Big Bazar really made my life easy at hostel! Good service. Delivery on time. Products are always good with good packaging. Customer service is really good as well.

Unprofessional staffs, very rude and not helpful at all, they need proper training. Was happy at first seeing so many local employees but after seeing and experiencing their unprofessional and rude and judgemental behaviours all happiness down the drain.

Reasonable prices for most of the items though some prices may seem a bit high comparable. A well conditioned rooms variety shopping.

Not bad,, I would say its a medium expectation.. If you want things under one roof then go for it. But for me I would rather choose traditional market

Great place for all-in-one especially groceries, household goods and clothes. I gave it a 3 star because: First, the AC keeps going off and in a place Iike this the owners needs to really make sure the temperature and ventilation is in good condition. Second: the toilet is not well maintained. Staffs are helpful but should also be more trained for better customer service. Best wishes to all!

Good for home purchases, clothes, grocery and all items. Due to Corona its not that much crowded. Its in the heart of the city and therefore parking cars would be a big issue during peak hours. If its two wheeler, can be parked in the lower floor. Not very exciting, if you think about parking.

Experience was horrible.Staff are not professional......They are not even allowing the customers to get a trail for cloths......Its 12noon at mens fashion at first floor.Better not mention her name...

Amazing place with crazy deals , i would suggest Bigbazaar for those who want good groceries at good prices and brands, though the clothes section can not be that much budget friendly but the Quality is worth it!!!

Everyone says its the best Big Bazaar in the whole state and I totally agree with them because its the only big bazaar the state😉.

If youre into kurta n pajamas its the best place with reasonable price but I dont think the home goods are any better than vishal.

I had been a very regular shopper of Big Bazaar since they provide good quality products. But today I had a very unpleasant experience from a proud and rude security lady. The management should look into the management of staff- they must brief them regularly on how to behave with customers. If not they will loose many customers.

The Dimapur branch doesnt even provide face mask for the customer who didnt bring their own. They couldnt provide a disposable face mask worth Rs.2 making them lost thousands of rupees because of the customer turning back and not entering. Its a Shame that Future group a big sector couldnt meet the customer need during this hour.

Worth visiting....In comparison to that of Visual,Prices ,offer and as such are less to that of Vishal Mart...In comparison with the products to that of Vishal ,big bazaar products values the most but the discount is not very attractive..I visited the Mart looking for home appliance (Room hearer) but the discount was not apealling to me so I ended up buying a deodorant spray just to save my face for the day...Dont visit this Mart if your budget is tight least you will end up like me buying either a deodorant or a soap....!!!

Fresh veggies and fruit section always empty whenever I visit. Also there is no parking lot which causes more inconvenience.

Worst experience ever. I went to try out few trousers and the staff told me I cant. I asked why? He said I cant try more than one. If that is the case no need to try. It was a horrible, not customer friendly and unpolite staff. Better not visit this store ever.

Situated just beside the city tower of Dimapur. Not too big as i found in other city. But ok for a small city. I jave visited ar the time of Christmas season, so found crowded. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Stocks are good enough. If you want to buy home product its ok but not for Clothes. Quality is not good enough. If you with to buy clothes, nearby other good options are available.

The standards here are below that of Bigbazaars in metros. While that might have been acceptable to a certain extent - here in Dimapur, the lack of variety and sheer unprofessional employees manning the store warrants a solid 2/5 stars. Dismal. Also, the lifts are non-functional. Avoid.
