I personally Like KFC but The Chicken was very Dry inside and Also had Hair.. I wanted To complain but the place was Crowded and I didnt want to create a scene.. In the picture u can see it on the Right side

The most recent experience wasnt that good maybe because of the pandemic. Was craving for some crushers and burgers and none of them was available the day we went to eat. Was such a disappointment.

No AC when we visited with family.Took more than 15 minutes to deliver our order.Otherwise they were decent and dealing was good

A good place to eat out and take away. The chicken is good however the bread is not good. I just hope they introduce cheese, veggies, sauces and a variety of other meal options in the menu.AC needs to be on always!The bathroom needs to be sanitized and cleaned often. The washbasin tap was not working. It would have been better if they had both male and female toilets separately for privacy.Staffs should clean the tables and bathroom often (after every dine-in customers).Customer service is good but can do better with more training! 👍

Please mention proper timing. The website said 7:00 pm however we came to know this only after missing 4 times that they close by 4:00 pm. It doesn’t make sense at all kindly take care of simple information at the least.

I didnt get anything I want. They had only hot and crispy chicken. The menu they keep was just for a show. The workers specially the one stand in the order counter was not that helpful. Compare with other KFC, the chicken was not that good as other KFC. Location is prime and easy to locate, but the customer service is poor.

The service is super slow. You literally have to wait for 20 mins or more. The quality of food is not the worst but can be so much better. Dont get your hopes up!

Very poor service. The 2 ladies working behind the billing counter teamed up and abused one poor guy because he had paid through his debit card and wanted to know if it went through. Aur pay karenga? Do aur pay kar de ga etc were some of the words thrown at the guy as one girl threw his card back at him. The poor dude only said he only wanted to know if it was paid and went ahead to choose a table. Very rude! Please advise the workers not to bring their lifes frustrations to their workplace.

I had a very bad experience. Waited for my order for around 1 hour, on top of it pepsi machine wasnt working, told they were fixing it.. Though my order was early, had to wait for so long inspite of asking them to cancel the pepsi order. Once machine was repaired, they had put the carry-cups in wrong position inside the paper carry bag, that almost all pepsi got spilled by the time I reached home. Chicken was ok btw. Very inefficient service👎👎

Ac has been non-functional since I remember, tables are dirty as hell,the only ambiant music is the rumbles of the fryers and the shouting of the staff in the kitchen, speaking of the toilet :its ghastly. If youre really really craving for kfc I recommend you order takeaway. 1 star is the lowest I could give. Wish there was lower

Eating there has been great but takeaways are a horrible experience. Each time, the Pepsi/cold drinks are not properly sealed, it would splash all over into the chicken and my kids had to eat soaked chicken and I spent extra money to wash my sticky car seats. Improve that and I will give five stars to KFC Dimapur

The only kfc in dimapur. yesterday 26/05/2020. token no. 9254my elder brother bought 16 pieces fried chicken from KFC DIMAPUR (onyl take aways). but to our utter surprise there were only 10 pieces in two kfc chicken box, was it a bad jokes or a honest mistake by the workers we dont know but please be careful while delivering takeaways.this post is just to inform the general public to be more vigilant in the future.and by the way KFC DIMAPUR KEEP a working phone number in your official page .

KFC Dimapur Store is located at the prime location. The Store is neat and clean, the atmosphere inside is so so chilling, I mean so fantastic. The most interesting and attracting part is that, staffs are polite, friendly, honest and always ready to help to any queries. The stewards needs to be the smart. The people who are serving as people would stand on the line for longer period because of the laziness of volunteers. Please dont mind just finding out some mistakes

Very very slow service and KFC dimapur taste nothing like the kfc we get is other cities. We have to wait for 10 to 20 minutes for a fast food. And if you buy hot and crispy you will never get leg piece. Most of the time burgers are not available. I would have given - stars if there was option to do so

Chicken is really good only in the mornings. Else its average. The problem lies with management. There is no triage system to prioritise customers. Online orders are given more importance. On Mothers day, we waited for 3 hours for a popcorn-only order while online deliveries were meted out one after another. The AC was turned off too to discourage people from waiting inside, even tho it was white hot outside. Finally a lady snapped and shouted at the manager. That didnt stop him from not doing his job well.If food is average, still Dimapur people are gonna buy because its KFC. The least you can do is have an efficient order fulfilment system. Covid guidelines or not, making customers wait is naturally going to accumulate people inside the restaurant. Wasted everyones time and the poor staff got yelled at.

KFC Dimapur bear City Tower is not improving. Today, I went there with my family again and the experience was a bit of disheartening. Tables and dinning area are messy with leftOver food and drink. Aircon was not functioning again. This is my third time with no aircon in one month. Anyway food preparation is good

Hardly any options from the menu available these days otherwise staffs are good.

The staff are not customer friendly. In other parts of city, the staffs seems to be courteous and polite, following the norms towards the customer however the dimapur kfc failed in those areas.They have forgotten that customer are their king. The chicken pieces are too very small, the items too are limited and the staff seems to be in small number that whenever assistance is needed we dont find any, the place also seems to be not very clean,not forgotten the toilet which seems to to be totally unhygenic.I have a very bad experiencs being there many times. which is why i am giving only two stars.
