St. Peters School was established in the year 1997 as a private educational institution at Model Colony, Dimapur under the initiative of Shri L.K. Achumi (Retd. District & Sessions Judge). The school was affiliated to Nagaland Board of School Education in 2002 and recognized by the Govt. of Nagaland as an unaided Christian minority institution. Presently, the institution runs classes from Nursery (kindergarten) to Class X with future plans to upgrade till Class XII. A new school building block is on the verge of completion with further development on the horizon.
