moment i entered I heard them make remark over my physical appearance......to what continued to be a line of side eyes and whispers against my body features till the end where they passed on the remarks to each other even till the last checkout . The fact that these people were judging me as if they are perfect themselves and thinking that i dont hear them, just sick !!! . I went in to buy alot of stuff but their unprofessional attitude spoiled my mood, thought of replying back to them but i realised no point in talking to people who have such low midset against others. Everyone is insecure about their appearance in one way or the other and when you meet people like that its truly disappointing...the fact that them being girls were gossiping about another girls body feature when they dont even know me ...just says a lot about their moral uphold ...And yes if any of the staff see this im sure yk who you are ,remember only God has the right to judge and judging someone negatively is a sin i hope you all learn to be kind and not toxic.

I have always wanted to visit Mumuso to get some gifts for my friends. So yesterday on my visit to the store with some of my neighbours, I found the experience really disappointing... the staffs were really very annoying. Like literally even if u touch some of the things, they will come and stand nearby you and make u feel really uncomfortable by staring downright at you and keep checking the stuffs on your cart from time to time without a smile, like we would steathily steal away with all the CCTV cameras around...seriously, no professionalism! My neighbours were also very annoyed because these staffs make u feel like a pauper who just came for window shopping. And even if one is a pauper, do treat them like you would every other customer. My experience in terms of staffs professionalism in Miniso has been terrific compared to this store; however, the stuffs in both these stores are similar and good, but the people working in this store need to learn a thing or two on etiquettes. Besides, as I was going through some of the stuffs in the beauty section, one of the male staff started explaining to me even when I did not want him to because I already knew exactly what these stuffs were used for. Like, hello, unless the customer asks u you for an insight, please dont try to make us look like we came straight from the village. Also, in the stationary section, I wanted a ball point pen and asked a female staff to help me out as I could only see a large variety of colouring pens. She was like Nijor try kuribi na yaate paper ase and later when I found one and asked her if there is only one variety of ball pen, she said Hoi, hoi without even looking at the pens on the stand. It amuses me to think, why waste my time when she thought she already knew that there was exactly one kind of ball pen (P.S: After sometime, I found another variety of ball point pen). The final straw was when I took two needle boxes only to find one of the box was badly damaged upon reaching home (the box was cracked beyond repair) and now I am using an alternative box. Apparently the price tag and barcode were displayed over the damaged area, the female staff dealing with the scanning would have definitely seen it without a doubt while making the bills and should have helped me in taking an undamaged one. Luckily, the other things I bought were undamaged. This was and will be my first and last visit to the store! Overall, the experience was pathetic!

Ive visited 3 times within a week of its opening. My total bill amount always had 99 in the last two digits, as well understood, everything costs either some hundred 49 or 99. What pisses me off is that the cashier conveniently wont bother to return 1 rupee coin as if theyve every right to keep it.This is nothing but looting your customers, therefore the management should seriously look into this matter, if Mumuso really value and respect its customers.

Dear management of mumuso dimapur. Your products are good and all are priced ending with the odd number 9, therefore I strongly feel that its your duty /responsibility to stock up with one rupee change and hand it over to the customer. Because, 1 rupee is money to us just like it is to you. But the way you hand over change without even blinking, like the 1 rupee is rightfully yours has impelled me give you 3 stars . Good day.
