A mom and pop institution in Dillon. You will not find better UK-style Indian dishes anywhere in the region. Weve always loved the food and surprisingly so does our 2 year old. Absolutely worth splurging and spending a few extra bucks to eat here.

Excellent Asian food in a place you wouldnt expect to find good international cuisine! And not just good for a remote mountain town, but good by big city standards. I highly recommend if youre looking for healthy, fresh tasting food to take a break from all the heavy brewery food around here. We had the hot and sour soup and it was flavorful & rich, and the lentils had very strong and delicious ginger and tomato taste (my picky toddler loved it!). The location is in a strip mall so Id recommend getting it to go and eating down by the lake with views.

Divine curries and soups, big fresh salads. Desserts sounded amazing but we were too full. Maybe the only dedicated gluten free restaurant in Summit County. Bill and Cindy were so attentive and accommodating. While we were there, they checked with every single customer about possible food allergies. It was our five year olds first safe restaurant meal!!!

This place is great! Come in for a cozy dinner, with amazing fusion selections that will not disappoint! If you order wine, go with the pairing they recommend, it was perfect! Order and pay at the counter and help yourself to menus, utensils, napkins, and water. Were in town from Los Angeles and rarely go to the same spot twice. This place is an exception! Because its small, do yourself a favor and at the very least, get some takeout!

Im visiting Keystone from SF. Profusion is such a nice surprise that I was not expecting. Its a tiny restaurant but you can just tell the owners put so much thought into the menu. Its a great place if you appreciate nice fusion food with a chefs own touch. The hot & sour soup is just amazing, and not the taste that you would have in most American Chinese restaurant.Dont expect the taste from most cheap Thai, Chinese, Indian take-out restaurant. This is simply not that kind of place.

This is one of those precious hole in the wall places the locals love to recommend. We have been coming here for years - see attached menu. Last night, we had New Delhi Garbonzo Bean stew and the yellow chicken curry. Taste is complex, heat is calibrated just right so you can keep tasting things, curry is about the best, most authentic you can get. Each dish is fresh made - you pay a little more, but these are meals you can trust will be made right. Husband wife owner team and are locals.

Great food, but the prices are too high in my opinion. Curry with chicken is $20, and it’s not a very big portion. Add a bowl of soup and you’re at $30. But it’s delicious. The chef (maybe owner) is very kind.

I was skeptical of the small dining space when I walked in, but the food was spectacular! Id recommend takeout if you have a big party, but Id definitely recommend this place to anyone! We had a gluten free diet restriction for one of our party, so having the whole menu being accessible was a nice treat too!

This place punches WAY above its weight class. The best way I can describe it is casual fine dining. Everything from the coffee to the kimchi is phenomenal, and the owners are as friendly as it gets. Not worth the price. Tight and cramped space. Everything is self serve. $21 plate served in a disposable bowl is ridiculous. Served half portions but charged full dinner prices. Will never return and I will point as many people as I can away from here.

A hole in the wall treasure! This cafe is small - with perhaps 5 inside tables - but a quaint mom and pop place with incredible food. Prices are well within reason for the area and portion sizes are perfect. The food was beautifully presented. We ordered the duck, braised ribs, and red curry dishes. The duck was our favorite, but each dish was fantastic. The biggest treats of the night were the desserts, however. Maple Star Anise Mousse was out of this world! The owners and wait staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the place was warm and casual. We consider ourselves foodies and spend far more than we probably should on our vacations eating out but would rate Cafe Profusion as one of our all time favorite finds!

Delicous meal in a great spot! I loved there green curry the most. It would be amazing if you could order it Thai hot. This place always shines and the owner is super helpful. My only real issue is that they have decided to focus almost exclusively on takeout and this is destroying the wonderful plating and presentation they are known for. I really hope they think about how they could do this better like separating the rice from the dish or keeping some dishes for eating in.

Very high-quality and healthy food. The seating is extremely limited. I would give this place five stars except that our host was a little over-the-top with the wine/food pairing advice. I imagine this restaurant is a dream come true for our host however, being told that every wine I chose was the wrong wine for the food I chose was a little off-putting. I will come back here though, the flavor profiles on everything I ate (including the wrongly-paired wine) was outstanding.

Review №40

The food here is great!! The only reason for 4 stars is the size of the place and the lack of taking reservations, there is only room for about 12 people (I think 4 person table was the largest and they only have 2 of them) inside the restaurant, so it was a little tricky even to order carryout (probably best to just do a phone order). But once we ordered and paid, they took our cell phone and gave us a call once the food was ready for pickup. I had a Panang dish and it was excellent, not too spicy. Highly recommend!!

The food looked promising. Unfortunately the man behind the counter was less than inviting when I went up to look at a menu.He said that there were no tables available and that we would have to come back later if we wanted to order food to go. We came here for lunch to get a break from the office grind. The menu is pretty small and the prices are quite high, but we all figured that wed get decent portions for the price. I ordered the chicken in yellow curry which came out to around $12 and change after tax. When we picked up our food we were shocked to see that each order came in a tiny little take out box that had a little scoop of rice and a ladle of curry. I counted about 4 chunks of chicken total and a few cucumbers. I dont know where the owners get off on justifying charging $12 for the portions we received, but the pricing on their menu needs some serious work. Dont get me wrong, the food was good and the flavor was on point, but we all definitely walked away feeling like we got ripped off. For the portion that was served I would have expected to pay half of what we did. Not joking, but we actually had to make a second stop for lunch because we all left hungry!

Very friendly people. The food lacks depth in flavors for the price. The yellow Curry is very basic with chunks of chicken over a soggy bed of rice.I also had the Tikka Masala and the tomato taste overwhelmed the dish without the spices, buttery, subtle sweetness you would expect of a Masala.Definitely not a $20 dollar dish on both instances. Would not mind the cardboard plates if the food was any good.

Interesting first (and last) visit. Food was wildly overpriced for what we received.$10 for a tiny plate of veggies and hummus that tasted no better than somethingfrom a grocery store. Green curry was okay at best, with no vegetables.. lacking variety. Certainly for $17 I expected much more.My girlfriend is a vegetarian, and they wouldnt substitute the chicken for tofu in anyof the curry dishes. To top it all off (worst of all) we used a 40 dollar giftcertificate and the remainder was JUST under 15%, which we felt was acceptable forthe 3 different waiters (maybe cooks?) that visited our table. The male owner came outsideand looked angry, asking if there was anything wrong with the service. We said no, andit honestly felt like we were being heckled for not tipping correctly which is inhorribly bad taste. Followed by a sarcastic thanks anyway, as he turned away. They cling to the hole-in-the-wall title as a claim to fame, but it is nothing more than ordinary, overpriced Americanized ethnic cuisine, with pushy and abrasive owners.
