Good staff behaviour and good quality products

Have been a customer since 2011. Be it in Delhi or here in Dimapur. Online purchases can never match the quality of physical store. Their testing is up to the mark and the making of the specs is better than anyone.Titan eye plus measures IPD( Inter-pupillary Diameter) I.e. the distance between your pupils and then specs are made which causes almost no headache. Go for Oakley frame if you can. Unmatched quality. Lenses of Titan itself is very good. Can opt for Zeiss for a unmatchable experience. Thank you Titan and all the staff esp Mr. Deepak who is a real gem. They will help you with all your decisions.

In my case is different than others, i made my spectacles twice in 2019 & 2021 March around 22,000/- & above progressive glass but both the times i found them very very bad. I am not using them at all as worst than my present....

Hello, Im very sorry to write this review but its true so I hope that the people in charge will better themselves and improve because at this rate one can even go blind. I got my eyes tested few weeks ago and ordered glasses and contact lenses. But upon arriving I was not able to see properly. To cut a long story short, I told them please just take my old glasses and check the power and give me the same power because I had no problem with my old glasses. Just wanted new frames. So they tested and gave me the same prescription (or so I thought) . But again the new ones which came second time , was still blurry and to make matters worst even the contacts were blurry. I paid for both new glasses and contact lenses. And they were gracious enough to give me discount for the ones they make mistake. But still even with the new ones I wasnt able to see properly. So I went to Delhi and got the glasses which I got from titan plus Dimapur, checked and guess what. The prescription is incorrect. Both for the glasses and for contacts. And I ended up buying new glasses and contact for the third time. Eye sight is something which is very important and dangerous if not given correct prescription, and I hope that you have qualified people in your store. Even the glasses which I ordered ( 6000rs only for glass) was of cheap quality. And not Carl Zeiss is what I came to know from Dayal Opticals New Delhi, whom I got it checked this time. I hope you will not see this is a bad complain but a critical feedback and strive to improve. The service is very good and they are very polite but giving incorrect prescriptions and cheap quality glasses with expensive rates is not good at all. Please improve. Thank you.
