Terrible experience ,they switched off the ac. Post 11 in the afternoon ,the day we checked out , we were late for an hour ,they could have charged more and informed the same before doing so , how could they turn off the AC !!!

A one day trip made memorable by the hospitality of the staff at the hotel. Its location from the beach is just an auto rude if you dont want to walk for a minimum charge of Rs 10/- per head. Amazing personalized arrangements done for all of us. Its a must visit here if one needs a homely and peaceful ambience with good quality food.

Best hotel I have stayed in till now. The hotel rooms are Clean and Comfortable. The house keeping is very active in cleaning and sanitizing the room which is a good thing in this COVID-19 Situation. The staffs are very friendly and ready to help. Even the receptionist is very understanding and friendly. We went with our family to this Hotel and enjoyed their hospitality.Staffs are quite decent and friendly. One of their staff named Raja us quite helpful , hospitable and at work Extra Mile in treating guests . They have decent Ambience , Rooms are nice and they do have a good Restaurant with excellent Food . Price is bit higher than some of the outside eating places but its worth paying and enjoying their flavours. I hope all the best for them.

All is good specially dealing staffs are good in behaviour, we had three times in here but the new manager who is very much ill-mannered person ever I had seen,whose eyes of looking on guest is very much bad.....generally we are travel lover so that we have stayed at different different hotels.....now this hotel is very much bad on my view so that we never ever come to this hotel.

Very nice property. Swimming pool is the best part of this hotel. Worstest part is their service. They will make you feel regret for choosing them. Sometimes u will have to call 4-5 times for just a bottle of water or mosquito repellent. Poor service.

Biggest lie from hotel Washrooms pic as mentioned (for a deluxe room) is totally different in actual (attached pics). Washroom was stingy, its toilet lid was damaged and there is hardly any space to sit. Additionally, water pipe were not connected to sewage (pic attached), hence there was lot of used water logging. We complained but hotel staff just refused acknowledgement or help FOR ALL UPCOMING TRAVELLERS - YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE, ESPECIALLY LADIES.Only positive point - kitchen and housecleaning staff were very helpful.

Hotel ST Apple is a nice hotel in New Digha, Room quality very nice and clean,Room service was excellent,Restuden was very nice and clean,and the all stap very helpful, swimming pool was very nice and clean water,swimming pool was indoor swimming pool music system DJ light with rainfall, and other things food quality was very tasty, and reception manager and GM beaver was very polite and good, last things was bathroom hot and cool water available all the time.

WORST PLACE EVER I HAVE SEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!Those who are planned to stay in this hotel please read this Im going to review this hotel in detail about its pros and cons read it thoroughly before booking this place and Im sharing an experience of mine as well.First of all the infrastructure is good, mainly the swimming pool is good but not that top notch level but you will be disappoint with the rooms. Beds are covered with lots of sheets of steins, TVs are not working as usual some time they repair it but it happens again, very small bathrooms. In short you can get a better room than this in any other hotels.Second the important thing is the facilities and amenities included with the room. The only good thing that they have as a facility and amenities is the swimming pool but the water is not clean as always, but shower spray all around the pool is eye popping . The other facilities like free complimentary breakfast , water bottles, welcome drink etc. are daydream things about this hotel, as they wont provide you welcome drink or complimentary breakfast.The third and the most important thing is the staff behaviour and their services(Im not talking about the free services as I already answerd above, its the services when you face some troubles with your room or other staffs ). When you first reach there dont feel special you wont greeted by anyone and the front desk lady is the most horrible one. One of their staffs show you the rooms but after that they will all disappear. If you face any issue like tv is not working, change the bedsheets, water bottle or any other things the only thing they do when you call they will say you one of our staffs will reach to you within minutes but minutes will pass, hours will pass nobody will come to help you, though you can wste your time by calling them again and again. Even if you reach to the front desk lady the only thing she can do, she can make a false promise to solve the issue.And the last thing about room price and food. Room price differ people to people, they wont have a fix price , if you reach there you can find some peoples who got rooms in 1800 -/- and some may get as high as possible like for 3000-/-. The hotel restaurant is the worst place in this hotel, dont waste your money and taste by eating there.Now Im going to share one of my stories, when we reach the room the door lock is broken but when we ask them to change the room they just said please manage with it. But we tried many times through phone or reaching to the front desk but it wont help anyway. They just dont care about our issues. After a day when the door look is popped out when Im trying to lock the door, I asked them to visit to change it or see it at once but nobody came. But at the time of check out they charged us with the full amount of the door lock. We protested and ask them that we will not pay that amount any way they said they wont listen any of this and we need to pay the full amount of the door lock if we need to check out and staffs and the front desk lady even shouted to us .So this is the thing and one of the matters I want to share is when in the day of the check they called us and said pleas left the room by 9:30 am I asked them to provide more time like for half an hour and they said they wont listen anything .The most horrible place ever in my whole life, please dont get fooled by this bloody peoples , instead you can go for hotels like RUPASHI BANGLA, SEA BIRD etc.

And the food was also first class I think this is the best hotel to live in digha.

Great room (Room No 307) for family of four. Specious room with long balcony. Room decoration is very nice. Bathroom fittings are very good but space is not adequate. Well behaved staff but room service is not up to the standard. Housekeeping is also required to be improved. No room cleaning during more than one day stay. Swimming pool also very crowded during bath time. Foods are very delicious and rate also reasonable. Overall very good stay. My suggestion to others for this hotel through GOIBIBO. Value for money.

