Behaviour of staffs is wrose

I had a very bad experience of staying in Riyadh Inn at New digha. Firstly they spoke very sweetly and persuaded us to get into an A.C room costing about Rs 1250 per night, they took the whole amount of Rs 2540 in advance ( for 2 days stay), later we discovered there are cockroaches in beds and cupboards, bedsheets are not even clean and theyve worst housekeeping. Later in the evening they turned off the AC and claimed that we didnt register for AC room. They tampered the register where the room description was written and when we complained they started misbehaving and harassing us. Id warn anyone whos thinking of stepping in this hotel, there are abundant hotels here. Avoid staying here.

The hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. So clean,foods are too much tasty and price is reasonable. And behaviour of the hotels boy is so good and respectable.

The manager is disgusting and a fraud, they had hidden terms and conditions that they did not disclose initially, and cheated us in having a non-AC room where as clearly we wanted an AC room. They would provide in a room with AC later cut off the AC power and when we complained they showed us their register where we were made to sign under non AC room criteria without being informed about it, worst experience that we could have and spoilt our mood completely!

It is moderate hotel in Digha.

Hotel Riyadh is always my first choice whenever I visit Digha. It is the best hotel as per my view in terms of Location and Budget.