The location of the hotel extremely convenient - a bit away from the hustle and bustle but just 2 mins from the beach as well as the railway station (by toto/auto). Hotel staff are extremely good and are ready to go beyond their call of duty for the convenience of the guests. Theres a small pool which quite cozy. Ambience is not defined by the hotels but by the people who visit and I wont comment on that. Rooms are quite good, tastefully decorated and above all theres a good maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene. In a nutshell a pleasant abode for a 2-3 days getaway.

We checked in at 3pm as soon as we arrived one of them welcome us with a glass of water. Which was really needed at this moment. Hotel staffs are very polite helpful and cooperative. Rooms are good, clean. Swimming pools were there. Food are at low cost comparing others hotel and restaurant at new digha. Food is tasty and low spicy. We were very satisfied at the time of check out.

I have visited Digha so many times, that I have visited quite a good number of hotels there.But, none of them has come close to the experience that me and my family had at this hotel.Fantastic ambiance, the staff were exceptionally well-mannered and helpful.Yes, I do understand why some reviews say that the staff behaved rudely. Because they have to stick to their rules when visitors are checking into the hotel, especially when it comes to the swimming pool.I have seen many people get into the swimming pool in their cotton dresses, where it is clearly written that people must change into synthetic dress before getting in. And when the staff objected to this behavior, then they were being totally ignored.Had this been Aquatica, would these people been able to get into the pool in their usual dresses?Anyways, excellent trip, overall.The car parking was smooth.The food was good (not awesome).The room (Quadruple) was excellent.Yes, the cable network had inadequate channels. BUT, we foresaw it and carried with us required items to view movies of our own on the TV. This happens everywhere we visit, even in Goa.The bathroom was small; in fact too small, especially for elderly people.Yes, one thing is bad in this hotel. The Wi-Fi speed is poor; very, very poor. We had with us alternatives, but still, in this age, having a high-speed wifi isnt that much costly. They can improve on this. But, its their choice. In my experience, there was only one hotel, in Jaipur, where the internet speed was adequate, and it was three years ago, and I still remember that hotel for its wifi speed.

This is an awesome hotel. The rooms were excellent. The main attraction was the swimming pool with music system and color changing lights. We went there in a group of 14 boys and enjoyed every bit of it. The breakfast was a buffet. It was a heavy breakfadt and the food quality was also great. Staffs were also very helpful and formal.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are big enough and well maintained. The also have elevator facility. The indoor swimming pool and party floor is really awesome for groups. This hotel is family friendly and also couple friendly. You can bring childrens here. Their multi cuisine restaurant serves great quality food. Although the hotel is really good but bit costly.

Awesome experience!!Stayed at Hotel S.T. Apple Digha last week with family and must say the contributed a lot towards our amazing trip. The hotel is very nice and clean, room are exactly the same as shown of the online booking sites , has a nice cosy swimming pool, lift facility provided with compliments like breakfast , welcome tea and mineral water. All staffs are extremely well mannered, helpful and the manager was very gentle and generous. The hotel also has a restaurant with amazing food quality... Everything ordered was delicious including crab and sea food. Above all they provided a decent room for driver as well at an extremely nominal charge.Overall great experience... Would strongly recommend this place for those who are looking for great stay and good food at New Digha.If ever visit again ST Apple will be the choice always.Cheers to the team!!Great job done 👏👏👏

I was stay st apple hotel 3 days.cleaning good.food is very tasty.swimming pool is nice all staff are good and friendly they know there responsibility. Hotel location is good.and most important hotel is comfortable for a family. No doubt this is very good hotel management is very good.this is my wonderful trip to digha.

It is a good hotel. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms are spacious and clean. It has a swimming pool. This property is not near to the beach. Its a 10 min walk from the property. Otherwise thumbs up for this hotel.

The hotel is situated at calm and nice place, its 10 minutes walking distance from Digha Station. The rooms are nice and cosy with perfectly working AC and WiFi. Everything is nice, good for family and friends. The best part is swimming pool, we had lots and lots of funs in swimming pool, its nice swimming pool with music and showers. One has to take synthetic pants with them or can rent for 50 rupees. The restaurant is also nice, food is little bit expensive we didnt took lunch or dinner so cant tell about food but we took breakfast and it was awesome. Only thing is they should improve their service time of giving foods and drinks in rooms.

A very good budget hotel. Rooms are very clean and tidy, food is cheap and good. Staffs are very good, will make you feel at home. But view from the balcony is very poor, sea os not visible from the hotel, its quite far away from the sea shore. Parking is available, but its open parking, cars to be parked outside the hotel(without any boundary). The swimming pool is heartbreaking! Its no where close to the one shown in the photo available on google. Its way smaller than the photo, and also its not that clean. Apart from the pool, the stay was satisfactory.

I spent 3 nights in this Hotel this week. Our experience is highly satisfactory. Rooms are specious and well furnished. The have a beautiful swimming pool.The best part is the service. Right from the manager to all the staff members are always ready to help all the visitors out of the way. Their sincerity is clearly visible. We travelled with our 4 years old granddaughter and all her special need for food has been taken care.We felt like home here.Although the hotel is not on the beach or you can have sea view but still I will recommend this Hotel strongly.

Pretty average hotel, food is also average. Apart from reception staff and admin staff (They helped us a lot in few cases), like food distribution staff behaves cheap. Few stuff from kitchen passes comments like we never stayed in a hotel like this one before. Location of the Hotel is pretty far from the beach. So you should not expect a beach view balcony or something like that. This hotel is like old wine in a new bottle. At the prima facie the hotel looks good but when entered i found my bed cover and pillow covers were torn. The bed was covered with red ants. Lack of pest control. Rats were running with full on attitude in the room.
